If we could give them more than 5 stars we would! We got quotes from five different companies. Suburban was very reasonable and handled absolutely everything. They worked with our insurance company to insure we received the maximum benefits owed to us. The finished product is amazing. Our house looks brand new. From the siding to the roof and everything else, we have zero complaints! Harmony was our main contact and she was always quick to respond and always helpful. I will always recommend this company!

Tammy was great getting our roof replaced. She was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions. She coordinated everything with the insurance company and even expedited our install to accommodate some schedule constraints on our end. It was a hassle-free experience.

Tammy was knowledgeable and great to deal with when we needed our roof replaced due to hail damage. The process didn't take too long and they got the job done more quickly than I thought it would take.

3/2024 5* Patrick (the owner) is great to work with. Really knows his stuff. We had a few hiccups during our process. But all in all it went very well. New roof. New siding. New gutter. Patrick was good to work with. Quite responsive and thorough. I appreciated his help, expertise, advice, and knowledge all the way.

My roof was replaced last summer by Suburban Custom Builders and they did a FANTASTIC JOB! Specially Harmony. Harmony helped on every step of the way, from making the initial claim to the insurance company, bringing samples to my home to select the model and color, stopping by after the installation and staying in touch until the insurance completed all of the payments. The installation crew was GREAT too. The brought all the materials ahead of time, and completed the installation in one day, and they cleaned after they were done. In general, this was a great experience and I would strongly recommend them for any roofing job. G.

In June we had our roof and gutters replaced due to the April, 2023 hailstorm. Harmony and her boss came to our door earlier in the month and gave us the information of damaged roofs in the area. We had no idea that roofs could be damaged in a hailstorm. They generated a quote with lead time, had a State Farm representative come out and inspect the roof and gutters and we were approved. During the process Harmony responded to all of my concerns promptly and professionally and what she couldn’t answer she talked with her boss and got back to me. They did all the paperwork and all I had to do was sign the appropriate documents. All was done professionally from the quote the the replacement process. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs roof replacement.

Very happy with the work they did on my house. Tammy was easy to work with and helpful when deciding all the color combinations on the house. New roof, all new siding, soffits, facia boards, and gutters. Lots of work done in a timely manner that worked around my schedule. Turned out great !

We used Suburban Custom Builders for siding, gutters and a new roof due to hail and wind damage. They did a fantastic job on everything, and it was such a pleasure to work with Tammy throughout the process. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and she stayed on top of everything so we didn't have to. Our house is beautiful because of Tammy and the crew, and I highly recommend them!

These guys were on time, fast, professional, friendly, had great communication and did a fantastic job. They were done in one day as they promised, cleaned up every speck of debris, and gave us the leftover materials. We were amazed!

I consulted with Curt and my take away was a wealth of information about the roofing business and how it relates to home owners and how they can maximize their savings! Tammy is a compulsive lier and so is the owner they added vents and other things to our house to claim labor though insurance and damaged or power vents then refused to repair it after being asked 15 times. They will lie about dates times materials they will try to charge you for anything they can and not inform you in anyway. It's taken almost a year any 40k dollars over there estimate for them to almost finish my home
And still they will not fix the damage they cause. I am not lieing to try to get free stuff why would I do that when this is a insurance claim obviously this company is trying to make me look like the bad guy when I'm a victim. After having to have the owner of this HORRIBLE company removed from my property after he refused to leave after being asked several time. They then proceeded to try and bribe me and my wife. To remove post. Even in there response they continue to be complete and blatant liers. These people cannot be trusted.and they paid these people for there reviews

They took care of us and did our roof, siding, gutters, through our insurance and we even paid for new Pella windows since the siding was being done. We are very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Loved these people! We quoted the job with four different companies, and Suburban had great prices. Had a completely new roof and decking (tearing off two layers of shingles), repair to some trusses, new soffit & fascia and new gutters & downspouts. Our rep, Curt Harrison, wore a mask when he dealt with us without us having to ask. He went over everything with us and made sure we understood all the details. Work was done on schedule, and the crews were all very respectful of our property, cleaning up completely before they left for the day and even rinsing out the cooler we left out for the crew to use. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing and/or siding. When we do the siding next year, we will definitely be calling Suburban!

Was very skeptical when I first met Tammy because I had a terribly experience with a so-called “storm chaser” contractor. Suburban Custom Builders is not one of these groups, they are professionals and the results prove it. We had full siding replacement with gutters and it has exceeded my expectations (and I am difficult to impress). We did some design upgrades, and Tammy and Pat worked with us to get them done without changing the deadline. Tammy kept us informed during the entire process and came out to inspect the job site before, during, and after the installation. I highly recommend this company.

I could not be happier with the entire process, and the quality of work. The process was made so simple, and pressure free (thanks, Cedric!), and you would not believe the transformation after the work was done - you wouldn't even recognize the house! Cedric explained the process, communicated clearly every step along the way, and there were zero surprises. I cannot speak more highly of Suburban Custom Builders. The quality materials, timeliness of the work being completed - and I would without a doubt refer my friends and family. These guys are the best in the business! Because of the knowledge and expertise that Curt and his team has with insurance adjusters, and insurance claims, we were able to attain a much needed new roof. Curt was very knowledgeable and made the entire process of getting a new roof seem like it was easy. They met with the insurance adjusters and did all of the paperwork needed to make the job go smoothly. Their company uses top notch material and they do not cut corners. We could not believe how quickly their company had the material delivered to our house and when they came to install it, they were done in one day, and it was cleaned up spotless. We are very happy with their workmanship and also how nice Curt was to do business with. I would definetly recommend them for anything.

After reviewing several contractors, Tammy at Suburban, provided us with the best service including insurance approval, estimates, scheduling, and completion of paperwork for our projects and insurance. She covered every detail, including siding design and contracts, showing expertise in the entire construction process. We were thrilled with our outcome and the whole process for both the outside siding and the inside plaster/painting work. We had a lot of intricate spaces around a chimney, deck, and many windows. They even installed new light fixtures. The house looks like new. I highly recommend SCB.

Cedric came to our door and talked about our siding. We had a language barrier (my side) and he was very patient explaining everything. They contacted our insurance and took care of all the details. Insurance paid for new siding (yay!) and it was easy for me. Work was done quickly and as scheduled/on time. I definitely recommend!

I would like to compliment Suburban Custom builders for an excellent job on replacing my siding due to hail damage. So Tammy, one of Suburban's sales folks, comes through with a flashlight one eve, and my wife and I are thinking, "great...another storm chaser". After putting her off a few times, we finally did a walk around with her, who, indeed found plenty of dings in our aluminum siding. Her pitch was: I'll get the siding replaced, and any other repairs needed through your homeowner's policy. Will cost you only the deductible". Scam, we thought, but after seeing what great work she had done on a neighbor's house, we decided to go for it. We looked at the cost of doing in on our own and it was prohibitive ~ 30K ish. So we picked out some siding, and for the deductible + 2 very noisy days of removal and installation, we were left with a beautiful job! No hassles from State Farm, or our mortgage company. AWESOME! Highly Recommended!
