Arrived on time,,were neat and knowledgeable and pointed out a problem that needs to be fixed. Appreciate their attention to detail and am waiting to hear when they will be returning to take care of the problem.

CT Gutter IS THE BOMB!!! I priced out a bunch of companies and they were not only the best priced, they were Johnny-on-the-spot with details like timing and cleaning up. Communication was A+ (the owner gave me her cell!) and they even through in a gutter cleaning a few months later - no charge. If I had 100 houses, they'd do all my gutters. If they did other services (and I'm sure they do though I don't know what) then I'd hire them for those jobs too. As an aside, I waited about a year to do this review because I wanted to make sure the job lasted, and there were no complications - as the last company that did my gutters majorly botched the job. I'm happy to say that these gutters performed perfectly during an EXCEPTIONALLY wet 2024 & 2025, including the extra weight from snow from my solar panels. Just stop looking for others, and use CT Gutters. They're everything.

I called several contractors to clean the storm drains in our condo parking lot and CR Gutter was the only one to immediately call back. After discussing the job they sent me a YouTube video showing exactly what they would do. They scheduled the work for the next week and completed the job as described. It was a pleasure to work with people who take their work seriously and do what they say. I will certainly use them again if needed.

10/10. Our initial consult with Stacie was great, she heard our concerns about our old gutters and where they were placed, and had great recommendations about the placement of our new gutters. After the install we called with a few general questions, and the response was both her and the foreman showing up to ensure all of our questions were answered and guaranteed. We received estimates from multiple companies, and could not be happier with the decision that we made.

As always Ct Gutters does a great job and reliable service. The office is always so helpful and prompt. The workers are very professional and careful. They leave my home as if it was theirs, clear of all gutter and ground mess. I will be calling them again this Fall and Spring.

The short version:
Gutters were cleaned and it was fine at first, but the downspouts started spraying water.  There was a second job quote requested that they never looked at.  It took 3 weeks of followups for them to tell me they weren't even interested in quoting the second, and 2 additional weeks of following up about the downspouts (5 total from the original service) before they told me I should just get a whole new gutter system, and I gave up.  The only real attempt at resolving this came after I said I was done with them.

The longer version:
Initially, the service (June 13) was fast, reasonably priced, and seemed to be good, which is why I am giving two stars instead of one.  A little over a week after the gutter cleaning, there was a storm (June 25), and there was water spewing out of the junction between the gutter and downspout (picture attached).

This water wasn't just leaking out from a bad connection, it was being forced out by pressure, presumably from a clog that wasn't checked, which can be seen zooming in on the picture.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I sent the pictures and video and asked them about the downspouts.  I was told for several weeks that someone would come out to check, but no one ever came.  I followed up four times between June 25 and July 15.

The response on the 15th was that they had allegedly gone back out on July 10th, but no one contacted me or provided any update or resolution, despite that I had just followed up that morning on the 10th.  That was also a Wednesday, so there were two business days to respond between the 10th and the 15th.

The communication on the 15th was that they didn't find anything wrong (but did not take any pictures to prove they were actually there) and that it was an old system and probably needed to be replaced if I wanted to schedule an estimate.  So now rather than resolving the issue that I was patiently trying to deal with, I was told to buy a whole new system.

On top of this, I also needed a roof repair on a detached garage when this started, which they repeatedly said they would quote.  After several followups about this, they eventually told me they weren't interested and to just hire a handyman for that job without actually seeing it.  I lost another three weeks there waiting for them to respond instead of just telling me from the beginning to go somewhere else, so that was three more weeks of a leaky garage roof.

When I was finally fed up with them and said I wasn't going to use them in the future, and I'd be writing this review, then they started to give more attention, but it's about 5 weeks too late.  They still just offered to send someone out to check it again and take pictures, which they could have done on the 10th.

Even if the gutters were the problem and I do need new ones, their lack of follow through on what they said they were going to do, and their complete indifference to a customer complaint, has made absolute certain that they won't be the ones cleaning or replacing them in the future.

From making the appointment to the finished job, CT Gutter was easy to work with. Stacy was very thorough on the quote and the installation crew was prompt and efficient. We were especially appreciative of their ability to scope and clear the underground drains. We would highly recommend.

I had my roof swept and gutter gaurds cleaned off. They also cleaned up the material that came off the roof. They are reliable, professional and easy to deal with.

The team did an excellent job of cleaning out the areas of the gutters that were quite clogged. I was given good advice about whether I needed new gutters or some kind of covers for them. In both cases I was told my gutters are in good shape and covers aren't recommended. So appreciated their assessment and the work that was done.

They installed new gutters throughout, in under six hours. Our house looks like new! We loved their work. They were professional, answered our questions and cleaned up before leaving.

They came to see the gutter project & Lauren sent us the estimate so we scheduled the work. On the day the work was to begin, the worker said that the project would require a lot more labor than was estimated (although the same person saw the project and gave us the quote). We asked them to leave and requested our deposit back which they returned. (This wasted our time). The owner can refute anything he wants.

The gutter cleaning services were competitively priced and the staff was responsive in completing the work. The sales representative we spoke to regarding gutter replacement options was knowledgeable and helpful in providing a range of options and costs without pressuring into any specific option or sale.

CT Gutter did a great job identifying the issues with our gutters and put together a solid plan to fix. Installation went well and the new gutters look and work great. A major improvement.

I’ve worked with CT Gutter on numerous occasions. The first time was around 15 years ago. Their work has withstood the test of time. Most recently they did a complete gutter replacement on my house. We needed 5 catch basins cleaned out in our driveway which is basically like a road. John came out to assess and was very professional as well as personable. The office staff is so friendly and very easy to deal with. Most people don’t have the type of catch basins we have but I will use them again for this type of cleaning.

Very poor. They were great in responding when it meant a big check to them to install the gutters, but post job when we had issues with the installation impossible to get a call back or service. Hugely disappointed with service post installation, no regard for you unless you have a job with revenues attached for them. I cannot recommend.

I had a great experience with my quote for repair work, my scheduling, and the performance of work. I chose CT Gutter over others (some of which were cheaper) because it seems to be a professional and organized operation. I generally feel good about my decision. However, I am disappointed that when the team completed the job, they got their heavy-duty truck stuck and drove over my builders block and through my Pachysandra and lawn. I don't have a tight driveway and the team should have been able to leave my property without this happening.

Really like these guys - they make it easy to get on their schedule - you can pay online - whole thins is pretty much hassle free...
