Certified is just different from most other restoration companies. Different in a good way. The team is very quick to respond and they are always willing to explain their process so you don’t feel like they are just taking advantage of you. Would highly recommend

Caysen and his team did a fantastic job in identifying where a mysterious leak was happening in my home after two other contractors were left dumbfounded as to where the leak was originating from. I was bracing for a serious plumbing bill and mitigation bill for drying out the affected areas but they identified where the leak was coming from and were very honest in letting me know that this was actually a fairly simple fix. Since they deal with issues like this on a regular basis, they were better equipped to find what was causing this unusual leak vs the plumber and water damage experts I had sent out previously. I’m super impressed with their professionalism and integrity! I will definitely be recommending them and using them for any unforeseen issues in the future.

Company is very professional, completed excellent work when they said they would and kept us informed of every step to fix the water leak in my mom's house. I highly recommend them. Jesus was our project manager. My mom is 95 years old and DRS did everything in their power to get job done in a timely manner to get her back in her home. 6 weeks from start to finish.

********** Beware this company operates very shady. They (Brooke and Heather) want to try and collect $350 just to come out to your place for them to estimate the job that they would want. A very good potential money making job for them but want to have you pay before they come out. 3 other companies are coming out and have not asked for a single penny. This is not the way to do business. Not to mention I had to call them back because they failed to return my call after the initial call of "let me check with my tech to see when they are available and call you back." Go elsewhere the service and practices here are off to say the least. Best of luck you have been warned.

We had a dishwasher leak that got under our floors and into the basement ceiling and we are so glad that we called this company! Our house looks better than it did before. A big thanks to Rhett and team - Zane, Andrew and Riley - for all the work and attention to detail! Not only was the quality of work great, but they handled everything with insurance, which

Certified Disaster Services did a great job with the repairs after our kitchen and office ceiling was damaged by a water leak. The team from certified did the repairs professionally and quickly. They took extra care and made the repairs look like new. Happy with their good work!

We didn't end up needing further services. One of our rooms flooded due to a hose left on. Kurt came out the next day and assessed the damage and brought his thermal camera to make sure there wasn't water behind the walls. There wasn't luckily! He was so very helpful and gave me peace of mind. Very grateful!

I would 100% recommend Certified Disaster Services. It’s actually the second time I’ve had to use them and they were remarkable both times. Their communication and follow through is great and the end product (drywall, paint and carpet after a flood) turned out beautiful. Shout out to Brayan Flores who coordinated the project. I’ve got nothing but praise for how this company operates!

Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had to work with Complete Restoration since I had two separate water issues. I knew when the second water issue came about that I was absolutely going to use them again to do the mitigation and repairs. They are very awesome and communicate well. Everyone from management to the workers and subcontractors are all very professional and the work gets done right and within a timely manner. I would definitely use them again, however, I’m hoping not to have to call them for a very long time (I’m crossing my fingers for no more water issues)

We have used Complete Restoration 3 times now and everytime the service has been exceptional. The team at CR is always ready to help this last group of Brayan, Ricardo and Silinas were outstanding. Brayan was able to work with our schedule the whole time without any questions and kept us informed every step of the way, totally professional. Ricardo has been with us all 3 times and is always great to work with.

I wrote a previous review for the wrong Complete Restoration. The correct one is Complete Restoration in Salt Lake City. While on vacation a leak developed in my plumbing causing 30,000 gallons of water to flood my basement and producing extensive damage. My insurance company contacted Complete Restoration in Salt Lake City and they did a fabulous job. I needed water pumped out, removal of damaged drywall insulation, baseboards, and carpet, putting in new components including steps with painting all done in a timely manner. I feel fortunate to have been guided to such a great company

We recently had a leak in our master bathroom shower drain and had to deal with home insurance to get everything repaired and taken care of. Now at the beginning of this happening I was dreading having to go through the process of getting the repairs done and worried it would be a terrible experience and process. That ended up being the exact opposite of my experience. The first person I dealt with was Braden the main estimator and he was great with timing and making sure that everything was thoroughly checked on what would need to be done. From that point on it was very smooth sailing and each step was very well communicated to me through the amazing project managers: Sam Kaivelata & Rhett Passey. They both were amazing at responding and being very transparent on the entire process. They answered every question I had and made sure that my wife & I were very happy which we were. Every member of their team that came to our house to work on the demo, clean up, & repairs were amazing. They were very respectful, trustworthy, & punctual. They always made sure to leave everything clean and the best they could. None of it could have been done or as good of an experience without Mao, Matthew, Riley, Andrew, Carlos, Gonzalo, Corby, Steve, Juan, & Bryson. All of those people played a giant role in our bathroom repairs and each one was easy to deal with and honestly great people. I will 100% be suggesting anyone who needs repairs or anything to come to Complete Restoration because I couldn't have gotten through this with out them. The staff at Complete Restoration provided some of the best service we’ve ever received. Brayan, Jacob, Rickie, and crew were extremely professional, personable, and quick to get our home put back together. Through the mold demo, mold remediation, and repairs there was quick service and excellent communication. Although the circumstances weren’t ideal they made the situation into a positive one. Our home is even more beautiful than it was before the damage. In the event you need a restoration company for your property, this is the company that will get the job done right!

We had found some water damage/mold in the corner of our master closet. Complete Restoration was recommended to us by our insurance and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process.

They were quick to respond and show up for an initial inspection. Fortunately our issue ended up being relatively minor, so repairs didn’t take long.

Since we needed to have carpet replaced in one room we took the opportunity to make some updates ourselves and have Complete Restoration install the same matching carpet in our other rooms as well. Price was comparable to big box stores but we ended up with a better and more unique product. Installation went well and we couldn’t be happier.

We had major flooding during the holidays, and Complete Restoration had immediate availability for emergency clean up. They then wasted no time scheduling all the ceiling, wall, and floor repairs/replacements until everything was honestly better than it was before the flooding.

They took care of every part of the process and dealt with insurance on our behalf. Highly recommend!

We had parts of the house water-damaged by a humidifier leak. Complete Restoration was amazing at how quickly they responded and kept responding until it was all done. Within a day they came to assess the damage and were so thorough that they found damage that we hadn't noticed yet. They got drying equipment running the next day, as I remember. Right after that they replaced sheetrock, and repaired and painted entire walls with a near perfect color match. We can't tell where repairs were made. Then they replaced a section of hardwood flooring, and sanded and refinished all of the hardwood in the house because it is all continuous from the damaged area. The cleanup afterwards was extensive but the cleaning team was very thorough and did everything we asked them to and more.
All the teams were professional, punctual, courteous, and thorough. We are very pleased.

I met Rhett, and am so excited to work with him as a contractor! Very professional and direct about his plans, and how he handles each job. Highly recommend!

I'm very impressed with the quality of Complete Restoration's work and worth ethic of their team. Andrew and Riley worked on our restoration project. They were congenial, tidy, and hard working. I appreciated the way they informed me of where they were in the process and what the next steps were. If I have any additional jobs, I would call Complete Restoration again do to the work.

From the start of or project, they set clear expectations of what we should expect and EVERY SINGLE PERSON that came to help or do work were AWESOME people and we enjoyed being able to work with them. We had our basement reconstruction job done through Complete Restoration after a flooding in our basement. The whole process was made smooth & convenient so we wouldn’t have to worry with the back & forth communication with Insurance & the company. The quality of work is great & they have given a fresh new look to my basement making it look so much better than ever before. Everything from the flooring, painting, cleaning & most importantly communicating through all the work done, inclusive of giving us time to think & select from the variety of options they could provide was great. Complete Restorations is aptly named. From start to finish they took care every step of the way. They were trustworthy, kind, and understanding. There were lots of moving part in our mold remediation, but I so impressed with their communication with all their workers. They paid attention to the little things that really make a difference. They were very respectful of my home. Things were definitely left better than when we started. I 100% would recommend this company.

The crew that helped us restore our floors, trim, wall repair, and paint was terrific. Jesus and Kyle made this process easy and fast by staying on top of the work and keeping us informed the entire time. We especially enjoyed the kind and calm nature of Jesus and Kyle. All the subcontractors did a great job and were also very pleasant to work around. We plan to use this company again in the future and look forward to having a similarly enjoyable experience.

Complete Restoration was awesome through this entire experience! They communicated very well in coordinating the work and the hardware that we needed/wanted. Their guys were able to work around our schedule, sometimes working into the night and other times till 5 when we needed the house. Everyone was very professional and hard working. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone needing home repair/renovation.

I have worked with many companies in my time but Complete Restoration tops them all!! They have been the most efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable and reliable company I have ever worked with. They come when they say they are coming, they walk through every step with you to make sure your preferences are met. We had a major leak in our basement requiring everything to be removed. Mold remediation, Sheetrock, painting and carpet was replaced. Also everything that was in the closet was removed and cleaned. I HIGHLY recommend Complete Restoration for any home disasters you may have!! They do it all for you!! Your worries are gone!!

We called Complete Restoration on a Monday night at 5 when we discovered the upstairs bathroom was flooding due to a defective valve. They arrived within an hour and proceeded to assess damage, which was fairly extensive. Their people were very thorough, professional, and patient as they handled flood mitigation and subsequent repairs. I highly recommend this company.

We highly recommend Complete Restoration. We had some leaky pipes that caused immense damage in a very short period of time. Our home insurance company suggested Complete Restoration to us. Within a couple of hours we had an entire crew at our house. We had water everywhere carpets, ceiling, closets, drywall, and flooring. They informed us what they were doing and why. They brought all the equipment necessary to help us. When you have a disaster like that it is so important to have professional and caring people to work with. They worked around our schedule, were polite and informative and always cleaned up afterwards. They kept us apprised of what they were doing and worked hand-in-hand with our insurance company. We would like to especially recognize and thank Jesus, Rickie, Riley, and Kyle. They arranged the remodeling for us as well. They were always very open and communicative with us. These guys were amazing to work with! Our insurance got us in touch with complete restoration after our basement flooded. Despite delays in construction in the world right now, complete restoration was able to finish our basement in a timely manner. Mold treatment, water cleanup, new sheet rock, carpet, all the things! We are very happy with the outcome and you can’t even tell anything happened. Everyone we had in our home was always so kind and professional. Working with Rhett was a dream! He made the process so simple and easy. Any time we texted back-and-forth he responded quickly, and it felt just like talking to a friend! He always kept us posted on what was next. Definitely coming back to complete restoration anytime we need home help.

These guys have been great to work with. They were very responsive, helped with sub-contractors, helped solve problems. I've rarely worked with contractors who were as responsive and professional.

This was a long process because the cause of the water leak was not immediately apparent. Once it was discovered the process proceeded and has been completed to our satisfaction.

Great company to work with. We had some water damage the sheetrock in or basement ceiling and walls. Complete Restoration was easy to work with and had the job done in one week. To see it now you’d never know there was a problem to begin with. I gave four stars but would do 4.5 if I could. Why not a full five? It was hard to know which person to contact if you had a question. There must have been upwards of four or five contacts/people in charge, depending on which stage of the restoration your talking about. It was a little confusing. Also, they tend be a bit pushy to give them a google review if “we did everything above and beyond your expectations to assure you quality work along with an easy process.” It starts with a text message and if you don’t do it right away, you’ll start getting emails, again followed by more emails if you don’t respond right away. This would not stop me from using this company again, though. Overall a great experience.

All of these guys were amazing! Our bedroom was flooded. These guys responded so quickly, the job was done in days! Each person that came over was professional and went out of their way to do extra. I would recommend them to everyone.

Over this last horrible winter, my outside faucet pipe burst, & when I turned on my outside faucet this spring, it flooded my basement. I thought I did a good job after spending the entire night mopping up all of the water & drying out drawers & cupboards that were filled with water., but when the plumber came, he gave me the good news that all the water from the leaking pipe had come down between the outside wall and sheet rock, with the insulation acting as a sponge, which of course, means the dreaded M word “MOLD”. Luckily for me the plumber contacted Complete Restoration of Utah and my insurance, Mutual of Enumclaw. Now I’ve heard horror stories of flood damage taking over a year to repair. They had to take all the cabinets down, the sheet rock and remove my entire floor in my 25’X13’ finished basement, which is my craft room, office, kitchen. Complete Restoration. They swooped in, removed every from my basement and my garage was filled with boxes of paper, paint, and all sorts of craft supplies. I didn’t have to lift a finger. They took everything out and brought it all back in again. The young ladies who moved the boxes were amazing. Repairs ran as smooth as clockwork. They were so organized, & as soon as one job was completed, someone was at the door to work on something else. They laid plastic sheeting from my front door to the bottom of the stairs, & covered cabinets with plastic so they wouldn’t get dusty. All the workers were so friendly and willing to do anything to help me. The work was finished right on the projected date. I am so pleased. Thank you, Complete Restoration!

These guys have been so great to work with! My bathtub leaked into my kitchen ceiling and these guys got out here fast and got to work. Everyone communicated with me every step of the way! Hopefully I won't have the need to work with them again, but if I do I will 100% use them again!

Complete Restoration did an excellent job at replacing drywall, paint and baseboards that were damaged in our flooded basement. Hunter especially provided excellent customer service and took diligent, respectful care of our home.

As a first time home owner, we were stressed when we had our first flooding fiasco on our hands! Complete restoration came in and got right on top of the problem. Rhett is the bomb. Super awesome guy who follows up on everything. And Rickie was bomb too! The teams that worked on our flooded basement were amazing! Not like typical contract workers that are lazy and don’t clean up…these guys are professional, considerate and do a great job - and they are fast! We have new drywall, paint and carpet and our basement flooded middle of May and they had it all done a month later.

We were unfortunate enough to have a roof leak that damaged our walls and floor. It also generated mold. Although we are still in the process of repairing it, the team had Complete Restoration, piloted by Jacob and Sami, have been great to work with.

I would recommend these guys to anybody that has a flood in their home. Our washer had a slow leak that we never seen (leaking out the back) which finally turned into a full flood when it decided to completely fail. Jesus and the guys that came out to remediate the issue did an amazing job. They were prompt, in constant communication with me and got the job done right. Jesus worked with our insurance company and made sure that the insurance company paid for our home to repaired right.

These guys are great! Our Basement flooded. Complete Restoration got started right away. They removed everything from the basement, tore out all the old flooring, cleaned/sanitized floors and walls then began restoring. New drywall and flooring was put in and then they returned all of our furniture and other items to the basement for us. Kyle was really awesome to work with. He was very friendly and informative!

I had a flood in my house that took them so long to complete! I would never recommend this company for so many reasons! If you hear they are a “preferred provider”. Run! They cut so many corners and do a not so thorough work just to please the insurance company. They even lied about replacing replacing my carpet and many other items on their invoice. It became such a joke! Do not use this company!!

Jesus and his crew came out within hours of one of our pipes leaking and they were able to stop the leaking and quickly remove all water damaged flooring and drywall. They immediately began the dry out process and worked with our insurance company. Communication was excellent and they were all so professional.

DO NOT use them. Zero communication, left a huge mess. And we are still waiting for them to complete the work. 3 months later. We was told it would take a month and a half. In these 3 months they have maybe showed up a handful of times. But left our house a mess. We keep getting pushed aside for other.

Complete Restoration was very responsive in restoring flood damage caused by a leaking refrigerator over a period of several months. The various crews who performed the work were very professional and were committed to restoring the damage we experienced. When the restoration was completed the damaged areas looked like new in every way. Those who did the work were very dedicated to doing the best job possible. The work was delayed waiting for the hardwood floor crew to replace the hardwood floors, but other than that the work flow was timely and professional. We would recommend Complete Restoration and would use them again if needed.

Complete Restoration was efficient and communicated with us every step of the way. Everyone we dealt with was extremely polite and knowledgeable and did high-quality work. They arrived within an hour or two of the flood and minimized damage to our belongings and went above and beyond on fixing small aesthetic issues afterward - really too-notch care beginning to end.

My only complaint: we were initially told we could be back in our home within a couple weeks, but between drying, assessing, working with insurance, ordering supplies, installing, and touching up, it ended up being a couple months - and it seemed like a pretty typical and predictable experience. I wish we would have been told initially how long repairs like this can really take if done right; it would have changed how we packed and prepared.

Later time estimates after everyone knew more about the damage done and repairs needed were more accurate and I never got the sense that they were delaying unnecessarily, which I appreciated. Maybe just a moment of optimism rather than anything malicious!

Overall, 10/10 would recommend for anyone in the unfortunate circumstance of emergency flood! We couldn’t have asked for better!

They did a great job getting my ceiling leak fixed and patched up so well you can’t even tell it was there. What was especially great was they were able to get it done quick while we were out of town which was nice to not have to be there for the construction of it all. They also worked well with our insurance company. We would use them again for sure.

We had an issue with some damaged drywall and insulation due to a water leak. Jesus and his team helped us with the repair, we had a very good experience with them. The team was incredibly professional and did a great job with the repair. They are very good at what they do, there is no sign that there was ever any damage. Throughout the process Jesus kept us informed of the progress of our repair and was polite and responsive to questions. He also explained our options and helped us make the best decision. I would work with them in the future, but I hope I won't ever be in need of their services again!

We have worked with Complete Restoration of Salt Lake twice now. Both times were due to mold remediation. This second time, we added a little bit of remodeling on top of the mold remediation. These guys have treated us very well! We have now had 2 bathrooms fixed and remodeled and are very happy with our experience. Braden, our project manager, worked very hard to make sure we were able to get everything that we needed and wanted. Rhett, the crew lead, was always fantastic and responsive when coming and working on the job site. Rhett did everything he could to make sure we were happy with the project on site. Between Braden and Rhett, any other contractors needed, plumber or electrician etc. were easily coordinated and their work completed as we liked. Complete Restoration is very good at working with insurance if needed, as we filed claims in both cases. I'd be happy to work with this group again in a heart beat!

They helped repair our basement apt. we're staying in and the guys who helped us were amazing! The work and repairs helped make the place look better than when we first moved in. I want to give a special shout out to the guy who helped us the most, Rhett. H was very communicative with us on time estimates and what they were doing, and he was happy to pause anytime if we had any questions.
