I would like to say most sales people or insurance reps just rush you through the process however the phone call austin was easy to under stand he broke the insurance terms down so I could understand exactly what I was getting then found an even better deal than what I had found for better coverage he also took the time out of his day on a weekend I might add to speak personally with my father as well then called me to make sure everything got done

Andrea is the light in the dark, a shining example of what/who insurance agents can/should/will be. Andrea is not only accountable and available literally 24/7, she is incredibly intelligent, efficient to the point of lightning processing speed, accommodating and friendly. I can not say enough about Andrea at state farm insurance in Jackson. She has helped me immensely in multiple instances and other people I have talked to say the exact same thing. Amazing!!! Unfortunately the agent I was assigned to in Afton Wyoming (Ryan?) is practically polar opposite of Andrea. Not only is he unavailable during the week during business hours but he's a vindictive pole of crap. He cancelled my car insurance because I used Andrea to insure another car during the whole week around Christmas when his dumb ass was not available. Id like to switch over my home coverage from.him to Andrea.

Austin was prompt, efficient, and super friendly! I switched agents to him, and he made the whole process easy peasy. He even found some discounts for me and saved me money.

I have been with State Farm Insurance since 1996 - had a few lousy reps like the one in Englewood NJ - but most were decent or good.
Austin on the other hand was simply far better then any - he took his time to know what I need and then worked rather hard to obtain best results on my behalf - State Farm could benefit immensely if they could find more Austins - I doubt it they will
