We needed a roof replacement after wind damage, and Midwest Roofing came to the rescue. We tried to contact a few other roofing companies, but most of them ignored us. While Midwest Roofing came out the exact same day we contacted them, John was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us, this was our first time needing a roof replacement on our first home. John walked us through the process and answered questions without judgment. Their roofing team was respectful, busted their butts, and cleaned up the mess (I’ve only found a nail or two here and there). I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call again.

No problems, appears they did a good job. They cleaned the gutters and aligned them. Installed the gutter covers so they went down hill toward the down spouts. Pleased with Midwest Roofing Services, salesman give me the estimate and no hard sell speech like other companies.

Midwest roofing service was fantastic. I called for an estimate, they came out within one week of my call. They were very professiona, thorough, all of my questions were answered and needed. repairs were fully explained along with pictures. I felt they did not try to take advantage of me or sell more work than was needed. I was giving a detailed written cost, Exactly what it would cost, including the tax On the day of the inspected needed repair, I knew what the bill would be and could schedule service right then.

In getting estimates I had other companies that did not show up on the scheduled time, couldn’t give me an estimate or exact cost on the spot, or they came out and never followed up on a bid on the job in my opinion because it was too small of a job.

Work was scheduled and completed on time. I received a follow up phone call to ensure I was satisfied, asked if I had any additional questions and to assure I was satisfied with the repair. ( I scheduled the work while I was out of town for extended amount of time.)

If I am in need of roof repair again, this is definitely the company I would contact, so very easy to schedule, work with, and fantastic customer service!

This is an amazing company. Branden Lee and Midwest Roofing has gone above and beyond for us. When the storm hit I knew it was going to be tough to get someone out to inspect and tarp the damaged parts. Branden came out the same day I called and had someone out a couple of days later to tarp the bad areas while we waited on insurance to send an adjuster. Called them and spoke to Billy and told him of my problem and concerns. He was able to work with me on getting the roof of the house, garage, and shed done. Was having problems with local contractors not returning calls, taking weeks to get an estimate, and staying within the claim limits. Billy looked at the claim, and then the house, and got back with an estimate in a few days. He was able to help me stay within the limits of claims, for hail and wind damage. A professional crew showed up on time as promised. They did a great job and answered any questions I asked. They did all the work just like I would have and wanted to see done. We had a branch fall on our roof which resulted in a leak in our ceiling. I called Billy and he came out the next business day and gave us a quote on the spot. His price was 1/2 the price of another roofer that took a week to come out and look at the damage and then another 2 days before we got a quote. Great customer service, Billy is very friendly and responsive. Great price and quick turnaround.

Bill is the exception to the rule where there are normally just a vast sea of rip-off merchants. He is from the school of get ya hands dirty, hard grafters whom takes pride in his work and lives by a code of ethics, rarely found these days.. In the last year I had been told by three different contract companies that were working on, non roof, house repairs, that I needed a new roof. Ultimately I did not choose to use Midwest Roofing Services, but I was very happy with the representative that I worked with. He was very friendly and provided me with a quote in a very timely manner and did not require me to be home for the inspection.

Called Billy because I thought I needed a whole new roof, due to one small leak in the garage ceiling. I did not tell Billy where the leak was located. He came by to give me an estimate. Called me, told me I have a higher grade of shingle, my roof was fine, but he found 1 problem spot that is common and he already repaired it at no cost. I asked him where on the roof? He was 100% accurate. Billy was/is a God Send!

He was very prompt with coming to do an inspection and offered to meet with the insurance adjuster to explain the damage he found on my roof. I remember when I met him I could tell he has been in the business for a while and at Midwest for over 25 years I believe. It was a very smooth process and I really liked that he gave me an estimate without asking for the insurance quote. He did the work and came in thousands under the competition. They were flexible on the brand of shingles I used and it turned out amazing! I am ocd and a perfectionist. I'm also in the building industry and have high expectations of service and workmanship. His gutter guy Ed was also awesome to work with. I've received several compliments from neighbors as well. This the only company we have allowed on our roof for over 35years they will work with your insurance company if there is a problem, very responsible company, workers (roofers) are great they take great care if you have landscaping as not to disturb it clean up is great you will never know they were there. Would HIGHLY recommend this company you will not regret it
