Waking up with a notice from insurance company claiming that my roof is deteriorated. That is a surprise. I contacted Seven Hills Roofing, explained my situation. Bill and Mike were able to help immediately. They came out inspecting the roof and able to replace one shingle. Bill and Mike provided invoice, attestation letter, and pictures so I can send them off to the insurance company. They are extremely professional. Will definitely use Seven Hills Roofing again when needed.

Had to get roof repairs on my two family home on extremely short notice to ensure I could renew my home insurance- Bill and his team did a great job and were overly accommodating and helpful to ensure everything was in great condition and done timely.

We've now used Seven Hills three times in the last two years - once to repair a leak, and then replacing each half of our very old roof.

The work done all times was high quality, no issues whatsoever, and they were thorough in the cleanup afterward. Fantastic service. My house had a leak that appeared at the top of a second story window frame. Nothing visible in the attic. I called and they showed up that morning while it was raining and quickly diagnosed the problem. A few small holes in the shingles directly above the window that could not be seen from the ground. They applied a temporary seal and then replaced the shingles the next day. Highly recommended!

I was going to re-thatch my hut with straw but Seven Hills Roofing knew the right way to do it!

Called four different roofing places to get a quote due to a leak near our chimney. Of those four, only two actually showed up. Seven Hills ended up being the only company who reached back out with a quote. Beyond that, Mike saw the problem area, noticed a screw missing from the flashing and replaced it so we would be ok until the actual repair. We really appreciated that small, quick fix.

Mike came out two days after we chose to move forward. He would have come the next day, but it was raining. He was friendly when he arrived and got the job done rather quickly. He even sent pictures of the completed work so we knew what it now looked like.

One thing I will mention for those who may use this company is they seem to be a smaller business. They don't handle things the same way as larger businesses, which is not bad. But, just know you will be texting with Bill, the owner, a lot to get the quote and job set up rather than waiting for call backs and emails. Don't let that throw you off though.

Hired this company to fix a flat rubber roof 2 years ago. They re- taped the seams. Two years later roof is leaking . Called Bill the owner there was no answer and his mailbox was full. He sent me a text saying he would call me at 11:00 well he never did. I called him for 2 days and it’s now day 3 . Had to get a new roofing contractor to come fix the leak which I was told was the seams which I thought odd because this is what I hired Bill to do and his work only lasted 2 years and he can’t be bothered to return calls. Also last Summer he told me he was coming to look at another building I own and never bothered to come.

Fast and excellent service! We had water coming through our skylight and the chimney during a crazy storm on Monday. I called that evening and they had it fixed by Thursday morning. Fair price and friendly staff. Will definitely call them again if we have any future issues!

We had a leak at our chimney and called Seven Hills roofing they came out the following day and inspected the problem and fixed it. Very reasonably priced. As a first time homeowner it can be scary when something like this happens but they were very reassuring. Very happy with how everything went and will definitely use them in the future if needed and will recommend to others!

Our roof needed to be replaced in order for us to get solar installed on our house. It turns out during our site assessment that there was a huge hole and multiple locations had water damage.

I have used this roofing company for two repairs in the setting of nails backing out. They came out same day. We priced well and very personable. Even cleaned out my gutters. Great company and would recommend to anyone.

I shopped around for a repair and it was hard to get someone to respond, when they did I was way told it would be weeks foe someone to come out and was way overcharged. Seven Hills came out the next day and the cost was half the price of the other estimates.

They came and repaired a very complicated roof line. The shingled roof met a rubber roof .That is where the roof was leaking. Everyone else said remove everything including the deck above the rubber roof which would cost 15000.00 and up. Essentially rebuild the whole thing. Not with Seven Hills Roofing they did only what was necessary . They also re-glazed our ski lights. Thank you for being honest ! Thank you for fixing the roof!

Took a phone call to at least 5 other companies before I came across Seven Hills Roofing. They were quick to come out and take a look at my issues and gave me an estimate (Same Day). A day later the crew came by and fixed the flashing around my chimney that was causing a leak into my attic.

I contacted this company to have a rubber roof replaced. The owner sent out one of his guys to look at the roof, and they were sure they could patch it instead.

The roof was patched, but continues to leak. After the fifth or sixth callback I have stopped trying. Roof leaking into my house, causing significant damage inside the walls, to the interior, and to my personal property. Absolutely unacceptable, and worse still the owner never once came out to see the situation himself. I am only rating two stars instead of one because they were willing to come back out again and again to try and fix it, and because the price was reasonable for the theoretical fix.

I wish I had more strongly insisted that they replace the roof, but you would hope you could trust the opinion of the roofer!

I had Seven Hills Roofing replace the boot on an old cast iron pipe that runs through my roof as it was leaking a little bit of water on the side of the pipe when it rained hard. Bill was responsive to my calls and the company was available to do the job quickly which I appreciate as so many contractors these days are very unresponsive and uninterested in small jobs.
