Eddie from Pearson Roofing was excellent help in getting my custom pentagon skylight acrylic top custom made. I had worked many months and many roofers to see if they could help? Some didn’t want to take on the work. Others wanted to replace with smaller skylight. I have a ceiling fan attached to wood beams. I wanted to keep the ceiling fan and the custom look. Eddie took great care in getting the acrylic cover to exact measurements and installed after received. Eddie was great in all aspects in getting project complete. Eddie made a Happy customer!!! Hail damage from a storm and did a Google search for best roofing companies in Dallas and Pearson Roofing came up. Did some research on this company and everything was positive form BB and any searches. Preston Novotny came to the house and he was very knowledgeable and took care of the whole process. He met with the insurance company and took care of everything. I was extremely impressed and happy with the work and clean up. Thank you Preston and Pearson Roofing!

Don't overlook Pearson Roofing in the DFW area. Great company to do business with that has many additional contacts for other needed home projects like new windows or paint work, which we are on deck for with them at the moment.

A handful of shingles blew off during the recent high winds. I called a few companies and the only one that was able to come out was Pearson Roofing. I spoke to Preston and within the hour he was up on my roof. Due to the fact the shingles were a certain brand/ type, he was not able to replace them immediately. He was able to put “temporary” shingles to protect the roof from the upcoming rain. I received a call later and he told me my existing shingles have been discontinued. Since there were only a handful of shingles, I agreed to use the closest match and call it good.
A couple of days later, he told me he called one last place and found 1 bundle of the exact shingles!! Within the hour he had then replaced.
I am super pleased with the service Preston gave me and my family, but again happy to know there are still companies out there that go that extra mile.
It’s truly not about the 4-5 shingles that were needing to be replaced, but more so about the fantastic customer service.
I’m not sure how the rest of the team’s customer service skills are, but if they are all like Preston, then it’s no wonder y’all have such high ratings.

Had a heck of a time dealing with Liberty Mutual Insurance on a hail damage roof/gutter claim that included baseball size hail that totaled my car out in the driveway. Jesse Nickels with Pearson Roofing showed up multiple times, was extremely responsive, and had his crew get a satisfactory job completed. This was the second hail damaged roof that Pearson Roofing has replaced for us and both times, we were extremely satisfied. They are dependable and honest and did a great job on the roof and cleanup. He is very trustworthy and out of his way to make our tenants happy and comfortable throughout the processes. The project was very quick (if I recall around 3-4 days). Pearson Roofing in North Texas exceeded my expectations in every aspect of a hail storm repair and replacement in March 2024.

After comparing roofing companies, I chose Pearson due to the quality of work and cleanup from a neighboring house. I also appreciated Mike Novtony’s experience and explanation of how my insurance carrier and he would collaborate. Mike communicated with the carrier about proof of payments, estimates, and potential weather disruptions. After reviewing the settlement, he recommended an independent appraiser to increase the settlement for missed items, particularly the gutters. This resulted in an additional 21% increased settlement.

Mike provided detailed information about roof types and colors, mentioning which ones performed well in resales. Unlike other roofing companies, Pearson didn’t require extensive documentation or signatures for verbal agreements. Instead, it relied on the trust between the company and its customer.

This was my third hail storm, and Pearson Roofing made the process much easier and more enjoyable compared to the previous two. If you want a stressless roof repair/replacement, I strongly recommend Pearson Roofing and Mike Novotny for any roofing needs. I know I will be going forward.

Pearson roofing replaced my siding October 2023. The subcontractor they sent the work was sloppy and they did a bad paint job. I tried to work with the subcontractor, he was rude and said I was being too picky. He never answered my calls again. I Reported them to Pearson they came out and agreed the job could have been done better, and that’s it! They said it wouldn’t be till after Christmas that they could come back. I guess I should have asked which Christmas. They still have not called or come back to fix the bad work their non English speaking, sloppy work sub contractor did!

Jessee did a great job on our roof repair. I will use Pearson Roofing next year when we replace our entire roof.

Pearson roofing performed multiple projects at my home. Jesse and his crews did an excellent job replacing my roof, a door, a skylight, a large window and repaired and repainted the eaves and facia around the entire home.
