Frank and the CAPS crew just completed the replacement of my 30 year old roof. Frank and his team were very professional, skilled, efficient and polite. There had been some water damage to the roof deck which they promptly repaired without any delay to the completion of the job. They cleaned up so thoroughly you would not be able to tell from looking at the lawn that the roof had been replaced. I had solar panels which needed to removed and then reinstalled by the solar company after the roof replacement. Frank and his wife Shannon, who was very helpful, was able to work around the solar company and was able to replace the roof within a day or two of having the panels removed allowing me to get the panels reinstalled quickly. This required a coordinated effort and I truly appreciated Frank and Shannon's willingness to work with me. I would highly recommend CAPS.

If you need any kind of work done on your house simply pick up the phone and call Frank and Shannon at CAPS. After a bad experience with another contractor I hired CAPS to replace part of my roof, trusses, skylight, and ceilings in two rooms after a tree fell on my house. This was the best decision I ever made. Frank found extensive damage that the insurance inspector missed. Then he and especially his wife Shannon worked with the insurance "desk adjuster" to come up with a payment that was reasonable. This took a tremendous burden off me. When we finally had the financial issues worked out, Frank and his crew went to work. I expected that the work phase would take 2 or 3 weeks; it took 3 1/2 days, including painting not just the ceilings but also the walls in both rooms. The guys on the crew arrived on time, were friendly, worked hard, and cleaned the work areas before leaving each day. But the proof is in the pudding: the repairs were as close to perfect as it is possible to be. If I ever need work done on my house again I have CAPS on speed-dial. I'd give them 11 stars if I could.

Over the years, Caps has done many jobs at our home. Siding, roofing, a large addition, and most recently a kitchen and bathroom renovation. Frank and his team do excellent work. Caps is our “ go to” team for any project needed to maintain or improve our home.

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Caps. He finished the job quicker than I expected, was present during the entire process, and his support staff got me the paperwork I requested for my insurance. I would work with Frank again in a heartbeat.

This is a wonderful company to work with. Frank showed up to our house when expected and spent a good deal of time looking at all the projects throughout our house. He said it would take 3 weeks and it did, even though we had a few challenges along the way. Frank is gifted at solving problems that appear. He has wonderful, knowledgeable people working for him who are very dependable. Frank came to our house daily, sometimes multiple visits to be sure we were happy with the progress. It felt like we were family! I would highly recommend using CAPS for your construction needs.

The entire CAPS team made getting a new roof an enjoyable experience. The owner Frank is super knowledgeable and clearly had a ton of experience. One thing I like about Frank is that he is forthcoming and won’t sell you something that he can’t deliver. His wife Shannon was patient, incredibly helpful, and generally pleasant to work with.

Their employees were professional and worked diligently. They didn’t seem phased at all by my very complex roof with dynamic geometry. Most notably they worked safely and cleaned up well when the job was done.

To be completely transparent, if you’re looking to slap on a quick, cheap roof CAPS probably isn’t for you. If you’re in the market for a professionally executed new roof that will last you 40 to 50 years CAPS is an excellent choice.

After years of focusing on a million other things, letting our house fall deeper into disrepair, and feeling completely overwhelmed with where to begin to fix it, I am so excited to come home to a new home thanks to CAPS! We couldn't have tackled all these projects in such a short time without Frank and the team he coordinated. Coming home from surgery to a new retaining wall, new siding, new HVAC, new accessible walkway and ramp into house and backyard, new flooring, fixed windows, new interior paint, fixed drywall, and so much more. There are no words to describe how overwhelming we let our house get, and how much we needed it fixed ASAP. Here's a reminder to go to licensed professionals from the beginning. Hands down the most reliable and efficient company who will get the job done!

The CAPS team was awesome in helping deal with a soffit on our home that was deteriorating. They were quick in providing a quote, and their price was surprisingly reasonable. The team completed the work quickly and did a great job. I didn't take a before photo because soffits aren't exactly the sexiest home improvement project, but here is the after which looks great! The CAPS team has certainly earned my trust.

We purchased a house from a flipper who had done the work badly and who turned out to have lied on his disclosure. We called in CAPS for a quote on replacing the termite-ravaged main beam and sill plate. Frank quickly discovered that the flipper’s basement drywall, less than a year old, hid extensive moisture and black mold behind it. We followed Frank’s advice and had him tear out the drywall, mortar the foundation gaps where we could see daylight through it (!), and just paint the floor and walls. His fine crew expertly replaced the main beam and sistered the sill plate. Because the roof and siding were old and shabby, and CAPS quoted a good price, we decided to have them put on a new roof and siding. They did a great job, and quickly. We are impressed with Frank’s hands-on attitude. Every day that the weather permitted, the crew worked skillfully. Frank stopped by two, three, even four times a day to direct all aspects of the work, down to the small but important details. Every day, he told us “Call or text if you have any questions.” When we did, he always replied promptly. All work finished in good time and for the quoted price. Now we can be proud of our home’s appearance. We enthusiastically recommend CAPS!

FAST service!!! We used Caps to reside our house. I called Caps on a Thurs, he came out Fri, received the quote/contract Sat, dumpster delivered Mon, materials Tues and they started work Thurs. I had a large amount of tree damage to my home. I called caps and was told to wait 8 months and they would take on the job. I called them 8 months later and they told me they could only do a full roof and nothing else. Lousy way to run a business.

It's nice to see that you read what people say about your company. I needed three rooms renovated and an addition put on my home. If you believe that the people answering your phone are not a qualified and important part of your business than shame on you. They do represent your company and are the first line of introduction and information about what your company does. Don't blame them for the change in your circumstance They were polite and informative as they could be in the situation. But I still have severe damage and I have baby in the house. I have Windows and doors that don't close and ceiling falling down in my kitchen. I hope things get better for you and everyone else as well. Happy Holidays to you and yours.

Frank Capuano and his CAPS Roofing team just completed an emergency roof replacement for us in one day. The recent windstorms had caused significant damage to our Cottage roof and it needed to be repaired or replaced ASAP. Frank and his team replaced our roof and 2 skylights which had been damaged by the hurricane last August. Frank came out within 2 days of our call and inspected the damage, advised us on how to proceed with the repair, and gave us a price that we felt was fair and within our budget. Within a week his team was back, the work was completed promptly and the cleanup was complete. He also agreed to do some finish work inside the house due to water damage caused by leaking from the old skylights. I would highly recommend Caps for renovation and repair jobs.

Frank and his team tackled what seemed to be our impossible roof. The shingles were cemented on, as well as several other issues caused by the previous owner. They scraped, and fixed, and did an amazing job promptly, and at a very affordable price. Thank you guys so much-we will definitely be back for more business!
