Steers Heating & Cooling

I had a great experience with Steers -- called around 9am on a Monday morning about a broken furnace. A technician came to the house by 2pm that day, and the furnace was diagnosed/fixed in under two hours. Tom was very friendly and helpful, and the pricing was reasonable. I will use this company again.

Called and they were here within two hours and then charged me $250 less to fix the same thing another company fixed 2 years ago. Given that prices of everything else have doubled in those two years, I have to say their rates are really good if they are charging that much less than another company two years later, or they're incredibly more honest. Their servicer was a very friendly and helpful dude and swiftly located the problem and corrected it. This is a company I will not only utilize in the future, but also recommend to my friends and family. Thank you!

EXTREMELY friendly! Tyler is a blessing! Came out, did his stuff, replaced the piece that broke off, blew out the condensate trap, and wrapped it all up. Quick and painless! Great price too! Literally couldn't be happier. 10000%

Good to know that you're cancelling a visit a week after you were scheduled to be on-site.
The excuse of "we sent you an email" is

1. completely lame. You don't email someone that you had a phone conversation with that you're going to do the exact opposite of what you just discussed.
2. Not true. An email was either never sent or sent to the wrong address. BTW, if you had called, you could've ensured that someone got your message. I guess that would've been too uncomfortable for you though.

By far the best contractors in town. Everyone is very nice and professional, and the prices are exceptionally reasonable. Only place I'll ever call from now on.

Chris was the technician. My furnace blower motor shorted out and caught fire. Steers had the part on the truck and had it repaired in less than an hour.

I have had my service with steers for several years, they are always great. They come out twice a year to check the units. Always professional and friendly. Never pushy. Very honest, nice and polite. I'm extremely happy with the service. They are very knowledgeable.

Just had new a/c and furnace installed on June 4, 2021! Justin and Caleb were excellent in all areas! They were very professional, considerate, answered all questions and were very thorough.

We had Steers install a new furnace and AC, and they went above and beyond. I was so impressed by their professionalism and customer service. They showed up on time and were extremely courteous. They didn't automatically ignore me when my husband came home and kept talking to me like a person. They even discovered that our water heater ventilation system wasn't venting properly and fixed it free of charge, which the people who installed our water heater last year didn't even mention to us. I can't emphasize enough how awesome they are. I love our new heating and cooling system, but being treated with respect is priceless.

Will came out at 2 in the morning to fix my furnace he explained in detail what the issue was and had it fixed very quickly you definitely have a repeat customer for when I replace the furnace and a/c this spring

I contacted Steers Monday around 2pm to arrangement for them to check my mother's heating system. She informed me they arrived that day around 5pm; after thoroughly checking the system minor repairs were made--for a very reasonable price!
