They came quickly to resolve the immediate need and got me in contact with a great plumber and construction team to get everything back in order. Josh and his team at Structured Restoration were awesome! We had a serious water issue in our (finished) basement; Brayden and Hunter showed up right away to help us dry the area, reduce further water damage, while beginning the clean-up to remediate the damage that had occurred. The team did a wonderful job and worked to ensure molded and mildewed debris was not brought through our home, but taken out from the basement level and disposed of properly. The expertise of the Structured Restoration team is incredible … while assisting with the plumbing issue they were called for, they noticed mold in the HVAC room where the water shut-off valve is located. We are so grateful for the team’s knowledge and experience as they were able to alert us ASAP and assist with resolving the clean-up of this second area, which we knew nothing about. Structured Restoration is our go-to for these situations, we won’t hesitate contacting them should the need arise in the future. Many thanks to Josh and the Structured Restoration team!!! I replaced a water heater that did a lot of flood damage to a residence. Structured Restoration went in there and took particular care, and had me remove the damaged water heater so they could dry the floor completely for a few days before I installed the new one. They did a meticulous job getting that house back in pristine condition! I highly recommend them!

Josh has been the only good thing to come from our apartment flooding. Without him and his attention to detail I think we would be pulling our hair out right now. The apartment above us flooded category 3 water into our apartment below--the damage was SEVERE and the smell was terrible. I got in contact with Josh and he was able to come over the same day. We could immediately tell that Josh knows the ins and outs of mitigation and what needed to be done. He got to work right away. His consistent updates and communication were the biggest breath of fresh air I have ever experienced when working with a company (shout out to Allie too who has helped us with insurance communication as well). Josh and his team were quick, cleaned/dried all the flooding, removed drywall where needed, and helped get us in contact with insurance + contractors to help with rebuild. Were updated throughout the mitigation/disaster clean up process. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Obviously needing a mitigation crew is never great but if you need one I couldn't recommend Structured Restoration more. We've been in a bit of a nightmare situation and the only person who has been in our corner doing everything they could has been Josh with Structured. He was very thorough, made sure i understood what we were dealing with and why they were doing what they were doing. He called me basically every day he was on the job site (10ish days) to give me an update and let me know how things were going.

Allie has also been very helpful and thorough as we've finished up the job and gotten more into processing the paperwork and things.

I've been an insurance agent for over 30 years and have worked with all the big outfits that overcharge the insurance companies which make all of our rates go up. BUT, Josh and his crew have been BY FAR the most professional and proactive. Every time I call to have them contact my client, they act on it immediately. On one occasion I gave them my client's info and they said they would contact her. 15 minutes later I called my client to let her know she would be hearing from them and she said they had already called and would be right out to deal with water damage in her basement.
I highly recommend Josh and his company to ALL insurance agents out there that are looking for someone that will take care of their customers and deal directly with the insurance adjuster that is assigned to the claim. It make the insurance agent look good and assures the future loyalty of that client!

Woke up to a water leak from our washing machine inlet hose. Water got underneath the flooring in the laundry room and adjacent guest room. We are so glad we were able to work with Josh at structured restoration! He was so responsive and easy to work with! He can out just 6 hours after we found the flooded house and has equipment set up to start the drying process that evening! He explained the process really well and let us know where he was going to start and what was going to be effected. Josh even came on the Saturday morning to make sure everything was dry and to take his equipment so we didn’t have to listen to it all weekend! Would highly recommend working with Josh and his crew!
