Terry showed up the same day I called for a quote. He was professional and kind during the whole process. His team came out the next day to tarp over the hole in my roof and saved my interior from further damage. In little over a week I had a new roof and no more worries or stress when it rains.

My sister called me to tell me she had water coming in through her ceiling. She didn’t know what to do. I gave her the referral to Style Exteriors, and Terry had somebody there right away to seal up the whole temporarily until they could replace the roof. They followed up within a few days and got the roof completely changed out, including making repairs and some replacement of plywood on the roof. I’m very happy that my sister was able to get their help, and I’m so happy to have somebody so trusted that I can refer to people I care for.

When the storm blew thru last August State Farm suggested that we speak to Justin at Style Exteriors and at the same time they would schedule an appraiser to come out. From day 1 Justin spoke to and worked with the adjuster to get our roof, gutters, & siding replaced. All of the communications were clear and our questions answered. Considering that none of the things that I mentioned previously were in my wheel-house we relied on Justin and his team for guidance and some suggestions that we never would have considered. Finally, after we completed our walk-around when the job was completed, I noticed that the Style Exteriors crew had aluminum capped the 6 inch wide board and trim below our patio door. The reason I mention this is because it had nothing to do with the siding job they were doing but they took the initiative to do something addional and that attention to detail really impressed us. Kudos to Justin Smiley and the Style Exteriors team and I would and will highly recommend them.

Style Exteriors replaced our roof, gutters and skylights this summer and did a superb job. What really impressed me is that they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Lou & crew replaced the corners of my mother's gutters, and put BIG downspouts where original small 1955 ones had become non-functional. Lou assessed the situation creatively and the solution is awesome. He also recommended gutter shields, as the house is surrounded by huge old oak trees. The true sign of a company's value and integrity is how they act after they already have your money. We had our roof replaced 5 years ago and due to some wind damage had a leak. Style Exteriors tore off and replaced all of our vinyl siding and wrapped our windows with white aluminum. The estimate was fair and included everything we needed. Their workers did a wonderful job. Our house looks like new. We have had many compliments on how great it looks now. They were very easy to work with as far as the scheduling. Eric Bergland was in charge of the job and made sure we were happy with the work. We did have a couple of concerns and he immediately took care of them. He was at our house almost all day making sure things were done right. Jose and his crew were awesome as far as the work and clean up. Before it was white, Now it’s a beautiful dark blue. Our roof was purchased in 2014. Ever since they removed the ventilation system that was in place when they house was built and put in their ridge vent system. Our attic has been creating so much condensation that mold has formed and water has leaked in every room on our second floor. Style Exteriors has came to my house every winter since 2014 and infact, admitted that its a ventilation issue and will not replace the ventilation system that they installed. When then updated the roof and ridge vent they nailed closed the ridge vent so the air flow cannot properly get out. Causing it to just remain in the attic. We had several different contractors out for their professional opinions, stating it is in fact the ridge vent that they installed. Style Exteriors will not replace it even though it came with a 10 year warranty, which is on their website. Would not recommend this company at al!!l Stay far, far away. They have cost us thousands of dollars in mold removal, painting, drywall replacement, along with purchasing a new ventilation system with another company, due to their poor quality Ridge vent and lack of workman ship when installed.

After being ghosted by 2 other roofing contractors, Style Exteriors came through. They brought samples out to my house quickly, so that I could match shingles to my brick easier. They confirmed information the skylight company rep told me about my roof that I did not believe, was indeed incorrect. Their quote for the job was the best of the several I had. Brad was always responsive to my questions - dealing with roofing damage caused by a leaking skylight installed by a different company. The crew was on time and polite. When the skylight company rep showed up and caused some issues, Style Exteriors was quick to respond and assure me there would be no roofing problems. They installed additional vents in the roof as I apparently did not have enough. The crew set up and tore down neatly and let me know when they were leaving. They answered any questions I had as they were shingling. VERY pleased with Style Exteriors!

Staff was knowledgeable and responsive. Roofers were on time, and cleaned up each day. They were respectful of our property.

We hired style exteriors to replace our cedar shake roof with a brava synthetic roof and replacement gutters. From start to finish we couldn’t be happier with the results from the entire team! Jeremey is extremely knowledgeable and professional and a true master at his craft. His installation team worked extremely hard and efficient to finish this complicated roof in a great manner. They worked 14 hours a day from sunrise to sunset, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This could be the hardest job on the planet ripping off a roof in direct sunlight all day with bees everywhere! The whole team was very courteous, kind, and respectful. They kept the house super clean and took extra precautions to make sure they protected our home during the job. Tim Carden of Style Exteriors came and reviewed our roof and gutters for replacement. He climbed up on the roof and saw our temorary repair of a hole at te top of the roof. His resonable contract was sent the next day. Our choice of shingle color and gutter color was easy with his samples shown to us. His group started the roofing job on one day and finished it the same day. A Style Extrerior manager was on site during the day. The 12 man team was very organized, friendly, protected our gardens, cleaned up everything perfectly and used a magnet to capture loose nails. The gutter change was done on a separate day. That team also was done their instillation of wider gutters and downspouts in a day. They, too did a great job in clean up.

I got my roofing date in less than a week. I have gotten compliments from several neighbors. There were two very small spots damaged, and one was corrected the same day and the other two days later. I am very pleased with my new roof and gutter protection.

I am more than pleased with the level of service I received from Style Exterior. Tim Carden (the owner) gave me an estimate for roof replacement. Tim and his team very responsive to any queries I had. New roof installation was finished in one day. The job site was throughly cleaned after installation. Tim also included gutter guard installation at no additional cost (I bought my own gutter guards). He also repaired some rotten wood part of the facia at no additional cost.

I am also happy that Style Exterior accepts credit card for payment (helps is earning miles).

Our townhome community suffered a devastating hail storm in May 2018. All of our roofs and siding on all of the 134 units was damaged. Our first choice for this project was our current contractor, but when we were told that it would take at least a year to complete these buildings, we didn’t know where to turn. It was a unique situation. Even though we were an Association Community, the contractor would be dealing with each homeowner's individual insurance policy. No contractor wanted to take on that job. Styles stepped up, took on this complicated project, worked with each individual Homeowner, multiple insurance companies, had various meetings with our village verifying our ordinances and promised to have all 134 units completed with new roofs, entire siding and gutters by the time the snow fell. It was a monumental project, but they delivered as promised. The materials were on our property for the first building on July 15 and the last building was completed on Oct 26, just over 3 months. It was a whirlwind project and of course when Spring rolled around, there were areas that needed some tweaking. Again Styles came through as promised. They are standing behind their work and warranty. Jeremy and Gary spent countless hours on site, working with our homeowners, insurance adjusters and making sure that the project was on schedule. We are beyond pleased with the quality of work, the professionalism of the crew and the continued excellent customer service we are receiving from Styles. I would highly recommend Styles as a contractor who will tackle any project and go above and beyond to get the job done right and to Your satisfaction.

Style Exteriors replaced all my siding after the May 2018 hail storm. The quality and work was topnotch and they were done in the time frame they gave me. I worked with Jeremy and he responded to all my phone calls and questions immediately. He definitely made the process hassle and headache free for me. My experience was horrible and no work was even done! Scheduled an appointment. Salesman was late, called and rescheduled for the next day. Salesman still shows up 45 minutes late while I'm walking out the door. Inform him, he gets mad. I ask him to leave and he threatens to "bury" me here in my driveway. Things escalate after the employee drives by my home and throws his McCafe' coffee at my vehicle. Police involved-just a sad situation over acquiring an estimate. Just too many siding contractors out there to put up with this nonsense.

What can I say, they came along and said there was a hail storm out here a couple months ago and I'd like your permission to let me inspect your 28-year-old roof. If there's any damage, we'll handle everything from contacting and working with your insurance company to doing the construction. Well, they did just that. They found damage and worked with State Farm, getting me a brand new $73,000 roof for a deductible cost of $6,600. And the quality of the workmanship was superb. Though at my winter home during the construction, they communicated with me every step of the way, sending me aerial drone pictures as construction progressed. I can't say enough about how thrilled I am with Style Exteriors by Carden.

We used Style by Carden Exteriors after a large hail storm damaged/cracked our vinyl siding and tore up our roof. Our home needed the entire roof, fascia, gutters and one side of our home to be resided.

Everyone I came in contact with at Carden was great. Jeremy was our lead/salesman and did a great job. He addressed all my concerns and ensured that my job was completed properly. There were a few small things that I found once the job was completed and Jeremy sent a crew right over and took care of them without question. That is a sign of a good company.

Just finished my 30 years old re-roofing with new 5/8” deck. Very reasonable price, not the lowest but not the highest(home depot price is 70% more!!). Done the job while in 8 hours. At the same day, it was raining in the night. Good! I checked the attic, no leak, clean and dry! Good job. Easy going with Tim, everything is clean and easy! Thank you very much.

The post from "Chase" is actually "William Vacala" from Vacala Construction. He put a request to receive an estimate through Homeadvisor to receive estimates for a project he was bidding. He tried to have me give him an estimate to obtain my pricing but I have encountered William once before and knew he was not a serious customer. He REFUSED to meet with us to have a conversation about his project and then we simply gave him a price and he immediately became unhinged and resorted to name calling and threatening to harm my business by posting bad reviews. All he had to say is "no thank you". Taking into consideration how he reacted to a simple estimate that HE feels was not fair, I replied that I would not like to do business with him. If anyone is interested to see exactly how the exchange went, I would be more than happy to show you the exchange between William Vacala and myself. Contact our office and I will gladly show you what kind of person William Vacala of Vacala Construction is. Anyone that does business with him should BEWARE! If he was so enraged by a simple FREE ESTIMATE, imagine how he could potentially overreact to something else!
