Streamline Roofing - Hilo, HI

Just want to shout about these guys! Chris and his team at Streamline are the go-to guys in Palmerston North and the whole region for roofing issues. They have done several significant jobs for me, and always come through with quality work, very professional communication, and good pricing.
I also always say that a company's measure is not its work; it is when there is an issue, and these guys really come through! Their follow-up is fantastic! Look no further when it comes to roofing work---just call Streamline!

Could use if you're desperate, my star rating is based on:
-1 star for giving a quote without looking at the job properly (even after I offered a ladder and asked if they're sure)
-1 star for pulling guttering off without thinking then realizing an unsupported overhang needed pushed up for the guttering to work.
-1 star for leaving all guttering off the house instead of the area with an issue (for 2 months while I was out of the country)
-1 star for quoting an extra 1000 something to install a downpipe back to the original location (they had the spout on the wrong side of the house)
+1 star for eventually installing the pipe without extra cost (was initially included in original quote) the job was rough and a bit of mess left but I'm grateful.
-1 star for not installing other downpipes that were requested (they removed originals so I had to buy new ones)
+1 star for a nice product. The gutters look really good, I saw another guy just buying them to install himself, I think he had the right idea.
-1 star after being talked into giving them a chance I emailed to ask if they were interested in fixing a pipe they broke. They replied offered a $6 piece of pipe for me.

Unfortunate rating as a mate didn't have issues with them, but then my current builder said he would use anyone at all over them.

I'm unsure if editing this will make it appear on Google again but they seem to be lucky with flagging negative reviews so they're removed.

Top roofers and spotters. I have used this company for 5 years now either directly for our premises or for clients. Graham and the family and staff offer top service and do a great job. High recommend this company. Am still using them and will continue to use them.
