I hired S&R to replace the front porch decking, side porch decking, and front entry door on my 1920's bungalow and they did an excellent job. It really gave this 100-year-old house the face lift it deserved ... not to mention my new door is absolutely beautiful! I am so pleased with the quality of the materials and the way everything turned out. Jeff was wonderful to work with and stayed in constant communication with me throughout all 3 projects. After the hail storm in May 2024; my house was affected. As a first time homeowner I didn’t know who to call to help me and guide me through the process. Nubia was a great help answering questions and addressing my concerns about the process and dealing with the insurance.

My project manager was Nubia from S&R Eagle Services, working with her has been amazing she really helped me out through the entire process of working with my insurance company, she handled everything with the insurance from documents, communication, photos and more. She took her time explaining every detail on the claim, the process of getting my roof, and gutters done as well as being able to remove my swamp cooler, and now my roof looks amazing.You can really tell that she cares about your home and not only about the home but she cares about her clients, she has a lot of patience and made sure all my questions were answered she would even stay after her work hours to make sure I had no further questions or concerns. Our fence and new paint look amazing! The work the crew did to fix and replace our gates is phenomenal. They took 3 gates on one fence that were really too small to do anything and set up 1 big gate that we can now use for anything we need. Love this company - everyone was wonderful to work with! We were in need of a new patio - with a demo of our existing deck. WHAT A JOB! That is hard hard work and they not only took great care with some existing flagstone, they got the job done quickly. With a slight delay due to crazy snow - once the temp got up they designed and poured within days. Again, quick and respectful of our property. Highly recommend! We had reached out to several companies through Thumbtack and Nubia responded right away! Not having a clue to cost we felt pricing was fair for the work done, it was a BIG JOB. We hired S&R Eagle Services to help us with our insurance company as this was our first time filing a claim for hail damage. Nubia was our project manager and she explained everything in detail, from what insurance was covering, what they will be supplementing, the process of the project and when to expect the crews to be at my property. She was present every step of the way, any questions or concerns I had, she answered! What I really like about Nubia and her company is they have great communication, trust worthy, local and family owned. They made sure our roof is up to city code, final inspection was made and passed with no issue. They did our roof, painting, gutters, garage door, window screen they do everything your house needs! 2. They poured the patio in a timely manner and the work is great.

There were a few issues with the timeliness of the work, but they have thoughtfully rectified all the issues and I am happy with their work.

I'm glad I've hired them. If you choose to hire them, be sure to follow up with them regularly to ensure your work is at the top of their inbox. I would hire them again for work in the future.

Nubia from S & R Services was the project manager and she and her team did a great job with painting my house and shed. Work was done in a timely manner and clean-up was fantastic. Will definitely use S & R Services in the future.

I would not recommend S & R Eagle Services.  Their customer service is terrible.  They were responsive when they were trying to get the job but the follow through was awful. I had to make many calls to get updates.  They poured a stamped concrete patio and put a partial roof on.  Took forever to get the project underway.  In less than 6 months I had a crack over 12 feet long. After repeated phone calls someone finally came to see the crack. They said they would fix it. I have not heard back from them since they came out looked at the crack messed with it and said they would be back. would not recommend them.

Our finished basement flooded and everything had to be removed and redone. Jeff was the manager and was great with communication. He let me know when the crews were coming and worked with my schedule. They had to repair the walls, paint everything and put in new floors and baseboards. It looks great and I am very happy with the results. The crews were very respectful and good to clean up after themselves. One time they even gave my son some of their pizza when they grabbed lunch. Jeff was great to work with and got back with me, on any issues or questions, very promptly.

S&R Eagle Services completely redid our deck, stairs, and railings and they did a fantastic job. The home we purchased had an old, poorly maintained wooden deck and now we have a beautiful Trex deck with metal railings. Truly a night and day difference. Robert and Nubia were a pleasure to work with and they addressed all our concerns and left us with a gorgeous, quality deck that we can't wait to enjoy this summer!

Robert and crew completed roof replacement and repainting of my home following hail damage that occurred last spring. The work was completed thoroughly and within a reasonable amount of time, with both projects being done in the same week. The overall quality of the work for the paint job was much better than our previous experience with another well-known company, which we very much appreciated.

We never done a massive repair (roof, garage door, painting) for our home so the whole process was new and unfamiliar. That being so, they did a great job with fixing our home. The roof and garage door looked great, and the outside painting was well done. What I liked about working with this company was that the team was very flexible with scheduling different days for repairs to best fit our availability. They answered our question clearly about what to expect with the repairs and responded in timely manner to further questions in the text/email. Lastly, they had lots of people inspect the work to make sure it was done correctly. The best part was not having to pay out of pocket since they worked with the home insurance. Overall, we had the best experience working with this company so highly recommend working with them especially for those who are unfamiliar with getting work done in the house.

Working with S&R Eagle has been a pleasure. Robert and Jason are very easy to deal with and the workers have always been respectful and thorough. First time using S&R Eagle Services. When they came over to give me an estimate I was eager to meet Robert after speaking with him as he seemed very knowledgeable and kind. My experience with this company was poor.

1. They underbid our patio. I asked for a bid to replace our deck with a patio, and they gave a bid for a much smaller patio. Then, after the deck was removed and a large portion already paid for, they offered to make the patio larger for an increased cost.

2. When deciding on our patio layout we asked if curved edges would work, and the representative told us they would be no problem. Then after our railing was installed completely off center, we were told that with the curved concrete, it would take an expensive custom railing to properly fit our patio. They did offer to remove the railing (we had already paid $1500 for) for free. How generous…

3. They insisted in doing a roof inspection repeatedly. They seemed to care more about getting us to have them replace our roof than actually completing our patio to an acceptable standard.

I feel that they were deceptive if not outright lying in the bidding process, and they would not make their mistakes right. I would recommend avoiding this company.

They were great. Also so helpful and answered all question. Working with Nubia was great. She also provides advice such as what shingles are the best, which paint color suits the house, etc which we find really helpful!

I hired S&R Eagle Services to do my exterior painting job and I was very pleased with how my house looks and the attention to detail they have! This year I called them again because I had hail damage. The whole process was very new to me but thanks to Robert he walked me through the whole process and was always present during the entire process of the project. Robert was present during the adjuster appointment and made sure my insurance would cover everything that was damaged by hail, later Robert met with me again to walk me through the process of insurance documents and he explained into detail what the insurance company covered. I really appreciated Robert walking me through the whole process, he is honest, patient, and cares about his clients. S&R Eagle Services is also great at communicating to me about material drop off, when and what time the guys would arrive to start my roof and made sure my roof was done correctly and in a timely manner. My roof looks amazing and I am very pleased with S&R Eagle Services workmanship and dedication to getting my project done. I definitely recommend S&R Eagle Services for any home improvement projects and I will definitely hire them again! My overall experience with the company was amazing!

I could not be more pleased with my experience with S&R Eagle. Their initial response to my request for an estimate was rapid, and from my very first interaction with Nubia, our project manager, I felt like I was dealing with an honest, professional, quality group of people. The work was done quickly (within three weeks of the initial estimate), and there were no surprises with costs at the end. The final cost was exactly what they estimated. Nubia did the final walk-through with me, and pointed out spots for touch-ups and detail work to the team of workmen that even I didn't see (and I thought I was looking with a pretty critical, close eye!). I appreciate her treating the job like it was being done on her own home.
I will recommend S&R to anyone I know that needs painting, and I will definitely be reaching out to them in the future for other home remodeling work!

Scam company. We have a contract for a porch for nearly $90,000. We’ve paid over $45,000 for material and services and only have a $4,000 strip of concrete. They have ghosted us for over three weeks and now will not return any calls. The project was supposed to be well underway by now.

When I looked up our property for permit information so I can file a complaint against the contractor license, they haven’t even filed a permit like they were supposed to. This is a red flag when companies do not file proper permits. Generally, that means they are not licensed to do the work.

The company is a nightmare to work with and is not legitimate. They came recommended through Angi and I have no idea how.

The company’s main branch does not answer phones, nor do they call you back.

Avoid this con artist company at all costs or you will be out $10,000’s. Next step is legal action.

Update 1: Pikes Peak Regional Building Department confirmed they did not file for a permit and are required to do so before they touch my house. Stop Work Order will be issued against my residence now.

Update 2: After some back-and-forth conversations and pleas, we agreed to give them a second chance. Big mistake. After broken promises of doing better, they still can't keep a schedule or coordinate when they will show up. They've been onsite once within a two-week period. All I have now is a beam bolted to my wall. Thier original plan that they were going to build from was denied by the building department; no surprise there. It is a daily game of phone calls and excuses about why they can't show up. Additionally, they leave nails and cigarette butts all over my yard and patio. I honestly think they ran out of money and can't finish my deck.

Update 3: Still no deck, no approved permit after months of delays. I have holes in my backyard and material all over my back yard, side yard and front driveway. PPRBC notified of illegal work started without a permit.

Update 4: Finally got an approved permit, but no material. They haven't paid their subs and now the builders walked off the job. Police report filed with El Paso County for theft and complaint filed with PPRBD for starting work on our house without a permit.

S&R Eagle Services did an excellent job on exterior and interior painting of my home. Roberto and his crew completed the job on time; one afternoon to prep and power wash the home and 2 days of painting. The outcome was perfection! I checked around and S&R had the best price for the job. I will definitely recommend this company! Thanks for an awesome experience.

We contracted them to do a concrete patio job last year. It started off professional but at the end my experience has left me with more work than we got done.

The job we got quoted was being planned in two phases due to financing. We asked for a mix of decking and concrete pour but somehow kept getting pushed to do the concrete. Which messed up our communication. Materials weren’t properly backfilled, little things promised were half done, the pour of the patio breaks look bad. My demands fell to the waste side of what was convincing the project manager. And, today I found out my irrigation system was cut during the process of this patio. In multiple spots.

I had to micro manage the job and even the project manager did a whole shake the check in my face if I wanted the work done or not.

When going to complain. I was pushed with people trying to convince me otherwise. The person who gave me the quote quit soon after.

I’ve recently called and asked how to we rectify some mismanagement and vandalism of my property. How they respond will affect my review.

I also had stamp concrete done. The men were very professional. They also cleaned up after they were finished. My deck and concrete look great m. If I decide to do any more work I’ll use them

We met with Jason to receive a quote for a basement remodel. He seemed very professional and knowledgeable. He said he would get us a quote within a few days. After approximately a week or so I had to contact him to see where the quote was. He said he was having problems getting a quote from his plumbers and ask if he and a plumber could come back to take a second look. We agreed. We have never heard from Jason again and Jason and the rest of the company refuse to respond to email. They completely ghosted us and left us hanging. I've never dealt with a company as unprofessional as S&R Eagles Services.

This is a great company and willing to work with you throughout the entire process! Do not hesitate to use this company as they will ensure you are satisfied with their work and are very professional. This company has integrity which is rare these days and a breath of fresh air. I had a lot of questions and there was no hesitation to ensure every question was addressed and was responsive.

The master bathroom in our rental needed a new tub and shower. S&R Eagle services did a great job. They were professional and easy to work with. They were flexible with our schedule and made it easy for them to get the work done. The tile looks amazing and the install was great.

I contracted with S&R to pull out corner shrubs and replace them with big boulders to prevent cars from coming up on my property. They were very responsive and completed the work in two days to my satisfaction. I would definitely use S&R again in the future.

We used S&R for house painting and the process from start to finish was top notch! Robert and Nubia really made sure our questions were answered and were very easy to work with. We will definitely be using S&R for projects in the future and can’t recommend them enough!

Robert’s team did a great job at a great price removing an old deck and installing a new 10x16 elevated deck, permitted etc. They also painted the house exterior and provided a discount to complete both jobs.

I've used S&R before to paint my house almost 8 years ago. This time I hired them for exterior painting and replacing the posts and railings of my porch and garage steps. They did a great job and Robert Luevano, the project manager, is as attentive to details as I am. I'll be hiring them again in the future.

S&R did a great job installing a couple of patios at our home. Crew was on time, courteous, hardworking and professional.

We had a good experience with S&R Eagle from our quote to completion. We had a big project of replacing our front porch and back deck and replacing old brick patio with stamped cement. We love the outcome and they completed it in a timely manner. They kept us informed with all factors including permits, timeline, and scheduling. Any issues that arose were immediately corrected without hassle. We would recommend this company.

The communication was awful, rescheduled three times and took months to finish from the first reschedule. Had to move all our furniture and belongings multiple times and then move them back because of the poor scheduling. When they finally did show up they did a very poor jobs. Scraped our popcorn ceilings and made a huge mess, we didn’t have any access to our home or belongings for 5 days because the communication was so bad. Popcorn ceiling debris is still spread over the front of our property. They filled our dumpster with the trash from the job instead of hauling it away. Pretty sure they used one of my Personal vehicles to haul trash to the dumpster because there was popcorn ceiling debris in the bed of it and white dust on the seats inside. Dripped paint down walls, onto the floor, the texture was long and looked like sharp spikes in some places. A computer monitor in our office is broken and this company says they didn’t do it even though they were the only people in that room and working in it. The edges of the paint on the ceiling is peeling in multiple spots. Left the house dusty and dirty. Left some of our furniture outside in the elements for two days. Found alcohol containers on the porch and trash was left inside and outside for multiple days. We have cameras inside and around the property which captured these events. I’m the tenant of the property and this was a horrible experience from the start.

I am a renter and my landlord scheduled these services but kept us in the loop.

They were hired to take out the popcorn ceiling, wallpaper, and repaint.
They rescheduled last minute 3 times. They postponed work from Monday to Tuesday on the third time. I understand accidents happen and there can be delays, but the carelessness that they showed in our house and how they left it makes me think they did that on purpose. We moved as much as we could out of the rooms that were going to be worked on as it was our understanding that they would put plastic down and cover our big items.
I came back with popcorn ceiling all over my carpet and on my bed. They put some furniture outside in the weather even though we had stuff in the garage that they could have put it next to if they needed to. The texture of the paint on the ceiling looks like cave stalactites (realistically the length of my fingernail). They got paint on a mirror, counter, and sink that didn't even need work in it. Paint on electrical sockets, fire alarm, and just about everything else. We had to get in contact with them to get them to actually clean up the giant mess they made and they were supposed to come on a Monday but showed up early unannounced on Sunday the day before. Luckily one of us showed up and found him just chilling outside. I read the reviews on these guys after the second time they bailed on us and the worst two were also about painting. I'm sure they handle all the other services well, but not painting. I don't know what beef they had with my landlord, but don't take it out on the tenants.

Robert and his crew were amazing to work with! It started with a simple quote to paint the exterior of the house, but turned into much more (concrete patio, fencing, French drain, and retaining wall)! Make sure you ask about all the services they do, because they do it all.

Pricing was fair and you get tremendous quality of work! I am a big proponent of paying for quality, and I loved the work his crew did.

We had to deal with a lot of weather complications throughout the month of work, but Robert was extremely communicative during the entire process. He’s very available via text or phone with any questions.

We hired S & R Eagle Services to do our patio deck repairs. We incororporated wood with trex . I must say I was a little skepitacial of the design using the middle of our deck would keep the current Trex we had and incorporated wood around the Trex.

I met with Jason for an estimate on exterior paint and skylight replacement. I liked his no pressure sales approach. He told me S&R Eagle does a lot of prep and detail with exterior painting.
They came in at very competitive price for the skylights and exterior painting. The house is over 30 years old and so is the siding. Because of the age of siding they had to replace some boards. They did a good job with the fact of the age of the home.
Robert handled the production part of the job and he was very responsive to my text or phone calls with any questions or concerns I had. They finished the job on time. I would recommend you get an estimate from them if you need exterior paint or skylight replacement. LAB

S&R removed our old deck and built a new one for us using Trex decking and Fortress rails. The new deck looks great. Quality of their workmanship is high. It is a professionally run company. Communication was timely and clear. We ran into a small issue with the way the railings were initially fastened to the house's siding. It was sturdy but not good looking. Robert came up with a better solution that was still strong but more aesthetically pleasing. Also, at the end of the project, Robert was very invested in taking care of two punch list items promptly and with no resistance. He is invested in doing good work and providing a quality product. I would use them again.

I would love to give this company a great review because they were inexpensive and personable, but they made a couple of mistakes that are kind of a big deal in my opinion.
First off, their communication was abysmal. We had to continually reach out to them to see if they were actually coming or not, what days, etc.
Secondly they said they were going to come Wednesday and it would take them a couple of days, so we thought they would be done by Saturday. Instead they didn't even truly get started until Tuesday of the following week because apparently they take Saturdays and holidays off.
Lastly, and maybe most importantly, they got paint splatters all over our driveway, and landscaping rock. That stuff doesn't come off very easy.

Great company! They showed up when they said they would. Did an excellent job. Didn't leave trash lying around. Came back at my convenience for a final walk through. Have a great warranty! One of the best company's I've worked with on painting.

We had an excellent experience with S&R Eagle Services! We did the full suite of services-- using them for a new roof, exterior paint, a deck extension, and deck stain. Jason, our project manager, was easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions. Each part of the project went quicker than we expected, and we are very happy with the quality and pricing of the work. I knew tying in to our existing patio was going to be a challenge, but they made it look seamless. Our house looks brand new, and I would highly recommend.

The crew did a very nice job. In fact, they completed the job that another independent contractor started but didn't finish. They painted the ceiling, not originally contracted, for a very reasonable add-on. I enjoyed working with them.

The crew was professional, friendly and did a great job. The results were better than expected. I had the weekend to identify any touch up areas. There were very few. They came back on Monday morning and made the minor touch ups. They cleaned everything up and put all the leftover paint in the basement should I need them for future use. I would highly recommend them and would rehire them should a another opportunity arise.

If you need your roof repaired. GO WITH THEM. They handle all of the insurance annoyance after you come the claim. They stand by their quote even if the insurance company doesn't want to pay for everything. Because it's so risk free for the consumer, I'd recommend S&R to anyone nervous about a roof issue.

Never never use this company. Was having outside of house painted. Arrived on Monday to power wash and needed to wait a day to start painting. Missed several obvious spots(pillar on my front porch and insect cocoons). Took Tuesday off to vote. Showed up on Wednesday to redo power wash and two hours later started painting. Why wasn't it ok on Monday but now it was ok?! Prep work was minimal at best. Each day I had to check the work and each day something was wrong. I was tired of baby sitting these guys. The job took six days when I was told three days for completion. These painter's took 1 1/2 hours for lunch showed up at 8:30 and stopped at 3:30. The home is two story and each level is 1000 Square feet. Not big by most standards. The painter's were not consciousness in regards to my garden and broke several things. I have heart issues and all the lack of respect for me as a woman and my opinion was totally negated by Robert and Jake. Communication was poor and in the end I was just glad when they wouldn't be returning even though I wasn't 100% satisfied with the work.

We hired S&R to replace our roof after a significant hail storm in July 2020. Project manager Jake was the early bird the morning after the storm, and introduced us to S&R Eagle Services. We had never been through the experience of roof replacement and dealing with insurance, so we didn't know what to expect. Not knowing who to trust, we were torn between a mom-n-pop company like S&R, and the Big Name companies. My spouse and I are natural skeptics, and we took our time to investigate our options. Project manager Jake worked hard to overcome our concerns, and convinced us that choosing S&R was the right path. Jake happily arranged for owner Robert to come to the house so we could meet him. Meeting Robert sealed the deal for us, and we are so happy we chose S&R Eagle Services. We prefer to support small business when we can, and are happy we did so in this case. We value integrity, and our experience is that Jake and Robert are men of integrity because they did what they told us they would do, and on time just as they had promised. The whole process was seamless, and they worked with our insurance company so there was very little for us to do. Robert, keep up the great work, and expect to hear from us soon about painting our house!

S&R painted my neighbors house and i watched them prep their house very meticulously so knew they were not cutting any corners, the bonus was that they also can repair/replace siding boards when they found some rot (rather than just paint over it) and fill minor damage and they caulked the window frames where some was missing. In all an excellent experience, they updated me with arrival times, what they would be doing and asked as they went if things were going OK. I can 100% recommend the work and final finish of the job, several other neighbors have commented on what a great look it is now and I have passed Roberts info onto them.

Awesome painters. They painted the exterior of our house and it looks beautiful. Sara and Robert are very professional and friendly. They were very up-front with everything, and very patent with us as we took our time figuring out paint colors. The painting crew was very efficient and had a great attention to detail. Would highly recommend!
