We hired Igor's Construction to replace our asphalt shingle roof and upgrade our house's siding to Hardie fiber cement. Work began promptly after materials arrived; the roof was done in a day, and the siding was done in a week and a half including some repair on underlying damage. The repair charge was promptly documented so I could see the entire plan including the repair in one place. Cleanup was prompt and thorough. Igor supervised personally at many points, making it easy to consult on top-level decisions. He was also very responsive to phone and email. Very happy with the results.

As a first time homeowner, I was a little bit anxious about finding the right company to do my siding. I could not have been be more happy and impresed with the work that Igor and his crew did. From the initial meeting to the completion of the project.

Igor's Construction installed Hardee Board siding, gutters, and 13 windows at our home. Igor is very knowledgeable about all the products. When a window frame arrived cracked from the manufacturer, Igor worked with us to find the most efficient fix of the problem and eventually went out and bought wood and fixed the frame himself so the project wouldn't' get slowed down waiting weeks for a new frame from the manufacturer. The crew was here every day, they were always polite and considerate, including wearing booties and putting down drop cloths for the install inside the house. They left the house & yard free of debris every day. We are extremely pleased with all the work, all the details, and even the Building Inspector commented on how straight the lines of the siding are. We are extremely satisfied and intend to hire Igor again when we do a new roof.

My wife and I were going back and forth on installing vinyl or James hardie on our single family house in Worcester. Had multiple companies come out and quote us on both. Igor came out and gave us a quote on the spot using his iPad. They were meticulous and they took a lot of pride in their work. The end result came out better than we imagined.

During the project Igor had excellent communication. We ended up deciding to replace a rotten door leading into our basement. He presented us with an estimate, fixed the door in addition to the siding and kept us in the loop with any other small issues/decisions that needed to be made. The job was also started and completed within the promised timeframe.

Igor was responsive and helpful when I reached out to him for a quote for siding on my garage. His price was competitive with the other quotes that I received. Once I was ready to proceed, he was quick to give me a contract to sign. After I sign the contract, Igor was in communication with me, keeping me posted on when he would be available to perform the job. He ended up being available sooner than he anticipated. The garage looks great and he sent me pictures before I even had a chance to look at it myself.

I selected Igor's Construction on the weight of the detail and great content of the reviews across several platforms and sources- I didn't know him or his company previously. There is a reason the reviews are so great- Igor lays the cards on the table, no gimmicks or surprises, a man of his word. The siding piece of the project took slightly longer due to the frequent rain we had thoughout the duration of the project but when the rain stopped, the crew was back and worked longer days to get the project done. Communication of the crew with me throughout was excellent, which was important because my project threw some curve balls at them. They handled them in stride without any issues whatsoever. I can’t say enough about Igor Construction. I found them recommended through our neighborhood Facebook page and after a few diff. Estimates I went with them. Igor replaced our old aluminum siding on the house and garage with new 8” siding as my preference. We had wood rot and ran across some structural issues however Igor and his highly skilled team easily addressed them. True carpenters as well. Igor was prompt via call or text whenever I had a question. The workers were detail oriented. They also worked very hard and took only a few scheduled breaks. Very efficient. Our neighbor who is a retired contractor was watching them during the process and had nothing but praise. I chose to keep and just paint my old shutters as you’ll see in the pictures.

Igor and his team installed vinyl siding and did a great job. Igor told me what he was going to do and then did what he said. No surprises and totally reasonable to work with. The siding looks great!

I contacted Igor's Construction for aluminum soffit repairs and gutter installation. Although it was a relatively small job, he was prompt in his response for a quote and reasonably priced. The work was done by two different crews who both did an amazing job. They also left my property spotless. I would highly recommend Igor for any work related to home repairs.

Igor's Construction was one of the better contractors I've worked with through the years. Upon our first contact, he was punctual and able to show what the exterior house trim would ultimately look like on his portable tablet; Igor keep in touch before and during the entire project of replacing siding, a slider, and ten windows with interior trim. Extremely professional and well organized. Had a window replaced and the service was incredible. Installed quickly and perfectly. Window trim and caulking replaced so well and perfectly sealed that it seems like the window hadn’t been recently replaced at all. Igor's did a stair re-treading, bathroom remodeling and full renovation of 3 bedrooms and a foyer and I could not be happier with the final product. I had a 10 year water leak from an improper stucco and flashing install when I had the house built. I decided to go with Hardie shingles to replace the stucco and flashing. Igor was 1 of 4 contractors I had estimate the work to be done. He was very knowledgeable about where the leak was coming from and a pleasure to converse with. I asked him to come by again to go over everything and he had no issues with doing so. The work was done as described with no price surprises or short cuts. His crew was clean, polite and very skilled. His pricing was half of some of the crazy quotes I got. Don’t hesitate for a second to have Igor’s construction do the work you need done. Wish I knew about him years ago for other work I had done.

I had gotten 4 quotes to fix a major leak where the stucco on the front of my house leaked over the years and replace the stucco section with James Hardie shingles. It required re-flashing where the Hardie met the roof and brick walls. Let's just say Igor's quote was so much more realistic for the section that needed to be repaired. He knew from the beginning what was causing the issue and came highly regarded from the folks at James Hardie Corp. His crew had to replace rotted plywood on the exterior wall under the stucco as well as a 2x6 or two. I was impressed by the speed in which it was completed and the cleanup post work. His company is old school and does the work the way it should be done. Don't even hesitate for a second if you're concerned with quality and honesty.

Igor and his entire crew, especially Mr Stas Borodin, did a fantastic job replacing all my windows and stripping my old vinyl siding. Stas did a great job and I can see he takes pride in his work. He and Igor directed a crew of 6 people to replace my windows, repair rotted plywood, and strip the siding in less than 2 days. This is the most professional crew I've seen, they are punctual and extremely clean. At the end of each day, they cleaned up inside and outside and left the place spotless. Choosing a contractor under normal circumstances for a planned project can be difficult. In my case, I was under pressure by insurance companies to gather quotes quickly. Igor was very prompt in coming to assess the damage. He was very professional, and impressed me as an extremely conscientious person. He had a wide range of siding samples and went over the pros and cons of each, including considering the relative energy efficiency of the various products.
