Harrison was a real joy to work with. He was great in letting me know what he was doing. He took many pictures to show what was happening in our attic area and explain why it was happening. Pictures of the exterior tile area and explain what was happening on the roof. His approach to talking to me about our roof condition was straight forward and he presented 3 great recommendations. Stonecreek Roofing did an amazing job on my new roof. After completion, I had a few minor finishing issues, but upon voicing my concerns, project manager Sarah quickly addressed them and sent over a phenomenal roofing specialist to complete the work to my satisfaction. Communication was great from salesperson Kinsey and Clarissa in the office as well. Responsiveness can sometimes be an elusive trait in contractors, but I found Stonecreek to be very willing to listen to concerns or needs and address them quickly. I am more than pleased with my beautiful new roof and am very happy that I chose this company for my roofing needs!

Clarissa was a pleasure to work with. She was always available when I called and the crew was diligent on clean up. Hopefully I never need a roof again but if I move and need a roofer I’m calling these guys!

I have unfortunately learned a very important lesson from this experience: the highest bid does not always equal the best quality work. I’m not even sure if this company has a single roofer on their payroll, despite being a roofing company. It’s just a bunch of salespeople that are great at… well… selling, I guess. The people they send to do the work are subcontractors who, for the most part, are not concerned with meeting building code or workmanship standards. There were a lot of cut corners, and just overall sloppy work.

Getting Stonecreek to fix all the problems with their work has been an uphill battle, and they are far from eager to make things right. Involving the ROC has motivated them to at least attempt to fix their work, but the attempts only resulted in additional damage.

The issues I faced were not limited to the work itself, either. They failed to clean up all of the nails and debris on my property, resulting in a punctured tire and risking injury to my dogs paws. They helped themselves to my ladders, and because they didn’t know how to use them properly, they caused damage to my siding and put themselves at high risk of the ladder collapsing under them. Finally, a number of issues could have been avoided if the project manager was at all communicative. This includes her failure to send the final invoice in a timely fashion, which resulted in them threatening to place a lien on my property for nonpayment, after only 1 business day of my receiving said invoice.

So, if you are still considering hiring this company and your experience is similar to mine: you can expect to pay a premium for work that fails to meet even the most basic industry standards. You will manage every aspect of your project, familiarize yourself with building code and workmanship standards and supervise the workers to ensure they are meeting them. You may also find that they do not show up on some days, but you can anticipate playing the role of a supervisor between the hours of 6 AM and 6 PM on the days that they do show up. Finally, watch closely to ensure they don’t perform unauthorized work and try to bill you for the additional cost.

I will give them credit for their exceptional ability to sell products/services. They also work with a talented Drywaller, which is hard to find. Otherwise, I could not be more disappointed with my experience.

Very thorough! Not one of the companies that take 10 minutes to inspect, they truly inspect every detail! If you are in between companies definitely go with Stone Creek!

We just had our roof completed by Stonecreek Roofing. It looks great and they were great to work with.
We had a few hiccups as jobs of this size do at times. However, they made it right and was fair on resolution.

We hired Stonecreek to replace the roof on our Dad's home in Sun City West. Dad is 98 and lives in an assisted living facility in Scottsdale, so my sister and I have our hands full making sure Dad's house is in great condition prior to being listed for sale. I'm in Texas and my sister works full-time in Tempe. We needed a company we could trust. Stonecreek is that company. Great communication, excellent workmanship, everything clean and documented. I called several other roofers for quotes and Stonecreek was the most reasonably priced. They tackled my roofing project head-on, ensuring everything was done on time and within budget. The quality of their workmanship is undeniable, and they left no mess behind. If you’re in need of reliable roofing services, Stone Creek Roofing is the team to call. Their service is top-notch, with a crew that’s as professional as they are efficient.

This was a disaster. They created a very upsetting and unsettling situation for me. I had numerous crews at my building renovation. This was my only bad experience with a crew or company. They demolished stuff they were not supposed to. It cost me an extra $7k! They almost demolished new air conditioners on my roof that were never ever noted or discussed for demolition. Good thing I had another crew onsite that caught this. They got a code to the lockbox and it was not communicated to their crew for some reason. So my concrete guys showed up while their crew was trying to break into the building. They knocked loose a concrete mold specifically set for an industrial lift that was being installed. They tried to foam over rotted moldy wood with black mold (pictures attached). They tried to do this 3 times! They had com come back 3 times just for not checking inside the building to see if they had removed all the black mold infested wood. They did not finish part of the skylight/solar tube install and I had to borrow an extending ladder and actually finish that myself. That's correct, they argued with me about something they installed wrong. I read the directions. They in-fact did not do it correctly and left holes in my roof. I crawled up there bad back and all and finished it myself (before and after pictures attached). They left messes every day that my other crews had to clean up after. That should be construction 101, clean up after your mess. Don't leave it for a different crew. The worst part of all, they never took accountability for any of this.

The team with Stone Creek were incredible. They fixed my roof braces and re-shingled my house then made sure to remove the mess when they finished and put back my yard border and ornaments when they took the trash container out from my yard.

Their team re-roofed my house and installed a solar tube. They were professional, informative, and stood behind their work coming back a year after the install to fix cosmetic issues.

They are very reliable friendly and responsive. They will go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied and the work is done properly. They also helped and We received the cool roof rebate too. Been through a few rain periods and no issues noticed. Good work.

Stonecreek Roofing is a reputable company that will strive to make things right for their customers. Back in July 2022 my wife and I decided to have our roof redone due to a ceiling leak in one our bedrooms after a storm. The customer service from Stonecreek was excellent as well as the response time. Unfortunately, the leak seemed to come back every year up until recently in June 2024. Admittedly, I was frustrated with the situation due to the recurring leak. However, the wonder folks at Stonecreek responded as quickly as they could. Sarah was amazing, and she quickly scheduled her team to inspect my roof and perform the necessary repairs. Sarah kept me updated every step of the way. The source of the roof leak was found by the foreman and taken care of once and for all. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Stone Creek Roofing! My husband and I purchased our first home last year with our 3 children. Within a few months, a storm caused damage to part of our roof which leaked into the addition. We got a different repair company set up and it was a nightmare, but after months and months of back and forth, the roof and internal repairs were completed. The first storm after the repairs, additional leaking was happening. Turns out it was from improperly replacing the roof from the addition. This caused my addition, laundry room, and dining room to have to undergo demo and complete rebuild. After going back and forth for months with the original roof company, the finally “fixed” it. They indeed did not! The repair looked like a child connected the pieces, cracked the original roof where it connects to the addition, then slapped on a white paint seal over all of it making a mess. I reached out to stone creek roofing because I desperately wanted a company to replace my entire roof, including the “repaired” addition before we did the rebuild! I didn’t want to put it all back together again, then have problems the next rain fall. Stone creek roofing took amazing care of my family, educated us along the way, and helped us with so many of the steps in determining if there were any claims that could be made with our insurance. Glenn was extremely helpful and it didn’t matter the day or time I would text him a question, he always responded! I am soo happy with the results and am confident that we can finally live in our new home, in one piece and that we are in good hands if anything happens!

I really appreciated the clear communication and excellent follow through on our roof replacement. They executed on schedule and got the work done in one day. There was a glitch with a disruption to our HVAC unit, but they got it solved the next day. I'd hire them again.

I had a pretty bad roof leak from a storm back in April. The Stonecreek Roofing team came out and looked over the roof and were able to do a roof replacement on a portion of the roof to fix the problem. I talked to 3 other companies and they were hands down the most qualified and had the best credentials. If you are looking for a roofing company in phoenix they are your roofer!

Jacob was awesome! Saw him working on my neighbors roof and asked if I could pay to put a vent cap back on my roof, a small job nobody was willing to drive out and do. After he was done with my neighbor, he came over, helped me out, and said to have a great day without taking payment. He took time out of his day just to help me out, thanks Jacob! I'll look to Stonecreek in the future when I need my roof to be done.

The buying process with Stonecreek was great. They were prompt and thorough with the quoting process. While they were not the lowest bid we received, we selected Stonecreek as the best choice for us. We were pleased with the work once completed however our experience was stressful and not at all what we expected given the positive reviews and great start. The communication once we signed the agreement through the job completion was deplorable. No proactive communication whatsoever until it was time to collect final payment. While our project manager always answered or returned my calls, she had little information on the status of work and never initiated a call. Not one. Not even to let us know when the job was starting. We were told it would be a 2-3 day job, it ended up taking 4-5 days over three weeks. As a result of the poor communication, we had little confidence the work was actually completed as promised so ended up hiring an inspector to confirm.

I cannot say enough good things about Stone Creek Roofing. From the first time I contacted them for an estimate to the completion of the job, they were incredible. They did a complete tear off and replaced my roof in two days. They left the job site spotless. At the end of the job, Sarah went on the roof and did a complete inspection to make sure I was happy with the job. I was so impressed with the team. I highly recommend them.

These folks here are amazing! I had been dealing with another roofing company for almost 2 months with no progres or start date insight. This was a large project, we removed an old clay tile and went back with concrete and communication was great throughout.
