Initially Steve and Bianca were nice to work with. They advised that the existing skylight can remain and they would make it watertight. Approximately one year later, water was penetrating at the skylight. They offered to repair the area, but never followed through. They stopped responding and refuse to return my calls.

Bianca and Steve are great people to do business with. They did a total roof replacement on my house. Bianca’s customer service skills are great. The job was done in one day and looks great. My wife and I are very satisfied. I would highly recommend them and their crew.

3 years ago, Steve did a roof for us in North Haven and when it was causing issues shortly after, he blew us off. We hired DiGiorgi to repair his shady work. Please do not use this company. I was searching for a roofing company for another job and stumbled across this company again, I feel everyone should be warned.

BEWARE!!! Do not use this company. Bianca at Superior Roofing contacted me to provide a dumpster for a job that Superior Roofing was doing in my home town of Wilton, CT. I asked for a credit card multiple times and was told it would be provided. I provided the dumpster immediately upon request, provided excellent service at a fair price. My invoice was never paid and I am out hundreds of dollars out of pocket. She blocked my calls and emails and I was unable to reach anyone else at the company. When I used other phones to get through she promised me multiple times that the invoice would be paid, but months have gone by and nothing. She is disingenuous, a liar and a crook. People and businesses who screw over other companies will only do the same to it's customers. DO NOT TRUST.

I had 4 companies give me estimates. Superior Roofing was the most communicative - answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and got the job done - very professional. I highly recommend them!

Superior Roofing provided excellent service to replace my house's old roof. When I contacted them, Steve responded promptly to schedule a meeting with me, through which I was well educated about roof replacement process and roof materials after Steve and Bianca came. Steve did not give me pressure at the end of the meeting so that I could compare their service with other potential service providers. We chose Superior Roofing because of their professionalism, excellent shingle technology, excellent reputation, and reasonable pricing. Within a week after we signed the contract with them, they contacted me to schedule roof replacement. During roof replacement, a manager, who is a kind gentlemen, was on-site to answer my questions and supervised the process. Steve and Bianca also came over to check on the process several times to make sure we were fully satisfied. The workers are experienced and worked hard. They put up tarps to protect my home when they replaced my house's old roof. As promised, the roof replacement was done within two days ( large roof) After finishing the work, they cleaned the surrounding of my house to make sure no nails were left. I am very satisfied with their excellent service and strongly recommend them to anyone who would like to replace their house roofs.

Superior roofing is just the best. From the first encounter to the end, they were prompt and extremely professional. I spoke to over 10 companies and even cheaper but Bianca is just the best human person you can deal with. Steve walked me through it all and more. Everything was done on time and beyond what I could expect. The team that came to do the installation was so nice and respectful, Carlos you rock. Their name says it all; they are truly Superior! The entire team worked like a well oiled machine. Nothing was left to chance. The install team was excellent, very professional, courteous, thorough and efficient. Their technical skills were outstanding. They communicated with me the entire time, customer service was superb. They also offered excellent suggestions and advice regarding my gutters and downspouts. It was an awesome experience working with Superior Roofing. I highly recommend them!!

Roof replaced and two skylights. In an out in one day and looks great. Can't recommend this crew enough, Steve and Bianca are great to work with.

You cannot overstate the importance of clear communication and quilts work. Superior Roofing LLC excels in both categories. While the pictures speak volumes it should not be overlooked just how professional the team was. My roof came out flawless and they even beat the timeline they provided me! Each phase of the project I was updated on the next step and by the end I felt like I had a friend walking me through rather than a company. Special shout out for how CLEAN the team left the site, there was not one nail or piece of asphalt to be found on my property. If you need a new roof and want the quality we often see missing in the modern world, you found the roofer for you.

Superior Roofing completed our roof replacement in one day start to finish and it looks great! Unfortunately, there was a considerable amount of nails left on the deck, lawn and in the driveway, despite the presence of tarps. Additionally, the two gates to our backyard that were closed and latched when they arrived (for safety of our dogs) were both left completely open upon departure.

We had such a wonderful experience with Superior Roofing from start to finish. We are new to the area and had storm damage to our home and Steve and Bianca helped us work with our insurance to complete a full roof replacement. They were so professional, available and patient during the process and we now have a safe and beautiful new roof on our home which is such a relief heading into Winter. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and were impressed with every member of their team. Our roof was completed in 2 days right after Thanksgiving and our property was left looking nicer than when they began. Highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

The men arrived 7:30am. Better than on time. They were nice, clean, energetic, highly motivated. They worked in Rhythm, organized, did great work. Cleaned up after themselves. We were extremely impressed!

The Superior Roofing crew was wonderful. They were on time, efficient, hard working and extremely kind which is important to me. They removed the old shingles which creates a mess of tar, nails, etc and they did an amazingly thorough clean-up. The communication with company staff (Bianca) was excellent!

There are none better in the business. Steve and his crew have done several jobs for me and haven’t disappointed. Their work is immaculate and fast, pricing is great, and their customer service is wonderful. Steve and his team not only handled my roofing but provided a great reference for structural issues we needed addressed. They were very nice from start till the end. I totally recommend them. We couldn’t have done a better choice.

Steve did a commercial roof for us in Norwalk. The job was un-timely and unprofessional. He installed a new flat roof, shingle roof, fascia, soffit, and gutters for us. The fascia was not installed correctly, and as a result, we have water leaking into the property every time it rains. We mentioned the problem to Steve multiple times, and he either ignored our calls or told us he didn't have time to fix his mistake. It's been almost two months since we told him of the issue, but nothing has been taken care of. He also gave us a warranty which didn't do anything because he is yet to come and fix the issues.

I would not recommend working with Steve.

I compared several places and chose Superior Roofing since they had good reviews and offered the best price with the best warranty. Steve and his team finished replacing our roof the next day in one day. Steve was responsive, professional and experienced. I am glad that I made the right choice.

After getting bids with a few other roofing companies we decided to go with Superior Roofing. We chose this business because they were reasonably priced, offered quality roofing products and to be honest- most of all- Ed, Steve and Bianca were great communicators and were incredibly easy to work with and accommodating. They had a great attitude and seemed to be genuinely confident in their business, their products, and were excited to take on our project. When I had questions about a few special requests, permitting, and other factors related to the specifics of my project they were on top of everything and were timely and thorough. The project was completed three days ago and the crew was incredible. The roof came out excellent and after my close inspection the details looks great. I had a few concerns about my chimneys and not only did they take care of everything but I think the flashing looks the best on my street the way they wrapped each chimney. The last thing I will say is that the crew cleaned up extremely well and took care to double spot check for nails as we have young kids. After combing my lawn and perimeter meticulously the day after, I only found one random nail. I think that’s pretty damn good for the scope of this type of project. Our roof looks amazing and I highly recommend this business.

I had my roof shingles, skylights and roof exhaust fans replaced recently and they did a nice job. A few details fell through the cracks but the owner Stephen did the right thing in the long run to satisfy my concerns. They use good quality roof materials, offer good value and get the work done quick enough. I would say two areas where they can improve would be on project management and clean-up. However, overall we are pleased with the work.

Steven and his superior team replaced all the windows at my Grams house in Milford. Not only were they kind and efficient, they did an amazing - solid - clean job! Looking forward to new siding in the future!

Superior Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof after the recent storm (Isaias). Unfortunately, we had some tree damage and missing shingles from the strong wind.

Superior roofing was onsite on the same day I called, they assessed the damage, provided an estimate (the best out of the 3 quotes I received from other contractors) and cover up the roof with tarps. The owner Steve Fatone was great to deal with, he helped me with insurance claim and was there to meet with the adjuster.

The crew that worked on my house were very professional, hard workers and respectful. They finished the roof in two days and left the property spotless (hard to believe as there were lots of nails and shingles everywhere during the job). The material they used was one of the best shingles recommended online.
