We are in the process of purchasing our first home. Tyler and his father did our inspection for the new home and I cannot explain how great this experience was. They were so informative and helpful during the inspection. Not to mention, some of the nicest people I’ve ever met! Chose Tyler over other options because he had great character and answered all of my random questions about how some inspection items (foundation, water leaks, radon, electrical ) were tested. I would recommend anyone needing a home inspection use TDS! They made it super easy for me as a first-time home buyer to get everything I needed at a much better price point than other local inspectors. I was able to schedule and have my inspection done within a week of contacting them and the report was very user friendly to read and made everything very simple to understand for someone who knows very little about the whole process. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or have done it a thousand times I would recommend TDS every day of the week!

Tyler is an excellent home inspector! We had him inspect 2 homes, including a pest inspection. He is extremely thorough with his report, with pictures and videos to support his findings. He will flag everything he can, big or small to help you see the whole picture before making a final decision on your home. Extremely easy to deal with. An extremely thorough inspection that covered every inch of the house which was important to us as the house we're purchasing is 111 years old. Was able to do Radon inspection as well. Was very quick to get us our inspection and radon reports as quickly as possible. Cannot recommend TDS enough, Tyler was fantastic.
