This was our first experience with ProShine, following a recommendation from a friend. We are working on getting our property back in shape after a difficult period of time, and they worked so hard in what was some extreme summer heat! We will be booking with them in the future.

We have two story house with tall windows showing great views. It is like a sun screen of dirt is gone. We will be using their services again.

While very personable and willing to answer any questions, they never took their attention off the job at hand. Both worked steady and efficiently, then did their own quality control on the job once completed. Would highly recommend.

The Pro-Shine Team did a thorough job treating my roof to kill the moss growing in several places. I appreciated their skills and how they explained what they did in a very clear way. I learned a lot!

The communication and appointment set up process was great! As was the pre-ppointment email with photos of the technician and a background check clearance. Certainly gave me a peace of mind. I am not totally happy with the windows though. There are still many drips, smudges and streaks. The screens that were cleaned look great! Our windows do look much better, but the drips on the upper floor windows are frustrating since I can't get to them to fix it.***EDIT*** Katie did an amazing job with follow up and the team came back out and completed the job to my satisfaction. I absolutely value the response and follow up and have scheduled them to clean the exterior windows again this season. Thanks Proshine Hood River!

We have had ProShine clean our windows a couple time. They are always on time, they do a great job and alway clean up after themselves. There is no one else I would trust to do the jobs they do.

The window technicians - Marty and Jason - did a fantastic job. We have ALOT of windows and they stayed until all of them were complete. It was a long day for them. The glass is crystal clear and NO streaking. I have tried for 4 years to clean just a handful of the windows with absolutely no success. Even the hard water stain from water fountain over spray hitting the window got cleaned away. Totally impressed. It was not an inexpensive proposition but worth it to me. Will do it again.

I have used ProShine twice. The results are great and I hardly notice them when they are working. Very pleasant experience.

The service was friendly and competent. I had contracted for gutter cleaning but there were still pine needles under the screen mesh over the gutters. I was disappointed that, even after pointing it out, there was no effort to remove the obstructions.

I am the physical plant department at my job and chose Pro-Shine a couple of years ago to wash windows after hiring another company who had to come back and get rid of streaks. The other company made it right and came back, but it's a hassle when you are in a busy office and don't really have time to call them back to redo the job. Pete called me back right away, the crew did the job right the first time and they are prompt and on time. Monica always has the invoices ready for me in a timely manner and they don't get lost, which is a big deal when you are taking care of a property as I do. This is why I have called them back every time we need window washing, exterior soft-washing, and gutter cleaning done at the office. If I needed anything done at home, I would call them as well and I refer them to anyone in need of these type of services.

Their office scheduler called unexpectedly to tell me they would be in my neighborhood this afternoon, and if I still needed my gutters cleaned they would do their best to squeeze me in.
