Working with Caleb, the owner, has been an absolute pleasure—he’s professional, personable, and incredibly easy to communicate with. It’s always a joy to support a small local business, especially one as dependable and high-quality as this.

Caleb runs a tight ship with competitive pricing, clear communication, and a top-notch crew. Judah and Chase arrived right on time and were both polite, respectful, and highly professional. They tackled everything—interior and exterior window cleaning, gutter clearing, and even cleaning our solar panels—with care and attention to detail. Our home looks fantastic!

Juda and Craig were our window washers and both were pleasant throughout the cleaning. And what a professional job they did. They left sparkling glass and everything in its place. It’s exciting to see a well-run business with a young owner, managing exceptional young workers. Gives me hope for our new generations.

Juda and Craig were very conscientious and respectful in our home. We have windows on a deck and some windows requiring ladder work. They were careful to get all the dirt, pollen, and bird splats off our windows. They wiped down the screens too. They were gracious in agreeing to use traditional window cleaning instead of the ionized system. We didn’t like the results from a previous vendor using who used ionized systems. We do have one skylight that needs a touch up. Otherwise our windows look great!

Sunlit window company did an excellent job on our home in Underwood. Very professional crew and great work. We will definitely have them come back and I already referred them to my parents in Mosier!

These guys were great! Caleb arrived at designated time with his helper Craig and got right to cleaning the roof and gutters, followed by window/screen washing. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about the window cleaning method as I didn’t see a squeegee come out but windows look great. Nice efficient job!

These guys are great. Have used them for last 3 years and they have always done a great job. They are careful not to damage things when they need to move equipment/ ladders around.
