This was easily the best roofing company I have ever.had. I would say they are most professional contractor I have ever run across.

Priority Roofing got our 2 roofs done quickly and worked with our insurance. They did a great job, cleaned up well, and our roof looks great. They didn't complain about the difficulty with our steep pitched roof; they managed it perfectly. We first had a different roofing company who took our money and didn't do the work. It took months and filing complaints to finally get our money back. You can't just trust any roofing company. Priority Roofing was dependable and communicated well. We would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and no hassle or hidden cost. Paige was straight forward and got the job done. Installers were fast friendly and on time. Finally a project with no unwanted bonuses.

We found a leak in our patio roof and received Priority Roofers from a referral, they were great! Paige came out within a couple of days and did a thorough inspection of our entire roof. She gave options on pricing and answered all of our questions. Eddie and
the crew showed up on the agreed upon date and time and got right to work. our roof was completed in one day which was sooner than expected. Thank you all for making this a great experience.

I would highly recommend Priority Roofing for any roofing needs you might have. Jordan and Lupe were very communicative regarding our needs. Lupe's crew showed up just after 5am and closed the day at 7:30pm working in 110 degree heat and finished up the job the next morning. Roof looks great.

EVERYTHING was done very professionally and carefully. The crew cleaned up all debris and we were very pleased. We would recommend your company to anyone!

So much to say about this company the way they have always treated us like we matter and getting the roof done for us has been great. We’ve had lots of obstacles with Insurance , but they’ve walked through the journey with us.

I needed six roof tiles to be repaired. I contacted Priority and the Supervisor and crew where there the next day and fixed the problem. I was happy with the completed job.

I had been going back and forth almost 1 yr with a insurance claim. Jose Ariola from Priority Roofing took charge of that claim and got it approved in 1 mos. He showed urgency and professionalism. His worker did a excellent job on my roof from start to finish. They showed up on time and worked endlessly thru out the day in the Arizona heat. Got the job done in 2 days and left the property cleaner than before! I am grateful for Jose and Priority Roofing. Good to know that we have people with integrity and good hearts in this world . Yall are a WONDERFUL company! From the lady I spoke with on the phone I believe her name was Candra to the gentleman name Troy who came to my house to check things out! I was so frazzled when it decided to rain in my house! Although they were booked about 5 days out Candra went out of her way to find me someone who could come out sooner, his name was Troy! Although he was not able to fix my issue (because it’s HVAC related) he went out of his way to take video of my attic so that I could see what he was referring to as well as educated me on a few things! Not to mention sent me referrals to a company to help with cosmetic repairs.

If you’re stressed and wanna put your mind at ease for all roofing needs they WILL take care of you!

At first there was a misunderstanding with scheduling, meaning the project started late. Yes, it wasn't the best, but what mattered to me is that the manager himself called me, took responsibility, and apologized for the inconvenience. The next day the workers showed up and finished the whole roof in one day, great work!

Great company to work with. My sales rep was Sergio. He came to my door because I had a bad roof. At first i didn't really think my insurance was going to pay but he took care of that and the insurance payed. He kept his word at all times and I only payed my deductible. Sergio came to make sure the installation was going good when the workers were doing the roof. It was a pleasure working with Sergio. Highly recommend

Well, it was a process just like they said it would be but this company did everything that they said they would do for me and got me the roof paid for by my insurance company. Sergio, my sales rep was very good and confident and thorough and explain the whole process came and showed up when the roofers were there installing the roof to make sure they were The roof looks fantastic and the color is amazing. The only thing I had to pay was my deductible of $1500 and I got a complete brand new roof just like they said I would. My insurance company tried to deny me first, but they went to bat for me and fight for me and got the roof for me paid for by my insurance company. Thank you Sergio and priority Roofing
