Between Mrs. Brittany and Mr. Isaiah the service was excellent. Both very polite and professional. The roof looks great. Biggest surprise to me was they dealt with the insurance company on my behalf.

I had my Roof replaced and they did an excellent job. The cost was reasonable, and will recommend them to anyone who has roof issues!! Isaiah was my specialist on the job!! He was very friendly, professional, answered all of my questions and concerns before, during, and after the job! He was on time and most of all, job well done and his crew made sure that no nails, or mess was not left in the yard! Everything was clean !! Britney and Isaiah were very professional and very personable. They did not rush and took the time to explain the problems, the process for installation, the timeline, and to answer all my questions. The roofing team was friendly and efficient. Done in a day, including clean-up. I’ve had a roof problem for a quite a while and was exasperated. Isaiah made the whole process stress free. Great experience!

This team is phenomenal!!!! Our home had major water damage from a clogged sewer line that was devastating! Once the water mitigation was complete, this team worked really fast to get in and repair all the damage!! Not only did they complete the job before schedule, but the quality of the work is outstanding!!! They were extremely helpful, responsive, and ensured that we got exactly what we wanted without any extra stress or fuss! The kept us in the loop on progress daily and answered any questions we had immediately. The team really took care of our every need/want and treated our home like it was their own. I found start to finish a great service being performed. Chris Holder was the start snd I was most impressed with all he did. He had pictures to show and we got AllState right away to send someone to inspect the damage with him. I had 2 other roofing companies to come before Chris but I knew right away Team Roofing was the one. Alex Carillo brought the team to replace. They were done by the end of the day. Alex then brought in Geraldo and Jose to do the exterior repairs of Facia Soffit and siding section not caused by the storm. I also requested they bring a magnet to pick up nails not gotten before. One of the nails did puncture my right rear tire. I took to BMW and had to get a new tire. Luckily it was covered because it was under warranty. My new roof is beautiful. I have and always will recommend Team Roofing. Everyone I talk to is KIND AND SO HELPFUL. Thank you for your excellent service.

Not a nice experience at all. After two visits from Kyle (their rep), to bet bids for the roof and repair to the structure, we were told we would get an estimate the following week. Nothing after several texts and calls to him. Finally called the company number again. Brent Smith said he would check on it and call back in a half hour. Same as before, nothing. Called him back after two hours and was told they couldn’t even do the job. If they could have told us they were incompetent and lacked anyone with basic carpentry skills right off, we could have had this job going already……by someone else. Wasted our precious time!

Team Roofing did a fantastic job repairing and installing our roof. They started on time and finished on time. The repairs were taken care of and they cleaned up everything! Project manager Mr. Vega communicated very well with me and made sure the job was to my satisfaction. Also, all repairs/installations were documented by photo and put into our file.

Great job! From the salesman, to the workers, to the inspector. Every thing promised was delivered at the time promised. Excellent clean up! I would recommend TEAM ROOFING to all. Josh and CJ were extremely professional. The professional even extended to the office.

Putting on a new roof can be stressful. I have a 4200 sq foot home and a 2100sq foot home that Team Roofing completed a total tear off and replace in September 2021. This is the first time I actually ever replaced a roof so my stress level was high to begin with. Working with the finance company was a breeze. The salesman was easy to work with and they delivered on everything they promised. The work was at first a flurry of action with employees furiously working to tear down and clean up so they could install the new roofing materials. We were up against weather as well. But two roofs completed in one day and the cleanup was incredible. Karl the project manager was fantastic. With any construction job there will be something that pops up and Karl did an amazing job handling any small issue that occurred. Definitely quality work and materials. We are very happy with the look and function of our new roofs. I recommend this company if you need quality people to do quality work. If you drive down Fitzgerald Road in Jonesboro you can see their work first hand.

The roof job was good. They scheduled gutter replacement 3 times and never called or showed up. Each time I called they gave me an excuse that there was a new person in the office etc etc. the bottom line is as good as the roofing guys were the gutter guys or office was not. Weather did not play a part in them not coming.

Team Roofing delivered on all promises. I will use them again in 25 years when I need the next roof.

We're new homeowner's, purchased home on Sept. 20,2020, the house was built in 1930. The roof had been repaired in 2000. Contacted a recommended roof company to replace the entire roof. After speaking with the contractor, I decided to change my mind and go with a professional company that was both bonded and insured, one with a following of A+ service. Happy we changed our mind, (the first contractor wanted to place shingles on top of shingles) our roof looks beautiful, has a ten-year labor warranty, and 40-year parts warranty. The worker's arrived 20 minute's early and left 14 hours later with the lawn and house looking pristine and clean. Trust your gut feeling and don't hire just anyone to try and save some money, only hire a professional. For your roofing needs hire Team Roofing and Construction.

The team was great at walking me through the process of installing a new roof due to the age of my house and storm damage taking time to answer questions. They worked around my work schedule which was helpful. Initially I was confused when there was a discrepancy in my out of pocket expense that the sales person Michael discussed verses the contract but the customer service rep Dionne was quick to help figure out the issue. Colby did amazing with reaching out to schedule the same day the contract was signed. On the day of installation Wyatt was professional, communicative, managed his crew well and answered all my questions. The work was done efficiently and the workers assigned to my project worked amazingly hard in the heat. Overall a smooth and easy process. Great experience for a first time homeowner.

Finished my entire roof in less than 12 hrs. Cleaned the grass and area around the house when they were done. Roof looks excellent. Will be doing a pressure wash on my house in two days. I’m more than satisfied about the work they did. Highly recommend them.

I received estimates from 3 companies and this company was slightly more expensive but I felt more confident in their work based on reviews, BBB rating and the initial consultation experience . Its funny how others are harassed by phone calls yet I can't get a contract sent to accept there bid. Even after I verbally accepted the reduced offer Bandon gave me. If you don't want my business then you should not have reduced the price. Less sales meetings/training and more follow through. I guess its a blessing in disguise.

Hired Team Roofing to install a new roof. You have to inspect the materials and watch them to make sure you get what you ordered. They made several mistakes on the install. Felt like they botched it. Hoping my new roof doesn't leak.
UPDATE: after 1 year I discovered the roof material I got is NOT of the quality level I was sold. This roof is not going to last as long as what I was sold. My understanding is that the contractor they used picked up different material than I ordered and the company did nothing to double check what I received matched what I ordered and paid for. I got ripped off.

Showed up early & finished the job in one day. Great crew - hard working & did a beautiful job. Also cleaned up work area. Project manager stayed & helped out - made sure we were happy w/job. I highly recommend this company.
