I am super pleased with the mold remediation work completed at my home by Go To Services. My house was recently diagnosed with having mold and I contacted Go To Services to assist me with the remediation. I called on a Friday, late morning and spoke to Steffan. He came to my house Friday afternoon with Juan and Felipe to look at the issue at hand and provide an estimate for the remediation. These three men were very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, and provided me lots of information on how the clean-up process works and what to expect in the coming week. On the following Tuesday, Go To Services started the remediation work at my home. Art was the lead technician on my job. He was great to work with and was very polite, communicative and was able to find and identify the source of the water leak that caused the mold problem. Steffan, Juan or Felipe was on site daily supervising the process and findings and also addressing any concerns that came up. The Go To Services team worked well together to ensure my project was handled correctly and efficiently. They exposed and checked all the plumbing and water sources, tore out my leaking shower and shower pan, exposed the 2X4's in the walls to see where the mold traveled, and ensured the mold was properly encapsulated, scrubbed and cleaned up. After Go To Services completed the project, I received a clean report from the mold doctor and the testing lab that my house was mold free. I would recommend Go To Services and this team for any remediation work. Thank you Steffan, Juan, Felipe & Art for your professionalism, hard work, knowledge, and great customer service. I would especially like to commend Steffan Kruegar, who managed the project with remarkable skill and efficiency. His leadership ensured the work was completed on schedule and with minimal disruption. He was sensitive to my wife's concern for cleanliness of the project, protecting our furnishings and had a reassuring way about himself to put us at ease that everything would be okay (and it was)! I also want to recognize Alex Medina, project coordinator, whose organization and oversight of all the paperwork made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Over the course of the project, I must have called her three dozen times and every time she picked up the phone. That is unheard of in today's world! Both Steffan and Alex were consistently punctual, courteous, and went above and beyond to deliver a seamless repair process. Finally, I would be remiss if I did not also recognize Jarrod Davis who came aboard mid-way through the project. He too was always on time, courteous and insured that there would not be any disruption. Their dedication reflects incredibly well on Go To Services, and we are truly grateful.

I can’t say enough great things about Go To Services, Inc. - especially Kristin. When my entire downstairs flooded, I was overwhelmed. Although I’ve been a homeowner for years, this was my first water damage claim - actually, my first home insurance claim ever - and I had no idea what I was doing or if I was even calling the right people.

From the start, Kristin was incredible. She patiently explained everything, guided me through the entire process, and stayed in constant contact, answering all my (many!) questions. Honestly, she communicated better and more consistently than my insurance company.

Once the Go To Services team got involved, they took over seamlessly. They coordinated directly with my insurance and handled everything with speed and efficiency - it became a truly hands-off experience for me, and I was so grateful for that peace of mind. I knew I was in good hands and could trust them to take care of it.

Even though I live in Kingman and Go To Services is based in Phoenix, the team made the 3-hour drive each way without hesitation. They arrived early each day, worked hard all day, and made every minute count. I hadn’t been able to pack up everything or move all the furniture myself, and I felt bad about that - but the crew stepped in and did more in their days than I thought possible. They brought boxes, carefully moved furniture and belongings, and hauled out ruined flooring. They handled everything when it came to the cleanup, and I was blown away by how efficient and professional they were. You could tell they were a well-oiled team, and they got the job done fast.

I’m now moving into the repair phase and chose to stick with Go To Services for that, too - because I trust them. Their professionalism, promptness, and communication have been unmatched, and I’m confident they’ll leave my home looking even better than before.

I had a water leak at my home and Go To Services was sent out to fix it. They needed to replace flooring, drywall, and paint after a plumber came out to find and fix the leak. I originally delt with Project Manager Tony Brostrom. He was such a nice, polite man. Whenever I had questions, he quickly returned my call or sent me an email. Later I was assigned to Jared, Project Manager, a great guy, who was just as quick to address any issues. He walked around my house with me to make sure I was pleased with the final results. Great guy. Also, Jeremiah and the painters that came out did a great job matching my paint. Plus, they had to move some heavy furniture and did so without complaint. There were a few hiccups along the way as I expect there always is with construction. The real test of a company is how they address them. The people working for Go To Services, were always respectful, professional, and quick to address my concerns. Alex Medina, Project Coordinator, called me to confirm once everything was finished that I was pleased with the job. As someone who worked in customer service for over 20 years, I was very impressed with the professionalism with each of the people working here. So many times you leave a voicemail and never hear back. I think this company's motto must be to treat others how you want to be treated. Very kind employees. They get 5 stars from me!!!

Go to service INC, they just worked on my house repairs from the tornado property damage, they performed the roof replacement and the interior repairs (ceiling & walls), excellent work. Highly recommend them if you need repairs done.

Nine months ago a water line broke in my attic which ultimately caused a huge portion of my kitchen ceiling and part of my bathroom ceiling to collapse. Three different companies came and went with all kinds of promises to return and finish work, and reasons why they couldn't- particularly that they didn't know how to work with plaster or that they were too busy, or gave no reason at all and just didn't respond. Finally my insurance company assigned Go To Services and the entire repair was completed in four days, and it looks beautiful! Project manager Juan and project coordinator Alex were communicative and clear and worked with my schedule. On site workers Juan, Omar, and Francis showed up exactly on time each day and were professional, friendly and most importantly did fantastic work! I will definitely use Go To Services in the future if needed. Thank you

Go to services just finished my mobile home and it looks lovely. Michael Irving and his crew did a wonderful job replacing baseboards, and painting, following the carports all of the repair work was done, meticulously and finished. They also repaired storm damage that demolished my awning and roof. It looks amazing and the quality of workmanship was excellent. I would definitely use them again for any future repairs. When no one answered or gave me any updates Michael Irving would always have an update for me. He knew how important it was to me to know what the update was on the project. We had an accident where the car went through the garage into the bedroom. They were quick to board up our house the same day. Go To Services just completed work replacing my damaged aluminum siding with vinyl siding. They also repaired storm damage that demolished my awning and roof. Project manager, Mike Coffee, and his crew did a wonderful job replacing drywall, baseboards, and painting, following a hot water heater flood into the garage and adjoining bedroom. all of the repair work was done, meticulously and finished in two days! I will definitely use them again for any future repairs.

We experienced some roof and entry door way damage, so we worked with Goto Services for a resolution. I used Go To Services for water heater( tankless)/ water softener replacement and couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of work they performed. They were able to answer all question's and concerns that I had.

After posting my review, I was contacted by the owner of the company. He was upset to hear about the issues we had with his company, and he reimbursed us the amount we felt we were overcharged. He promised to send his best people out to fix the issues. True to their word, a crew came out and spent five days repairing things. While not all of the issues were able to be fixed, most of them were done very well. The crew was courteous, professional, and showed respect for our property.

If I could, I would rate Go to Services ZERO stars. After working with this contractor, I wouldn’t hire them to work on a dog house.

My project was for flood damage. The original cost for repairs was just over $48,500 and I also had a $14,100 change order for additional work that I wanted done. As you can see, this project cost nearly $63,000 and was not a small job.
Our home was uninhabitable due to flood damage so we had to live off site while work was being done. Many times I arrived at the job site to find nobody working. I would visit again in the afternoon to make sure that I hadn't just missed them, and I hadn’t.
Communication from our project manager, was very sparse. In order to find out what was going on I mostly visited the job site.
Neither Kyle, the project manager, nor Michael, his supervisor, seemed to know the scope of the job. I had to point out things that were supposed to be done but weren't. One item, a linen closet door, was supposed to be replaced but wasn’t. I pointed it out to Kyle and told him that it was in the scope of the job. His response was that it was not on his paperwork and that it was not uncommon to have different paperwork…WHAT? I was going off the scope of work supplied by his company and approved by my insurance carrier. I had to send him a copy of the particular page that listed it, and the page prior, to prove that it was part of the work to be done. I again had to point it out to Michael after he took over and show him where it was listed in the scope of work.
The quality of work was terrible! Workers had to go back multiple times to fix work that had been done. Drywall, painting, cabinetry, plumbing, and carpentry, needed multiple call backs to fix poor quality work. I don’t feel there was any pride in workmanship.
There was no respect for my property. Workers used the toilets and because the water to the house was off, they weren’t able to be flushed. The entire house smelled of urine due to toilets being filled. And empty fast food containers were left on our furniture around the job site.
Their drywall people scraped popcorn texture off the ceiling and when doing so, they wet the popcorn, scraped it onto a ceiling fan and left it there. The wet material warped the blades of the fan and they had to replace the fan.
Cabinetry was installed blocking plumbing, and electrical was omitted.
Window blinds and draperies were removed to allow access for repairs. In the course of their repairs, the blinds were damaged and brackets were lost.
A number of items in the scope of work were not done for one reason or another, and when final payment came due, Go to Services provides only 80% credit for those items. In other words, I had to pay 20% for the work that wasn't done. Although this is in the contract (somehow I missed that) I don’t feel this is fair, especially when funds were provided to fix certain items, they provided 80% credit, then turned around and charged 100% to fix those items.
In the end, with all of the things being mentioned, and my regularly pointing out deficiencies, the project did finally get completed. I have learned to accept the things that do not meet my expectations (which is most of the work). If you are considering hiring Go to services, do so knowing the risk of dealing with the added stress.

Finally…I realize that some may think that I am just being a difficult client, so I have taken pictures of construction issues to document the lack of quality work performed by Go to Services. You can find these pictures by following this link.

These people came to my house to fix a leak in my laundry room. They put a hole in the floor, & when they finished drying it, they threw a board over it with 2 gaping holes for the snakes, rats , scorpions, & all the other vermin in the world to enter my home. They never told me when they were coming. They'd just show up.

Had a issue with the previous work contacted the project manager and he got it corrected immediately. Great service thanks I would always use this company.

Amber of the Phoenix office, scheduled a diagnostic visit. The technicians showed up a little earlier than scheduled (rather than later like other companies). They diagnosed the issue quickly and solved my water leak. Professional and experienced. Well done!

This company's quality of work is fine but the business side is shady! I was lied to by my project manager about fake emergency my "crew" had to go to as an excuse for why no one arrived to my house when they were scheduled. My "crew" of 1 drywall person showed up the next day and had no idea about the emergency call he was supposedly on. The drywall person said he was given no information about my job from his boss so he showed up unprepared with no products. I was told that they would add extra guys to my crew to get the work done that day but the only other person who showed up with a person to measure for the cabinets which had already been done with the initial walkthrough (he also had no idea idea of the emergency call he was supposedly on). Apparently they hadn't even started making the cabinets. The guy who came to measure said based on the workload they had it would be another 5 days before it was ready. My project manager tried to make it seem like he was giving us special preference and working things out to get the cabinets ready quickly when I had already be quoted the same time frame from the guy measuring the cabinets. Were my cabinets ready on time...nope! A few days later the cabinet installer finally came and finished the job (he also had no idea idea of the emergency call he was supposedly on). Then I got the bill...they charged me to replace vinyl flooring that I never had and that they never installed!!! They also said they didn't keep track of labor hours! Don't believe a word they tell you and watch your invoice closely.

Go To Services were FANTASTIC to work with! They were extremely professional, responsive, and most importantly DID THE JOB RIGHT. We hired them to "fix" a tenant improvement that our landlord's contractor performed that was not to code. Go To Services fixed the issues and did amazing work. Pedro was especially conscientious and a highly skilled worker. I would recommend Go To Services for any building maintenance repairs or tenant improvement needs you may have. They get the job done right, on time and for a very reasonable fee!

They don't seen to know when insurance claims get approved. I met with Randy on 11/5 and had to make over 6 calls over 2 months, just just to get an update on the estimate.
I was told on 12/16 we were waiting from.state farm yet state farm approved it on 12/7!! Their response was it was state farm and sedgwicks fault .they got their check and cashed it on 12/16. This is without me even knowing the price.

Today I get a call to tell me they have to now get a new contractor to come look. When I ask why , I'm told they will need to see the types of materials they'll need. When I asked if that's in the estimate she told me they don't give the workers the estimate.
I asked how does that contractor then know the estimate to stay within? She then tells me I refused anyone to come out and hung up! I've waited patiently for over 2 months just for an estimate. my frustration, doesn't stem from having some one out to repair it. My frustration is this company doesn't seem to want to fulfill the job they've been contracted to do and paid for! I'm happy to receive a refund back to the insurance company for the work not done but I have a lack of faith that they will even refund it timely seeing as it took over 2 months just to communicate an estimate! I see by other complaints they've done this to others recently.

After they cashed the check from the insurance company they asked for a deposit of 50% and deductible. We have only been waiting since EARLY November to get the work completed. They are unorganized and unprofessional!! Holly the VP is a complete Karen. They canceled the contract because they were questioned on their shady practices!! Yeah, this will be a complaint to the ROC. This company shouldn't be working with the public especially anyone grieving from a loss of a family member!!!

Go To Services is OK but the sub contractors vary from acceptable to poor. Amber T. was fine in communication in a somewhat difficult insurance roof and interior claim with repairs in excess of $40,000 so far. Catastrophe. Now leaks are back and the blame is being spread around.
16 months of buckets and now collapsed drywall ceiling and split drywall ceiling in the exact area of the claim.
Reviewed to soon..even after 17 MONTHS of work we thought this would be handled better HOWEVER the original estimate was incredibly inept (not Go To Fault). Now my roof is in less condition in someareas than before the claim. Fighting with Insurance and I AM THE AGENT !
I have met some of the 5 star "reviewers" as they are employees of Go To Services.

Did some drywall work. Used our garbage (and yard) to dispose of the trash. Left drywall in our side yard, front yard, all down our driveway and to the street then stopped showing up for a week. Said they would show up at certain time and didn't show up about 6 time theought project. Communication and respect for my home would be great. A 2 day project had been 2 weeks and counting. Do your research everyone.

Update. Finished the project. Gave me mismatched shingles without a heads up. Not sure if this is standard but thought others might like to know. I understand the original shingles are faded but the base colors are different. This will not fade out and look better.

I had severe damage from winter storm Uri, and was out of town when the damage happened to my home. I arrived late at night to find a disaster zone in my house. I filed my insurance claim and they contracted Go To Services to do my mitigation work.

Jason and his team were prompt and professional at every step of their work for me. They looked for every possible issue and hired very trustworthy laborers to do the demolition work on my home. I just wish they were a local company so that they would have their entire team available to complete my job from start to finish.

All I can say is they are a quality team, and God bless them for coming all the way from Arizona to help us here in Houston. I don't know how long we will keep them here, but I and others have been sharing their business cards with our neighbors and hope their families will forgive us Houstonians for keeping them here a little longer. We need you and we appreciate you!

We had our kitchen cabinets painted by Jason and his team. Jayce was the lead painter and his attention to detail, quality of work and knowledge were all above and beyond! They were professional and personable as well. We will be doing additional home improvements soon and GTS will be our “Go To” for sure!!

Very professional and very high quality work, They remodel my whole kitchen and they did an amazing job with the countertops and finishes on my cabinets they also did an amazing job on my drywall , matching it 100% they even paint my whole house with two coats from corner to corner I would highly recommend them for a high quality job :)

Go To Services is a highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy company. We have a busy toddler & needed a pool fence installed ASAP. They came out & installed one fast and helped me find solutions to other safety concerns I had with my pool area to ensure it was safe for my child. We are extremely pleased with the work!

I called Go To on Friday morning 2/22. Their tech, Jason called me within 10 minutes & made arrangements to see me on Saturday so he could assess what happened where my ceiling had fallen. He was there on time - in fact he was there before I arrived. He cleaned up the mess & told me he'd be back Sunday morning. He showed up 15 minutes early (which I greatly appreciated). He brought Gary with him and there was another example of the great people that Go To Services hires. Gary was warm & personable - he shook my hand & got to work. I was very impressed with him & Jason.
Jason took the bull by the horns & was so willing to help me through figuring out how to handle my insurance & he stayed with me through that call too.

Has nothing to do with their services but I've seen their company car went fast by a school bus as kids were getting into the bus. Do you know the definition of a stop sign coming out of the bus side? News of children dying because of impatient drivers as yourself? I do not care if your boss is on your behind 5m is better than 5 to life.

They were seriously incredible! I had a massive flood on the second floor at my commercial property in Old Town Scottsdale. It was a nightmare when I walked in (water running for 7 Hours, completely ruined an entire office and the showroom below it). I called the first company I saw online and luckily it was Go To Services. They showed up within 30 minutes and reassured me that they would handle everything. Within an hour there, more than a dozen people showed up to save the day. I have a vivid memory of them all walking in with smiles on their faces and letting me know that it would be handled before I knew it. My blood pressure dropped immediately.

It wasn't long before they had cleaned all the water up, had fans blowing, dehumidifiers running, had plastic everywhere, and we were discussing how they could put it all back together. Which they did....in record time! Not only was I happy but my tenants all raves about them over the coming weeks as they put things back together. The finished product was on point.

I have been in real estate for 25 years and it was hands down the best service experience I've had to date. I have Go To Services on speed dial in my phone now!!!!

I have to start off by saying customer service is spectacular! From start to finish Holly and Bill stayed in complete communication. I had a water leak some years back in my bathroom, the people that came and "took care" of it did not really take care of it. I recently replaced the vanity in that bathroom and notice black mold behind the vanity and on the walls. I called Go To Services and they had someone out to my house the next day. They came in and removed the dry wall about 3/4 up the wall and sprayed Kilz on everything in the wall. The people prior did not properly air out the water and causing the mold to grow. BUT this was not the only time Go To Services helped me out! I recently had a room converstion done, adding extra storage space to my home and they were able to put a wall, drywall, and paint in less than 3 days....it was AMAZING! I highly recomend this company and everyone that is involved! way to go GO TO! you have my business from here on out!

If you experience a disaster of any kind to your home or business Go To Services, Inc. is the best! My business flooded from a burst pipe and having had bad experiences with a prior service company I asked a friend who i should call. Go To Services arrived within 30 minutes with an army of skilled workers carry massive amounts of equipment to handle the job. They knew just what to do and even helped me through the insurance claim process. I was able to keep my business going and was fully operation by the time the insurance adjuster had arrived! I recently purchased a condo downtown and was shocked when my painters found mold behind some loose molding in the master bathroom. My husband and I were putting so much money into our new home and mold mitigation was never a part of the budget. We called several companies and got a lot of opinions. Fortunately, Bill Kelty the owner of GoTo Services answered our call and made time to evaluate the situation. The first thing Bill did was put us at ease. I was truly heartbroken when we discovered mold in our perfect new home. Bill went right to work to test the area and concluded that the mold was in fact contained to the wall behind the shower. Him and his technician removed the insulation, rotted sheetrock and sanitized the area and water tested to make sure there would be no repeat issues. The poorly grouted tile which was the cause of the problem was re-grouted and the wall re-enforced and patched - all done very quickly, professionally and without inconveniencing me or my husband. The price was reasonable and very well worth it considering it was handled with one phone call. I recommend GoTo Services to anyone who has water damage and needs it resolved quickly and without hassle.
