We had an excellent experience with St. Joseph's Roofing from start to finish. They quickly identified and quantified hail/wind damage to our roof and provided very detailed information on the options available. This same quality of information continued with detailed timelines of what to expect before, during and after construction. The St. Joseph's crew came on construction day and worked extremely hard and were kind/respectful people. The roof (a quite large roof) was basically done in one day with the crew returning the next day for a couple of hours of cleanup. Overall we are extremely happy with our new roof and St. Joseph's Roofing Inc and would recommend them to anyone.
Excellent quality and service. We had water spots in our ceiling and our roof had suffered hail damage. Nick Santschi, from St Joseph's Roofing walked us through the process and was very patient with answering all of our questions. We flip flopped back and forth on some options and Nick was very response and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our final selection. I was very impressed. The crew did their job in one day. They were very careful and considerate of my neighbors property (we are a middle unit in 3 townhomes). The follow up with St Joseph's was very professional and detailed. They got up on the roof and made sure everything was done properly and nothing was amiss. Everything was perfect. I was expecting to find some debris or a few nails in the yard or maybe under a bush. I didnt find anything. They even cleaned up behind the bushes right up against the wall. Nick and his crew are very impressive. And their ability to work with All Claims Pro to handle all the details of the Insurance Claims was a huge boon as well. We didnt have to lift a finger or spend any time on the phone with the Insurance Company. Very impressive. I highly recommend St. Joseph's Roofing.
