Robert was so knowledgeable and so helpful. He was able to communicate in a way that made sense to me and pointed out some problems that need to be addressed before I move forward with my purchase. Moving forward, I don’t think I’ll consider buying a home without first consulting him! And Shay was also very clear in his explanation of a problem with the sewer system. Very positive experience!

Amazing inspection report Robert. Very insightful. The inspection report was so thorough and detailed. My wife and I were so excited about the possibility of moving into the house, but as quickly learned from Robert's report we realized what problems the house has. We decided rather quickly and talking with out realtor that the report uncovered to many problems that we weren't ready to take. Thanks Robert for your outstanding service. We will be using your services again for the next one and we hope that the inspection report comes back more favorable.

Robert showed up about 10 minutes early, which we really appreciate, and immediately got to work. He gave us a quick rundown of what he would be doing on the exterior and updated us every chance he got. He was extremely thorough, professional, and kind. We are first time homebuyers and he made this process stress free. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Robert did a great inspection on potential purchase of new home. Highlighted several items that needed further review and follow-up. Very thorough inspection and good explanation of the findings with us. Also put a drone in the air to look at the roof drainage in areas that were difficult to access. Radon testing was also performed which is a must in Colorado in my opinion. I would recommend using them for your inspections.

I thought Rob was incredibly knowledgeable and even offered to follow up with the builder if I had issues getting items fixed. Very personable and taught me quite a bit!

Our inspector was very friendly and helpful. He had a drone to take pictures of the roof which was especially helpful for a detailed inspection. Would highly recommend!

Inspector was thorough, good photos to explain the issues he saw. I wasn't present but he explained the issues in detail to my agent and left me a voicemail with his # if I had any questions. Although, they signed me up for a service called "Porch" which, while thoughtful, the Porch service pestered me with texts, emails, and a phone call. Would've preferred to have opted into that instead of auto enrolled.

Of all the home inspectors I've had this company has been the most impressive and I would use them again. I highly recommend them.
