With Tri-State Construction I did not talk to a sales person but to the owner who did the actual work installing my new roofing. He answered all of my questions I had after the initial estimate. The job was done in one day, the crew cleaned up everything and I like the results.

My experience with Tri-State was excellent. They gave me a free and fair estimate and honored that estimate on my contract. The crew worked efficiently and safely and they let the area cleaner than they found it. My roof looks great and they were able to replace only parts of the poor wood underneath to work within my budget. I would highly recommend!

My new shingles went on in just one day. All the materials, tools and craftsmen were together for a beautiful job. My windows, siding, deck and bushes were covered when the old shingles were removed. Impressive!

Quick work and reliable. They were able to change the boot of my vent in the middle of winter and fixed my vent boot very quickly.

My roof had issues for long time and several roof companies came to evaluate the fix for me. Each company gave me different reasons for the leaks and some of them used drone to check the roofs because my house is pretty high. But I do not think that it is good method to use drones because the pictures that drone took are not accurate enough.
Rafel came, climbed up to the high roof and checked the issues. The reasons that Rafel told us made more senses to us so we chose him to fix the roof for us. He told us that he only could come after he finished another project. But big storm was coming and I asked him to help us to fix the big leaks before the storm. Rafel is very nice to come in the middle of his project and fixed the big leaks just before the storm. The next day the storm came and the roof hold very well and I really appreciate his efforts and kindness. I can sleep in peace in the storm!

Called Tri-State after a ridge shingle blew off my roof during a wind storm. Rafal and his team were the fastest to respond and got the repair finished before any other company even called me back. During heavy rain, water started gushing into the roof of a bay window. While we were able to seal the gap with silicone temporarily, we needed to have it repaired ASAP.

I called several roofing companies, but none except Tri-State Construction were available for immediate emergency work. Rafael came by, determined the issue, and quickly scheduled the work for the next non-rainy day.

The team did a great job. Soon after the work was complete, we had heavy rain, but the bay window roof had no leaks : )

This is our second time working with Raf & team. We’ve used them for roofing once and vinyl sidings twice on two separate properties. They have been super easy to work with, fairly priced, and do great work! Any issues or questions I have had was met with quick action/response. I really wouldn't work with anyone else. We recently sprung a leak in our roof due to the torrential downpours this week. Tri-state had done some work in the area over the last couple of years and I was sure they wouldn't honor their 5 year warranty. I was surprised they not only honored it, but also were fast, friendly, and remembered me. Great company

Raffel identified the issue with my leaking chimney in a matter of minutes when others over the years did repairs that never fixed it. He replaced the flashing around my chimney and also found a hole in my vent pipe, which he repaired. While he was on my roof he also saw that my gutters were clogged and cleaned those, no extra charge. He gave me a quote, came when he said he would be here, and charged what he had quoted. Very courteous and would highly recommend!

They stripped, ice/water, flashed, and shingled parts of the house roof; as well as redoing all the gutter hangers. As well as shingling the shed roof.

Well where do I begin. I called Tri-State Construction the best call ever. John came out to speak with me. You might have thought we were old friends catching up. He came back a week later with Raf. Raf got right down to business I was a nervous wreck they both tried to make me feel at ease. On day of the job Raf was here even earlier than he said. I was impressed with that alone. His crew very soon followed. The finished product OMG. Oh I live in a duplex the other side had there side done in July of 21 .You can not tell that the whole roof wasn't done at the same time. Mine was done June of 23. Neighbors are saying what a Great job of matching the roof. I thank you John,Raf & crew for a Great job. The clean up was great as well. I would with out a doubt recommend Tri-State Construction for any job that you have, that they can do.

My first meeting with Rafiel was very relaxing. I really don’t even know what to say . Everything has been said with all the other reviews and several times . These guys rock . I had a leak in my roof and it was a Sunday . I called several companies and the only one that got back to me and sighing 5 minutes of me calling . They came an hour later found were the leak was coming from and repaired it . Have had several rain storms and snow and still no leak . I can’t thank them enough . They are my hero’s who saved the Day and saved me a lot of money . I’m so greatful

These guys are just awesome . Used them for my mother and I roof and they are so structured and work incredible together . RAF with he crew came exactly when they said and when they got here they were off and running . I had some other issues and we didnt have the extra money to do it , however it needed to be done and RAF and John with no hesitation did it and didn’t charge me . They were a gift from above . We became repeat customers of Tri State recentlly. First, so far we remain satisfied with their work as we had been before. However, we are currently unwilling pariticpants of an inconsistent invoicing and billing practice, whereby the owner took nearly an additional $1,000 for what was described as additional work that was questioned at the time of the original quote. Although management committed to two separate invoices, one for the originally quoted work and another, for the additional work, we only received the original formal quote/invoice which excluded the actual cost of the additional work. The 2nd "invoice" came in the form of a personal vs.company email nearly a week following completion and payment. It stated that we paid nearly $1,000 extra to no one in particular for the additional work, although like any general email message could, the prose did include the company name. The charge also exceeded the cost texted for the additional work during the repair. This is neither a practice to maintain this customer nor a durable agreement. Rather, Tri State chose to accept our good faith payment in full in exchange for their broken committment to properly document payment renedered for their service provided.

Got 5 quotes. Tri State was 10% under lowest bid. John met requests for insurance paperwork and timely schedule. Crew showed up on time. Very professional, they all knew their jobs which means to me they are a stable crew and work together all the time. No day hires. All contract requirements were properly met. Job was completed in one day. Clean up was excellent. I would highly recommend Tri State. Word of caution on the other "big name" companies. One bid was presented with great flashiness. Drone and everything. Price was 120% of Tri States!
