We used Running Creek Contracting when we first moved into our home to do some landscaping work but after seeing that they did home construction as well, I reached out to Nik for a bid. I had an idea of what I wanted for our living room fireplace/built ins that I was able to show Nik. Through those, Nik and his team was able to put the living room of my dreams together! I’m still in shock how it all came together and the amazing talent these guys have from stonework to the little details. I will definitely have them do future work for us!

I recently worked with Running Creek Landscaping on a landscape project for a new construction home in Elizabeth, Colorado. Running Creek Landscaping exceeded all of my expectations.

This company is so professional and so helpful through the whole process. We started our landscaping from scratch. They took our ideas and turned it into something even better than we could have ever imagined. Turf for the dogs, a fire pit and lighting to enjoy with family and friends and a planter box that I can’t wait to enjoy. They also planted trees and plants and added a beautiful flagstone path throughout our yard. They did all this in a short two weeks. They were timely but still paid attention to so much detail and ensured they were putting their best foot forward everyday. There were NO delays, Nik was here earlier than projected, which was a plus for us and finished sooner than anticipated. We had called other landscapers before we found them, and to give you a clue just the other day got a call back on a voicemail we had made two weeks earlier. There is no comparison. What had been nothing but dirt was turned into a beautiful yard with rock, sod, trees, bushes, plants and a concrete patio / walkways that look amazing! The landscape is exactly what I envisioned!

I can’t say enough good things about Running Creek Landscaping and Nik Pavlich. Every interaction was positive. We moved here from Minnesota where we had beautiful gardens, but I didn’t know anything about what to plant in Colorado.

Nik listened to my input and included my ideas in our landscape. If I suggested plants that didn’t grow well in Colorado, he came up with plants that would achieve the same results and would thrive in this environment. He answered numerous questions for us about our plants and how to take care of them.

We moved into a new development, the builder installed our front yard, and we were responsible for the backyard. There were a few problems with the front yard the builder installed, but Nik diagnosed the problems and fixed them. He not only cared about the work he did, but he also made sure we were happy with all of our landscaping.

We had a dry creek bed, flagstone path and patio installed along with grass and several colorful plants. We were impressed with the substantial base under the flagstone and the stones themselves were at least 2 inches thick. We don’t have any worries regarding the quality and longevity of the installation.

Nik is knowledgeable with our community and got our plans improved quickly so they could start work right away. The employees of Running Creek worked hard but also laughed a lot.

We were impressed with a million small things including the trees and plants were covered when they were transported to our home. We also liked the payment schedule, a small down payment to start, then half the remaining amount when the supplies were delivered, and the final payment when everything was complete.
