I wish I could leave more than a 5 star review as Carlos and his team went way above and beyond with their repair work. I will definitely use them in the future as they were efficient, professional and provided a quality product.

I never leave bad reviews, they have earned this.
Do not let these people near your house; they are good sales people and that is all, the workmanship is terrible. They use almost exclusively sub-contractors and the full time staff they employ are NOT skilled labor. Carlos and Bob talk a good game, they are all show. I will be happy to provide communication and documentation to back up my claims. The damage they did to my house costing me more to fix than I paid them. I fired them because the quality was horrific and this was their "best guys".

I signed the contract in April for the roof and siding. they never even finished the roof. I fired them after waiting for 5 months of being blown off saying they wanted to send me their best crew. After they started the siding it was clear they had no idea what they were doing. Carlos apologized over and over again for the poor workmanship and it just kept happening. I met with Carlos who seemed like he wanted to try to get out on good terms, we agreed on the roof items that needed to be finished. He came out one more day did not complete the list. I didn't hear from him for a week. I contacted him made him sign a lien waiver and told him we were done.

Below is the tip of the iceberg.

Roof
1. They never cut the opening for ridge vent. They just placed the ridge vent piece on the ridge with no air gap
2. They removed the 120 yr old crown molding that was not supposed to be removed (clearly stated in the signed plan)
3. They removed the 120 yr old T&G cedar or fir soffit wood. It was supposed to stay (clearly stated in the signed plan)
4. The fascia exposure varies from 3/4” to 4 inches (looks ridiculous)
5. If it wasn't bad enough that we lost the crown the cut back is completely crooked, varying from 0 to 1-1/2 inches from the rafter tails. Making putting fascia up impossible
6. Exposed nails in the shingle field
7. Severely damaged Flashing not replaced
8. Never replaced flashing randomly around the house. did the roof they didn't flash the chimney that was leaking actively. They came back ripped off the shingles and had to do the flashing and acted like this was part of the plan.
9. Used normal silicone over nail heads
10. Didn't replace the torch down membrane valley.
11. Just found a new one a year later. The ice and water shield is 2" from the edge of the roof deck. This is supposed to extend past the roof deck

Siding issues
1. THEY CUT A "ROUND" HOLE FOR THE FURNACE EXHAUST WITH A TABLE SAW. THE GUYS DIDN’T EVEN HAVE A JIG SAW.
2. We had requested Cedar Siding. He wanted to blind nail it. You can not blind nail real wood siding It will split and warp. This is the basics of installing siding. They have never done wood siding before, they out right lied to me about having done it before.
3. We agreed on Factory finished siding, he had his guys painting the siding in his garage and painting the trim in my garage
4. The siding he bought was the worst version of cedar available. Finger jointed Cedar, It looks like someone glued together a bunch a 3 inch pieces of wood. All going in the garbage.
5. He asked me if they need to hit the studs when installing the siding. Siding needs to be nailed to the studs
6. The nails he bought would not long enough to hit the studs
7. They were not applying primer to end cuts.
8. The actual laborers had no idea how to install Tyvek or flash it properly
9. Tyvek Drainwrap was installed horizontal this is directional.
10. They are not flashing door and window openings properly. (according to manufacturer’s specification)
11. I had to provide them with a roller to install the Tyvek tape.
12. They put the cap nails too close to the openings and half taped cap nails this will cause leaks
12. They didn't remove old house wrap (this was agreed on)
13. When they filled in the Crawlspace vents. I requested this this be done but the parts were cut so sloppily there are large gaps. You can see Tyvek from inside the house

Wow, I called for an estimate. Carlos said he would call me back never did. I called a couple days later, he said oh I tried calling you, I didn’t have miss calls or vm from him. He had someone come to measure our roof. It’s been about a month now and still now estimate or calls to see if still interested. Poor service, if the owner this bad on estimates would hate to see how they work or ever finish the job.
