Jordan worked on our siding, the wrapping of our support beams, soffit, and rain gutters during our home remodel project. I’m very happy with the finished product.

Jordan is Efficient, hardworking, willing to put up with my crazy ideas and change things if I’m not happy (with my crazy ideas). Jordan helped build out our fireplace by doing the framing and finish work, building out the mantel and shelves. He also finished our laundry room by building the platform for our washer and dryer, painted the walls and hung the cabinets.

We are so glad we worked with Life Homes, and plan to use them when we build our next home. Jordan has done an amazing job of communicating with us to better understand exactly what we've wanted with our remodel. During the pandemic we've dealt with so many types of contractors, many of which wanted to cut corners just to make a quick buck. They wouldn't show up on time (or ever), or didn't care about their reputation at all. Working with Jordan has been extremely refreshing in all those categories. He's never shown up late, always goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with his work, and truly cares about his reputation of quality/ethical work. I don't endorse a lot of companies, but without any reservations at all, I'd recommend Life Homes to everyone I know.

Jordan was the best! He responded quickly to all my texts, kept me in the loop about when items were going to arrive and when he would come, worked and finished the project when he said he would and did a excellent job. He did a doggie door, steps from the doggie door, and a back porch for us. He somehow got it level despite the fact that our cement sloped. All the edges of the porch and steps meet perfectly, and it is sturdy and sound. He is kind and friendly and I would trust him with any other project in my house.

Incredible experience. We had previously been working with a builder to renovate the entire upper floor of our home. There were several projects that were left undone. The contractor basically quit, but never said anything to us. Jordan came in and cleaned up The half done projects for us. He is very (VERY) good to work with. He is exact and has a great attention to detail. His craftsmanship is top notch. (The guy we were working with before does parade of homes, so I’m comparing Jordan‘s work to that kind of quality). You would never be able to tell what our other guy did and what Jordan did based on the craftsmanship. Based on the price, you would be able to tell. Jordan did not rip us off. We didn’t realize how bad we had been ripped off until Jordan started working with us. He’s extremely honest. (and did several things for free for us that just because he’s a nice person). Again, very non-construction like. I’ve been charged for people texting on their phones and checking Facebook when they should be working on my house. He comes when he says he’s going to come. (if anyone out there has worked with people in construction, you know how rare this is). He texts me if he’s going to be five minutes late. His communication was fantastic. It was not overboard at all but exactly what I wanted/needed. He tries to create exactly what you want, but involves you as the process moves along (in case what you wanted was really terrible and you didn’t realize it; which happened in my case). he can do everything too. It’s incredible. He doesn’t have just one niche that he’s good at. He did a good deal of finish work for us, finished a half done banister, built some custom closets, built a gorgeous accent wall, built our deck, installed some lights). In my experience, when people are good at that many things they aren’t proficient at any one of them. This is not the case with Jordan. Everything he did was top notch. Ya, you can feel confident about going with him. He is a rarity in the world of construction.

Jordan, the owner of Life Homes, has done great work on multiple projects around my house. From remodeling my basement to tiling my bathrooms and laundry room and laying down a beautiful LVP flooring in my bedroom. Everything he has done in my home has turned out beautifully! Jordan does beautiful tile work, and really takes the time to do things the right way. He did several projects for my sister when she remodeled her upstairs, and her bathrooms turned out beautiful and the fireplace mantel looks great as well.
