I used 4 Exterior for two projects in April and August 2023: roof replacement and fascia/frieze board/soffit replacements. Karol, the owner, helped us with the some design ideas, as well as the picking the right materials for the job. He has a very good eye and his solutions were better than ours.
Karol was very professional, on-time, excellent communication and fantastic job outcome. I highly recommend the company!

4exterior replaced our roof, siding, fascia and gutters. They were upfront with material and color options, unlike others estimates, which allowed us to get a custom look with the best materials. 4 Exterior replaced my roof and siding, and also capped my window frames with aluminum trim coil. I obtained several estimates from reputable contractors. 4 Exterior offered a better price, and that's great. But that's not what stood out. When you deal with 4 Exterior, you are dealing with the owner, Karol. He is the most responsive, attentive, and service oriented contractor I have ever hired. He knows the work inside out, and his crew works quickly and efficiently to complete the job without delay. Karol is onsite at regular intervals during the job to make sure everything is proceeding as planned, and will take whatever time you want to discuss the work and answer questions. He is truly the epitome of an honest, motivated, and hard working small businessman.

I got 5 estimates for total siding replacement with Hardie board. 4Exteriors was the lowest estimate by 18% over the next lowest bid and a solid 30% over the highest bid. Plus the job was completed in three days by a very hard working and experienced crew. Everyone involved with the project was easy to deal with and committed to an excellent finished product. 4 Exterior reroofed my house this spring and I am very happy to recommend Karol and his company to anyone who needs roofing work. Karol clearly explained what needed to be done, offered options and provided a very competitive bid. Within a short time, Karol had completed the permits and given me a start date. His crew arrived on time and worked very efficiently. My roof looks great and the crew’s cleanup was excellent. Karol came back a few weeks later and installed the new shutters I had ordered. When I first bought my house Karol was referred by my real estate agent to get a quote on making some minor roof repairs. At that time, he advised that he takes on full roof replacement projects, and due to the age of the roof the repairs didn't make sense. When we were ready to finally do a roof replacement, we got quotes from about 5 companies, and Karol's quote was the most reasonable price for the exact same shingles. He even showed us MANY examples of the roofs his team had completed within our own neighborhood so we could get a preview of what we'd be signing up for. The most amazing part about the job was how quickly he fit us into the schedule, and how FAST his team worked to replace the entire roof. They completed it in 1/3 of the time our neighbor's roofing contractor took! It was a very dedicated, hardworking team. We were very pleased throughout the entire process.

Karol is fantastic. I had very high specifications for the work to be done on my house and Karol exceeded my expectations. His communication is phenomenal.

He uses the best materials on the market, charges less than his competitors who quoted me for inferior materials, honored a coupon he did not need to, and lastly, did additional work above and beyond the quoted work and price just to ensure I was satisfied and that it looked nicer.

Outstanding!! From the moment I called 4 Exterior, Inc. Karol showed he was top notch in customer service, and the work was second to none. While some other contractors failed to respond at all Karol answered the first call, called back when he said he would, started the job on schedule, and cleaned up when it was finished. The work entailed new roofing, fascia, soffits, gutters, downspouts, and skylights, and we could not be any happier with the results. I would not hesitate to refer Karol to anyone looking for roofing work.

We had hail damage on our siding that our insurance company agreed to fix. I contacted 4 Exterior, along with other companies. We choose to go with 4 Exterior for several reasons. The owner Karol was very easy to work with and knowledgeable on what options I had. His quote was also within the same estimate our insurance company was willing to pay. The other companies were aggressively attempting to have me use their services and trying to have my insurance company pay more for this claim.

The team from 4 Exterior that worked on my property did a great job and I am very happy with their work. They were really quick and cleaned up after the job was complete. We needed stucco boards replaced on our house. Very few contractors do stucco boards but I found Karol on Angies List. He answered all my questions very promptly. I contacted 4 Exterior after watching them work on a similar house in our neighborhood. We needed T-111 wood siding removed and vinyl siding installed along with soffits, fascia and gutters. I solicited multiple bids and Karol's bid was very competitive. We recently used 4 Exterior to replace our roof and gutters. The roof we selected was a premium architectural shingle, which by its very nature is thicker and heavier than a standard shingle and, as a result, is a more challenging installation. Karol and his crew did a great job and were very attentive to detail. The job was completed within the 3 day time frame that Karol committed to; the crew kept the job site neat and orderly - which is especially challenging when you are removing an existing roof; and the new roof looks great! While the quote we received from 4 Exterior wasn't the lowest they were competitive. In the end I choose 4 Exterior because I saw the quality of work they performed at a neighbor's house, read reviews from other satisfied customers and trusted Karol to be a person of his word - which he is.
