Really liked the company Superior Roofing. They did a really good job on replacing my roof. I would highly recommend SUPERIOR ROOFING to my family & friends.

Superior Roofing was a great choice for the roof of our home that had been damaged by hail. I got to meet the supervisor that would be on site during the quoting process. He had a great deal of experience and knew how to handle problems like I had with a leaking chimney. He was also great dealing with an extremely steep roof with lots of complex angles. They used 18 roofers that showed up early and left after working a long day. They had the roof on our 4500 sqft home done in 2 days. The supervisor was always here and on top of all of the work. He also made sure his crew was doing the job safely. They also did a good job of cleaning up.

Our home was built in 1986. Our roof was last replaced in 1999.
This year my roof developed a leak. Interior drywall was wet in the upper floor of my home. I met with several roofing companies and watched several roof replacements in my area. Roofing crews oftentimes may do installations without a crew supervisor.
Michael, the owner of Superior Roofing, stood out from the several representatives who evaluated my roof. He pointed out that not only were there leaks on the upper floor of my home, there were also leaks along the soffit, some hail and wind damage to the shingles, and siding. These leaks had drained water into the outer portions of my home along the soffits. As he suggested, this proved to be the result of poor installation of some flashings performed by some prior roofers over the life of my home.
I filed an insurance claim and discovered that they would replace my roof!
I chose Superior Roofing. They helped choose color and texture while also providing great timing of replacement. Michael worked well with our insurance adjuster. He introduced me to his site supervisor who has over 30 years of experience. This man, another Michael, was pleasant, thorough, thoughtful & conscientious. He explained that he provided onsite direction during the roof’s replacement and participated in key parts of the project. Meeting this Michael increased my confidence that Superior Roofing LLC was a great choice!
For replacement of our roof, they brought a team of 13 men to replace our roof. They arrived at 0730. From start to finish, they worked as a TEAM! It was clear they enjoyed working with the site director.
After completion, they thoroughly cleaned up and completed the project BEFORE Sunset.
Then a hard rain arrived……the roof is intact and our home is dry!

Superior Roofing came right out and performed the roof repair we needed. Everyone was courteous, and provided quality work at a reasonable price. I will definitely call them back when a full roof replacement is necessary.

Had a ridge vent installed. They quoted the job and did the work a day later. Excellent service at a reasonable price . Very pleased with this company.

I couldn't say enough good things about Superior Roofing. Had some damage from the storms. Called several places that said it would be two weeks before they could even look at it. Michael and his Nephew came out same day and made repairs. BOOM!!!

Commercial roof repair and replaced, shingles removed and replaced on attached structure. Easy to contact, responded in timely professional manner. Work was completed quickly with updates and pictures as we were out of town when work was done. We would recommend and use this company for future projects.

Excellent experience from estimate to finish. Rep was right on time and knowledgeable, explaining my options and pros and cons of different roof types. I’m very pleased with the workmanship and they left no trace they had been there, other than a new and improved roof.

I had a fairly small job (20x22 detached garage) to do. Michael didn't try to inflate the price and gave me a fair and competitive estimate. They showed up early on the day scheduled and knocked it out. Very professional and did a great job. Very thorough clean up when they were done. Only way to tell they were there is by looking at my new roof. Highly recommend Superior Roofing.

Michael and his crew were great. They were able to take a difficult situation (discovery of no decking) and take the time to reassess in order to get the job done properly. When they started the job, they sent progress pictures throughout the job. They were done before you knew it. I was impressed with the workmanship and professionalism. I would like to commend the Superior Roofing team for effective project coordination and excellent craftsmanship while working under this summer’s high heat index weather conditions. The Superior Roofing team replaced the shingles on our steep, tree-damaged roof, removed damaged gutters, installed new gutters with a perfect color match to our existing fascia trim, and expertly repaired our tree-damaged deck railings and steps. We are very pleased with the results of all this multi-trade work and have received quite a few neighborhood compliments on the results.
A late spring storm with heavy rains and high winds had caused a huge, old poplar tree to fall on our house. Once our insurance company had completed their initial estimate of repairing the damage, we made our list of potential service providers and included Superior Roofing. The estimator returned our call promptly and set up a convenient appointment to come by our house to assess our situation. After walking the site, he explained his estimate while talking around the kitchen table with us and provided a professional package of insurance and business license documentation. We had previously talked with several other very reputable and capable companies, but only a few could manage all the tasks in a single installation window and even fewer were willing to stay within our preferred guidelines for deck repair rather than replacement. The Superior Roofing estimator described how the team could do our preferred repairs and created a window of opportunity in the work schedule. After weighing a lot of factors, we decided to do business with Superior Roofing based on the estimator’s straight-forward and professional manner, experience working with insurance claims, personal referrals from other trusted service providers we had used, the company’s excellent ratings on several web sites and with the Better Business Bureau (A+ rating), and the interesting completed projects described on the company’s web site. The estimator personally showed up on site while the work was being done, made sure we were satisfied with the work, and followed up promptly with the close-out paperwork and insurance coordination. As with so many home repair projects, some field changes to work already quoted were requested by us or suggested by the project lead on site. The estimator and the project lead communicated promptly with us, gave us their candid assessments, provided cost deltas both plus and minus, and decisions that worked for all parties were made without delaying the work schedule. I called 6 roofing companies on a Friday night to do a roof inspection on a Saturday....only 1 replied. The owner replied to me right away and worked out a time to do the inspection on EXTREMELY short notice. He performed a very thorough and completely unbiased inspection that helped my clients move forward with their decision.
