Our installer was very professional, meticulous, easy to work with. Showed up on time both days, didnt leave a mess at all. He was very informative on cleaning practices of our new shower. HE did an amazing job all around and his caulking of the shower was excellent!!! Highly recommend Tailored Remodeling!!

My experience with Tailored Roofing and Remodeling was so fast. Garry Butler transformed my shower/tub into a walk-in shower and I just can't believe how beautiful it turned out. I was so impressed with Garry because he did this job all by himself. It was amazing just watching him go at it. He was polite and pleasant and a hard worker. We are having 2 bathrooms remodeled. First, a walk-in shower and secondly a tub/shower combo. Michael did a great job of explaining our options and helped steer the design (based on my strong opinions) towards a successful installation result based on his experience. After singing paperwork and paying our deposit, the next day I was having second thoughts on our choices. After playing around with the online design tool, I contacted Michael to inquire about a change order. He replied within minutes. He came by the house later that same day and we updated our order to the new, bolder design. The entire family is so excited, and counting down the days until our install!

We had Jodi come this morning and her presentation and knowledge of our bathroom remodel products was extremely helpful. Evry question we had she had the answer. We can't wait to get our bathrooms remodeled.

My experience with Tailored was great! Seth came out in the evening after my wife and I got home and was very aware of the tone and our baby! Would recommend him to everyone!

My experience with Tailored has been disappointing. First off, I knew I was paying a premium for what I was getting, so my expectations were high. The craftsmanship by my installer was solid, outside of breaking a tile and causing some drywall damage, it turned out as expected. The communication from the company has been very poor. It’s very difficult to get anyone on the phone if things don’t go as planned.

We are very pleased with Michael from Tailored Roofing and Remodeling. He was very courteous and helpful during our long decision making process. We look forward to our new shower/tub remodel.

I had been thinking about a bath remodel for sometime. From the time I contacted Tailored Roofing & Baths I was treated with much professionalism. Jodi met with me first to find out what I wanted.
We sat for a couple hours going over details and what the company could do to make my dream walk in shower a reality. She showed me samples and I chose exactly the color and hardware I wanted. She was very intube to my needs. She told me it would take approximately 8wks to get all the materials in. I believe it was less than six weeks.
Fast forward, I was called to be informed the the install would take 3days, April. 29, 30, & May 1, but it took 4days.
When I first met the installer, I thought to myself, what is this older man capable of ?. He looked to be around my age. I even asked
" Will someone be helping you"?
When the response was " NO, I do this alone, I was nervous. The gentleman explained what he would be doing, he took some more measurements. He would ask me occasionally if I had any questions. To make a an emotional decision short and sweet, I do not regret contacting Tailored Roofing & Baths. My installer was a very kind,friendly and very professional. He worked hard and cared about his work. Every aspect of my remodel was handled with respect and sincere desire to please me as a customer. Rod you did an awesome job. Thank you for all you did to update and bring joy to my future shower experiences.

We love our new shower! From the quote to the install everyone was friendly, prompt and professional. The shower has been SO easy to keep clean and we love that they were able to make our shower bigger than the original. Overall great experience. We would highly recommend.

Dee Evans is a very good sales person. I thought she was a very kind and informed person. I worried about her health from the weight she carried from her car into my house to show me how the window was built.
