We came twice about 10 minutes before closing both times. A man who reminded me of Michael Richards took us all over the store to help us see our options and what might work. He was spot on and we took his advice, but it didn't work for our particular case. We came back a few days later and returned the item and another gentleman helped us. Both were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. That is why we love Ace!

Never has qhat I come in looking for, overpriced parts, and always cramped hectic and busy. Big R has better prices but still lacks some variety or special parts. Depends on what you're looking for! I would only go to ace if you're looking for a common part and don't mind paying 3x

We can’t say enough good things about Danny!!!! We had a minor paint crisis on our rental car and he went above and beyond to help us. He came out to our car to help us and when the first product didn’t work he found us one that did and even came back out to give us an extra rag. Danny THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Helped by a younger staff member, I didn't catch his name but had served in the Army. He was very helpful and even gave us Texans tips on grilling trout!!

Ace usually has what we need for repairs and diy. Prices are consistent with a town like Jackson. A LOT of employees, so no trouble getting questions answered. Parking is tricky.

I wish I could give this store 10 stars! I LOVE shopping here almost like I loved hanging out at the dime store of my youth. They are well stocked and they know their stuff, and they will always help you and smile at you and treat you like they are happy to see you.

Thanks for going WAY above and beyond in helping me solve a minor plumbing problem today. Tommy (a very experienced professional) facilitated a complete repair of a faucet valve, used the workshop in the store for several tasks, and gave me a lot of really valuable and useful advice. I was able to reassemble everything at home - couldn't have done it without Tommy's help! Thank you very much!

It's amazing how much inventory they cram into this place. Service is always great here. Prices are a little higher given the location in town, but usually much cheaper and much more convenient than driving to Idaho Falls for Home Depot or Lowes. This Ace location has everything you would expect from a local hardware store and some cool surprises, like EGo electric mowers and other modern electric battery powered equipment. Also has a nice selection of Skil chainsaws and Milwaukee tools. For large lumber orders you are better off going to somewhere like Bison Lumber down on Gregory Lane or maybe even down to Alpine. But for quick around the house hardware, Ace is the place. :-)

These guys are awesome! Well staffed and always happy to offer lots of help. I took my stihl chainsaw in to see if they could help to get it running again… it’s still very new but evidently needed to be adjusted - the chainsaw guy saw me walk in with it and immediately offered to take a look - he welcomed me to the back where he allowed me to see him check it out and pointed out a few tips to me- within less than 15 minutes he had it humming - he really knew his stuff and was absolutely not going to let me pay since it was fixed so quickly and they were ready to close! I’ve always been satisfied with my many trips n/out of ACE! Thanks

We own a condo out here and for over 20 years we've been very satisfied with their selection and service.

Been in building trades for 30 years. This is hands down the worst lumber yard/hardware store I’ve been to. The ONLY reason they are in business is due to their being the only option within a 45 minute drive. They are overpriced, and their service is terrible. I’m writing this based on years of dealing with them and numerous negative interactions. Unfortunately I am sometimes forced to use them, and it’s rarely a good experience.
