Initial crew really botched soffit repairs. Had to come out 2 more times to fix what was damaged or not properly done correctly. Giving 2 stars since they fixed most of damage and gave a small credit back. Still have paint dripped in some areas and joint cuts not correct. Will not hire again.

I used Team Roofing for the installation of 6-inch gutters and downspouts. The result was that the company exceeded my expectations. This is one of the most responsive customer-focused companies that I have ever done business with. From the initial contact with the sales representative to the operations organization to the installation team, they were professional, responsive to every inquiry. They even responded after business hours and weekends. They were the only company that would make two trips (at no extra trip costs) to remove the gutters and then allow the trim to be painted and fascia repaired and then returned to complete the installation. We are equally impressed with the installation workmanship. From the initial contact through the installation, I could not have asked for a better experience. Each person we dealt with during the process was professional and an asset to Team Roofing.

Team Roofing did an excellent job for replacing what was a 40 year old roof. The roof had rotted panels which were replaced and also put in, brand new insulation.
They did an exceptional job and completed the reroofing in one day. The gutter installation took place two weeks later and was completed in one day.

Very responsive and helpful. Did a great job removing old roof and installing new one in less than one day. Great customer service.

I was very pleased with my experience with Team Roofing and Construction. Their Crafts Persons from Job Estimator, Office Personnel to their work Crews were extremely efficient, and their work quality was great. I was notified the day before the job was to begin with estimated time of arrival, and they were true to their word. Arriving at daylight and starting immediately without hesitations, and it appeared they took very few breaks until the job was finished. Mine was a large job but with their efficiency they were able to complete the primary work and clean-up within 6 hours. When they left my location they were going to another job about the same size to start and complete all within 1 day.

My roof was leaking, so I called three roofers to come and inspect my roof. All three determined I had wind and hail damage. Michael Vaillancourt from Team Roofing was the most confident he could get a claim from my insurance. He helped me through the insurance process, and met their adjuster when they came. Terry was the Project Manager, he made sure all the landscaping was protected, and everything from the roof to the cleanup was done right. This is as a good deal from start to finish, DILLON’ and the project manager were no h very good, I would recommend to anybody, the price is a little higher but I feel like it was worth the price.

I give them an A+. This was my first time replacing a roof and I wasn't sure what to expect. I had 4 roofers set up to give me quotes. These guys were the third ones to come out. I saw how professional they were and called the fourth roofer to cancel the appointment. Team Roofing answered all my questions about insurance and gave me a competitive price with superior workmanship and quality materials. The roofing team worked fast and they were able to start quickly after the contract date. The only thing I suggest is to cover your planted flowers with upside down flower pots. The nature of roofing means a lot of debris is thrown down. Team Roofing was able to avoid most and especially our prized herb garden which was right in their way.

I appreciate how the Project Manager Terry and my Sales person Andrew made sure I understood and was comfortable with all the work being done on our roof. They were very patient with me with explaining over every process of our roof getting be put on and even with the clean up around our home. Brandon was the first staff member we met. But when we met Terry we knew where Brandon got his charm from lol. Every team member we met was super nice and made sure we were taking care of. Shannon was even great when dealing with us over the telephone!

Team Roofing is exceptional. They came out gave us an estimate on Monday then Wednesday same week work was done. Mr. Gregg Project Manager and Ownee Mr. Chad was over the top nice. This was the first time I used Team Roofing and I was very pleased with their work. I needed a new roof about 5 year ago but never did anything about it until now. Team Roofing gave me an estimate which included expected wood rot repair. The estimate was high but that was due to the amount of wood rot. They worked with me to get the cost down until we were both happy. Once they removed the old roof, the water damage was a lot worse than we expected. They replaced decking and had to replace the rafters plus much more. They even painted the wood that was replaced. They started the work around 7:00 AM and finished the same day around 4:30 PM. Everything was clean and the old roof and debris was hauled away. Overall, the roof looks great and there are no leaks. I plan to use them again for other repairs like siding, gutters, etc. Thanks again Team Roofing!!!!

I am in construction (high rise) and know the ins and outs of the business. What impressed me was the thoroughness of the process from start to finish. During the quoting process not only did Brandon go onto the roof but additionally into the attic taking photos of all areas needing attention and shared with us. He fully explained everything. Next was the quality of the product used and the full implementation of additional items to protect and insure the life of a 50 year roof.

The installation process is always nerve wracking but I have to say they were prompt and worked from 7am to 9pm to remove,repair, and install the Owens Corning quality roofing. I have 3 skylights and those were well cared for as well as the very high quality vent covers they supply.

Cleanup was very thorough. Very. Magnets were used. Tarp covered everything. Many passes to insure no nails were around. I don’t think it could be done better. And when Gary the PM came back for the final walk, he got on a ladder with a bottle of Windex and cleaned every skylight.

All in all, for a purchase no one wants to make these folks made it as easy as it could be. The transparency, attention to detail, and willingness to do a quality job PLUS making the already nervous home owner feel better during the ordeal of having a roof installed is top notch. They earned my respect.

They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive. But they are worth checking out. I can only speak from my experience.

Team roofing did a spectacular job at my house! They were able to assist me with my insurance due to double deductible charge and I was able to pay just $1095 instead of $3000. Team roofing redid my roof and told me that if I ever get a leak. Make sure to call them. I saw one small drip stain after some heavy rains and gave them a call. They responded immediately and came out to take a look within 2 days. Not only that, they went up on the roof and did a bunch of preventative caulking to my siding which needed some TLC. Their responsiveness and work quality are top notch and I would recommend them to anyone!!!
