SRS Building Products - Marietta, GA

I am so disappointed in what this branch has done to me. I showed up and was the only one there to get material .My PO was not received by them yet. So walked inside and said my PO will be here in a few minutes , and asked if they would bring it out when they got it. They said yes and I went to my van to wait and I noticed 5 minutes into waiting my boss texted me that the PO was sent . 15 or 20 minutes go by and I notice other trucks that arrived after me getting their materials . So I walk back inside and get in line , but an employee held up my PO and said he was taking care of it. So I go back to the van and wait 15 more minutes , and at this point I am starting to get mad. I see a forklift driver walking in the front door and ask him where my material is. He got an attitude with me off the rip and said " well for one thing , I don't have anything to do with that" . So now I am pretty mad and say back to him " well if you aren't going to help me then F off " . He stands at my passenger window just staring at me so I yell to him "F Off" . Then the manager or a supervisor of some sort was in his car behind my van taking a break it seemed , walked over and asked what the problem was. I told him and he apologized.
After I finally get my materials I leave and get 5 minutes down the road when my boss calls me and said I am BANNED from that branch . They also said that they were short staffed ( which was a lie because I go here often and I know how many employees there are ) there were 3 forklift drivers and all ppl were in the office like normal. Plus the supervisor was in the car taking a break. So these ppl lied just to try to hurt me as much as possible. I honestly don't think I did anything to deserve a BAN . I never called anyone any names . So I strongly do NOT recommend going here.
I did call corporate and they are investigating it because I requested the ban be lifted . Thanks for reading this and be safe out there . If my ban does get lifted then I wil change this review.

Top-notch delivery experience this morning at SRS Building Products! Got unloaded by 6 a.m., and everything was fast and hassle-free. Overnight parking? No problem! Just pull all the way to the back gate on the right—room for about 3 trucks without blocking anything. Quick tip: no restroom here, so plan accordingly. There's plenty of space to park on the shoulder after you're done. Super efficient unloading—I’d gladly deliver here again!"

Unloaded here this morning, A++! Started @6am approximately. Parking overnight is allowed, pull all the way up to the back gate to the right. Room for about 3 trucks without blocking anything, no bathroom so plan accordingly . Room on the shoulder after you’re unloaded . Wouldn’t mind delivering here again! Let’s keep it clean drivers!
