Not only that, but he also carried out a thorough roof inspection and identified a hole in the vent pipe rubber boot. He swiftly replaced it and sealed the rest of the vent pipes. Furthermore, Terry discovered a hole on the roof side of the chimney. The wood on all four corner borders was damaged and rotting. He suggested replacing it with hardie plank for a longer lifespan. He took care of that replacement, including a paint match to the chimney. My wife and I agree that it looks fantastic!
