I would highly recommend BNF Construction. Working with them was a great experience. From the beginning of the process until the end, BNF Construction was professional, courteous and efficient.

At the start, Will Reynolds explained the entire process clearly, and took the time to explain all the materials they would use, and how the new roof would be built along with any state mandated additions. I was reassured knowing some of the materials they use and the standards they follow were superior to my old roof.

Once we decided to move forward, Will also handled everything from obtaining the permit to scheduling, and kept me updated on the status constantly. He remained available to me for questions and concerns.

On the work day itself, the crew arrived on time and set to work immediately. They were very well organized and highly efficient, and operated in a safe manner. They followed the procedure they identified at the beginning to the letter. They left the roof, my driveway and yard very clean once the work was completed.

I’m really happy with the result. The new roof looks great. Overall, it was a great experience from start to end. I’m very happy I went with BNF Construction.

The crew arrived by 8:30 AM, and immediately got to work, first setting up tarps to direct debris away from the house and adjacent shrubs and flower beds. They the proceeded t o remove the old roofing and add the new in a professional manner, and we're done the same day! After clean-up you would never know they were there, except for the beautiful new roof.

BNF did work up the street from me and did the typical neighborhood walk around letting people know the services they offer which happens pretty often in my area. I took Brandon's information with low expectations of a call back. This is the exact opposite of what happened. He showed up on time, was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. BNF worked directly with my insurance from start to finish to get my new roof covered. BNF Construction saved my mother’s home from water damage. She didn’t know there were some damaged roof shingles in addition to some siding that came off in a wind storm. BNF’s free inspection/estimate for the siding identified the roof issue, then they worked with her insurance company to get it all covered. I highly recommend BNF!!! Francis, Taylor and Jeremy did an incredible job replacing my cracked chimney crown/cap and WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND in customer service.

When I reached out from the beginning, Brandon was very responsive along with the rest of the team and they ensured me my water leak issue would be resolved. It was difficult to find where the leak was due to the way my chimney was originally constructed, but Francis and Taylor thoroughly tested the chimney and found the leak. They fit me in on the schedule a week later and with Jeremy, they finished the job in a few hours.

Francis took time out of his busy schedule to come back a few days later and limewashed the new crown so that it’s matching the rest of the brick. He could have taken the easy way out by using white brick that didn’t match, but he advised me to use the matching brick and that he’d come back for free and limewash it. I appreciate the honesty, dedication and craftsmanship. Thank you everyone at BNF!!

After much frustration with other area vendors I enjoyed a very good experience with BNF Construction. I have two chimneys, one was badly in need of repair the other needed much less. BNF came promptly, and returned with a quote that fit my budget. I was offered three options. Once accepted they came promptly and finished on budget and on time. The workmanship on the brick work was everything that I expected. Minor issues were dealt with promptly.

Completely professional and courteous, BNF superceded my expectations, they were able to stay within my budget and we're also able to navigate and handle all of my homeowners insurance nonsense. My yard and property was left neater than when they first showed up. My only regret is that I could only give them a 5 star rating, they truly deserve 10.

My company representative was Taylor Tobias. Taylor worked well with my insurance and the adjuster, with minimal interaction on my part. The installation crew did a fabulous job with the removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof. In addition to installing much improved material, the installation was as profession as it gets. Taylor provided drone footage as well, to highlight the roof sections that were not visible from the ground. BNF also did some work on the inside, replacing ceiling sheetrock damaged by leaking water. Again, fabulous work! I would greatly recommend BNF to anyone!
