While dealing with a local retail store as a small rehab contractor it’s very frustrating when you walk in and they say you can design a door your way and then tell you you can’t have the door your way. So I called Rick Pogue and arrowhead supply he immediately told me who to contact and within 15 minutes we had my customer happy and satisfied rock on guys. Sommer your customer service five stars as well.

Arrowhead Supply in St. Peters is a top notch company with top notch customer service. I am a salesman for a local general contractor and they go above and beyond to make our lives easier. They really do care and that is appreciated! 5 star!

These people are big on the sale
But horrible service
They delivered shingles to my new home and stacked way too high on the peak causing them to slide down and bust threw the gable and plywood
Only way I found out was when my carpenter told me 2 days later because he seen it happen
When I called arrowhead they said their guys admitted to doing it and they would give me a good deal on Sidding when I was ready
After calling 20 times over 2 months trying to get a price on siding I gave up and asked for them just to send me a check for the $500 that my carpenter charged me to fix the roof that’s when I really got the run around Chris stated he would give me $200 and that was a fair deal to him
After I paid $500 for the damage as well as buying more shingles to replace the ones that got damaged in the fall
After 14 months I finally reached a settlement with a guy named bobby
He seemed like a man of his word unlike all the other people who work there I have never seen a nightmare like this before
I even asked multiple times to talk to the owner and every time I would tell them the employees that if I were the owner I would want to talk to the customer about the problem they are having
Each time I told them I was going to leave a bad review and I needed to talk to the owner but instead every time they told me they would call me back or “they are really busy “
I have never been treated so poorly before
This company is not trustworthy and only care about the sale
I would strongly recommend anyone looking to do business with these people go elsewhere
You will be glad you did
Chris was the worst there
But after dealing with 4 others there and getting the run around I figured out that they are liers and thief’s who don’t do what’s right
Only what makes them money
Must be how they got that big new building by robbing their customers

The staff was great from the moment we stepped through the doors. I didn’t know a thing about roofing and was sent to get shingles for my house. They guided me through what was best and most cost effective for my budget. They delivered the shingles and even stacked them on top of the house.

I work with a local construction company in St. Charles. I was frustrated about delivery time on a product and the Arrowhead Team took their time to look into the situation and find an alternate option to satisfy our needs. Sommer is great to work with and prices are very competitive.

The new facility is amazing. Incredible showroom, touch screen design app in there, drive in loading area, and still an excellent team of people.

Buyer Beware! This Company will not pay for damages to your property. They stated they have Highly Trained Professional Personnel. I had a new roof put on with roofing supplies delivered by them in April 2019. They awoke me and asked me to sign for delivery to which I did. They did not read or show me any waiver on paper. Later in day I went outside and noticed their delivery truck weight cracked and damaged several of my driveway concrete panels. I complained to company and Better Business Bureau and they refused to pay for if a portion of damages which totaled $4,000.00. I had 3 bids to repair and all stated they give bids often for Arrowhead Damaging Concrete Driveways.
