I truly don't believe you can get a more thorough and more caring home inspector. My elderly father was having issues with mold in his home. Another tester the year before failed to go deep enough with his inspection. AND she has done this for my buyer clients on multiple occasions which allows the buyers to have a home inspection accepted in this competitive market! Jenna was thorough, knowledgeable, and missed nothing in the inspection of the property my husband and I are buying. She was neat and respectful of the house she was in (even wore booties over her shoes).She also provided online links for information on systems (like the pellet stove) that were new to us. Jenna deserves 5 stars herself! They are super knowledgeable, very quick to come out, and very reasonably priced. They did our VA water testing, ended up failing one of the tests for well water. She went though the steps to ensure we fixed the issue with the well and retested. Sure enough she was right and the problem was resolved. I recommend them to anyone.
