We found ourselves with a collapsing front porch that needed to be replaced. This was the first time we have had a major remodel project and we talked to a few builders, but ultimately went with Santi and we are very happy that we did. Communication was very important to us, and Al and his team were always accessible and responsive. Everyone was very professional and kind and the work was top quality. We couldn't be happier. They did an amazing job redesigning my 1970s kitchen into a more modern space with more light and functionality. They listened to what I thought I wanted, designed, made adjustments, and worked to create my kitchen as close to my ideas as they could. When occasions arose where what I wanted could not be done, they explained the issues and what could and could not be accomplished. Sometimes the space just didn't allow what I wanted. In the end, the kitchen turned out great. A key was great communication and the Santi's Team responsiveness and excellent workmanship.

For instance, my wood floor had damage in several areas, many of which I thought were permanent. The Santi Team sanded and stained the floor and it was perfect! The person who cut and installed my kitchen countertops is an artist! The pattern he preserved for the countertop was absolutely beautiful! The person who designed where cabinets should go truly knew what she was doing.

So if you hire Santi Construction, you are in good hands. And remember, things don't always go smoothly or the way you liked. It's not a big deal as long as there's open, and calm, communication. The Santi Team will be honesty with you and explain what the issues are. Then things will make sense and you'll just need to tailor your plan (and expectations) accordingly.

I have since hired the Santi Team to do remodeling and repairs to an apartment building and their work continues to be outstanding. They have been in business for decades and they continue to be very busy. For good reason.
