They lost an ongoing customer. The employee was rude and demeining. I tried to return some material that was the wrong color. I asked for his help and explained what happened. Instead of being helped, I was insulted and told i could not return it.
I don't ever write reviews, but this was beyond what anyone should expect from a business. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau for sure.
