Tacheny Exteriors replaced the roofing, siding, gutters, and a service door on my house. All the work was beautifully done. The crews arrived on schedule, completed work with remarkable speed and attention to detail, and left my yard clean and undamaged. Everyone from beginning to end, including their salesperson, schedulers, installation crews, and site supervisors were attentive, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

I had a need for roof repair both exterior and interior and started by getting 3 estimates I chose Tacheny Exteriors and Jay Shaughnessy based on his professionalism, his knowledge, and honesty at time of estimate.. After some research found the company Tacheny offered a quality product and warranty plus they do inspection thru out the life of roof, Jay was very patient with my inexperience on how all this was going to be done and very communitive thru out the process on everything from scheduling, to insurance questions, to contract and even showed up during installation process to check on how things were going and if I had any questions. They also helped me find the interior company I went with Clear mitigation. Crews showed up in a timely manner and clean up was great. All work is now complete and I love it.. My husband and I looked for weeks for a reputable company for vinyl siding repair and gutter issues. After some outrageous quotes and no call backs, Jim called from Tacheny. The Tacheny crew arrived promptly and got to work tearing off our old roof, repaired a couple areas of water damaged OSB and then proceed to install our new roof. They got it done it one day!!! Yes, one day. Now there were alot of guys working and they all worked very cohesively. Our new roof is beautiful and protects us from the elements. The warranty is fantastic too. I would recommend them to anyone needing a total roof replacement and/or repair.

With a small job, often it can be difficult to find a contractor who will follow through! I contacted Tacheny through Yelp because I wanted the roof inspected on my three year old home. After visits and bids from three firms, we decided to choose Tacheny. Jim, the salesperson who came out and took pictures, provided a competitive bid for a few broken tiles and flashing that needed to be reattached.
Jim was actually the same person who returned later after securing matching tiles and, in the sweltering AZ heat, replaced the broken tiles and made sure the flashing was put back in place. I have already recommended them for an inspection to neighbors and I'm glad to have done business with them!

I don’t know if anyone else has had a problem finding contractors who are HONEST and do high QUALITY work without absolutely gouging on the price but I certainly have had that problem during my time in Arizona. From missed appointments to extremely poor communication throughout the process of home improvement projects, I feel like I have experienced all of the worst things...

That is until I found Tacheny Exteriors! They recently helped me with a roofing project and I must say I totally underestimated them (even to the point of being rude to them at the beginning of the process because of previous negative experiences with other contractors- sorry about that!). Not only were they prompt, professional, and proficient but they even helped consult me on a few things that would have been unnecessary expenses which kept more money in my bank account.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who has had less than stellar experiences in the past- they will show you what it’s like to truly be a valued customer!

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. That isn’t the case with Tacheny exteriors. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to a dying breed!!
