Excellent work on two touch ups on two differnet vehicles, done REALLY quickly as well. Definitely use this place for any paint needs.

I bought a used canopy for my Tacoma and needed to have it painted to match my truck. After reading so many positive reviews about Apple City Auto Body, I decided to give them a try. The crew there are all very friendly and very efficient-they removed my canopy quickly when I arrived, used the paint code on the truck and also selected the exact right color chip for a perfect match. I picked it up today, and could not be happier-it is the exact color on the truck-a perfect match! The crew quickly loaded and secured it back on my truck,and even cleaned my back window before loading.
One other thing to add is that I was quoted a great price by Felipe-much lower than a few other places I checked into.
If I ever need any other paint or body work in the future, Apple City is the only place I will go! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality auto body services at very fair prices.

Unbelievable service. While on holiday near Hood River, our Jeep Wrangler was broken into when we were gone hiking. We drove the vehicle to Apple City Auto Body late in the afternoon. The workers took the Jeep in the shop to vacuum all the broken glass. They ordered a glass that was shipped overnight. We went back to the shop the next morning and had the glass replaced immediately. Extremely professional. Thank you so much for the fast service and getting us back on the road to continue enjoying our trip.

Apple City got our stolen and recovered Kia looking as good as new. The whole process was so incredibly smooth. They kept us updated along the way and were always so friendly and helpful. We live in Fairview OR but the drive was beyond worth it because of the great service. They also were able to get started on repairs much sooner than shops in our area. I hope we don’t ever have to deal with a stolen or damaged vehicle again, but if we do, we will be going back to Apple City! Thank you guys so much!

The whole crew proved very kind and professional in doing the estimate of damage, and was able to secure me a good rental vehicle while I sorted out this situation. Apple City Auto Body is amazing - the team here is so helpful and really care about their customers. I was driving across the Columbia River Gorge when a massive blown out tire damaged the back of my car. It did enough damage that I couldn’t drive beyond what was absolutely necessary to get help. The team at Apple City Auto Body welcomed me in and immediately got to work to ensure I could continue on with my trip. So much gratitude and such a big thank you to you all!!

Diagnosed + ordered and installed a new window regulator within 36 hours of me calling them. Extremely communicative and were able to work with me picking up my car after shop hours due to my schedule. Best auto experience I’ve ever had. Extremely friendly staff + incredible pricing.

It started off great.... 3 day fix no problem. That turned into 8 days, when I got my car back instead of replacing the damaged wrap around bumper they used the old one with a big gauge in it. The tint on my rear window is scratched and torn up from them putting the window into the new tailgate. They also put the scratched up chevy emblem back on the new shiny tailgate. I'm afraid of 2 things if I take it back to have them "fix" it. 1 how long will you keep my car this time and 2 what will not get done this time......

This is my second time that we take one of our vehicles to Apple City auto body. 10/10 I highly recommended these guys!!! Felipe the owner is super easy to work with super chill and very hard working man overall very very patient with his customers. He seriously answered all my questions and helped me to get ahold of my insurance guy that inspected our truck. I think we once went kinda late past closing time and Felipe was still their at his shop it’s very uncommon to see workers or the owner past closing time. They left our Ford F-250 body and front bumper in excellent shape and condition.

I will always have apple city auto body fix my car if in a accident. I was hit I'm my car and the damage was pretty bad. I had to get it fixed. they worked with me and fixed my car. I was so blown away with how good of a job they do. can't even tell the car was in a accident. And my God the paint job just shines...love it. I have been their a few times and they are the place to go to if you want quality work for a good price

I had some extensive front-end work done here, which, due to COVID supply chain problems, took longer than anticipated. For the last bit of it, they offered a loaner, which was much appreciated. The work on the body was finally completed, and it looks great! Office staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They handled all the insurance claim for me. Thank you!

The front lip on my bumper fell off and began to drag underneath my car at the beginning of a nearly 200 mile trip home. I didn't have the tools on me or the knowhow to remove it myself, so I drove it to Apple City Auto Body. They were just about to close when I arrived, but instead of turning me away, they waved me into one of the bays and secured what was left of the front lip so that I could drive back safely. They did this for me without charging a dime. It's rare to find businesses like this nowadays, and I am very grateful to them for what they did for me. If you are looking for a reputable auto body shop with truly standup people, Apple City Auto Body is the place to go! Thanks guys!

Took car in for a scratch I thought was down to metal. Was going to get touch up paint and do myself. Fortunately Apple auto said it could be buffed out. So glad I didn’t try myself. AND, no charge even though I offered. Thank you!!

I went to Apple City to get a spoiler wing I bought painted and installed. The product itself turned out great! Furthermore they were very communicative throughout the entire process and we worked together to solve any hiccups along the way. I would recommend them.

These guys are awesome. They've done several repairs on my vehicles over the last decade or so, most recently today. They always exceed my expectations.

We had a difficult to locate leak on the roof our our FJ Cruiser and no one we talked to in Portland or Vancouver wanted to work on it. Apple City never hesitated and got the work done quickly and at an excellent price. Very nice people.

Last month Apple City replaced my bumper through an insurance claim. They were so easy to work with and the whole process was smooth. My bumper looks great. 5 stars for that alone.
But I’m especially thankful for their help today. I called 3 mechanics trying to get help to snap my drivers side mirror back into place after someone pulled it off the base. I could see that it was a simple job—I just could not accomplish it myself and was afraid of breaking the glass by trying harder. Not one of those mechanics listened to me when I tried to explain my dilemma.
I was nearly in tears of frustration when I called Apple City (the last mechanic I called suggested them since the mechanic wouldn’t be able to match my paint—even though it had nothing to do with a painted part of my car).
Alejandra answered right away, listened to my problem, verified she understood by asking questions, and told me to stop by any time to see if one of the guys could get that done for me.
I came by just before noon on my lunch hour, and even though they were busy, both people at the counter greeted me. In just a few minutes I had a gentleman looking at my mirror. He asked me a couple questions, checked out the mirror—and snapped it back in, in no time flat! He even offered to clean the fingerprint smudges off the mirror. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name, but many thanks to him and everyone at Apple City. I appreciate the service and most of all, that someone cared enough to listen and understand.

I called Apple City on the recommendation of a few friends, to get a quote on a few things - side mirror fix, install of running boards, and a fix with my truck bed/canopy.
They answered the phone quickly, got a mechanic on the phone with me right away, and gave me a quote $30 less than 2 other places.

I dropped my truck off and was told it would take about 2 hours.
After 1 hour 45min, they called to let me know it was almost ready. They fixed my mirror for free, and were just so easy, professional and efficient and knowledgable to work with.
When dealing with any service situations, in particular ones where you may not know the given rates or there aren’t many choices, Apple City rates exceptionally high.
Local and family owned to boot.

Top notch communication and service! Whenever I walk in I'm greeted with a welcome right away. I noticed that when they were with me and another customer walked in, a staff came out right away to help them. Love feeling like a valued customer. I took my car in for a repair estimate then submitted it to my insurance. While Apple City was working on my car they found something that was an additional cost. They took care of it without having me navigate the insurance to shop communication abyss. I SO APPRECIATE them taking the initiative to connect with my insurance, saving me time and headache. Highly recommend

10/10!! This shop is run by good genuine people. They aren't trying to profit from your circumstance. They offer fair prices backed by impeccable work. You need a place you can trust and Apple city is just that. My car bumper and frame was destroyed and I was offered excellent customer service. I was informed of every piece that needed repaired, given the why, shown the price, and then they moved forward. No surprises. No being overcharged. I'm a single mama of 2 and they really made me feel secure in a very stressful time. I'm extremely grateful for this shop, it's team and owner.

My car was broken into and they shattered a window. My insurance had me going to a different shop to replace it, but I swung by Apple City to see if they could help cover the window up even though they weren't the ones who were going to replace the window. They were all incredible friendly and wonderful help. I couldn't believe how quickly and professionally Joseph covered up my window and sent me on my way. I am forever grateful for a company that employs people who have such big hearts and great attitudes. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service. Everyone is friendly, the front desk staff handles all of your insurance information for you (and even helps walk you through it if need be). Oh, and they do an amazing job. My Jeep looks as good as new. Thanks guys!!!

I've exchanged business with Apple City on 2 different occasions now. Not only did they do an outstanding job on making repairs to our damaged vehicles, their staff is amazing. When I say their staff is amazing, I mean the owner, the counter help, the auto body techs, and every face I've encountered there. I highly recommend them for any auto body work that you need done. You won't be disappointed.

These guys are great! On three different occasions they have helped me out with installing important safety equipment (headlights, wiper arm, windshield) on my cars in a hurry. They have repaired two of my cars after small collisions. On both occasions the cars were finished ahead of schedule. The work was of the highest quality! Great community members too!

Apple City Auto Body does quality work and they never take shortcuts. I've had them perform minor body work on two of my vehicles (both of them metallic silver which is notoriously difficult to match) and they've consistently done an exceptional job of ensuring a perfect match of the paint color and peel. They are meticulous about masking off other areas and feathering the work back into the original finish. The owner, Felipe, is friendly and honest, and he stands behind his work.
