Dave did a thorough job inspecting our new purchase. its an old place with plenty of issues. he identified the obvious issues and some not so obvious things for us to consider in the future. More than just punching a checklist. We were able to talk about stuff -- random things that i brought up -- from gas cutoff valve, location of electrical panel, condition of the central heat and foundation etc. thanks dave.

He was able to get me on his schedule quickly, he showed up to the appointment on time, and he did a thorough inspection of the dwelling we were under contract to purchase.
