Southern just completed a full tear off and replace on my house in Dunes West. Morgan was very responsive and timely. The crew arrived and moved patio furniture away from the house and laid out tarps to collect and capture tear off material/debris and over landscape bushes adjacent to the house.. The work was hampered by heavy rain in the afternoon the first day and on and off the second. The supervisor for the crew (Delmar) was very conscientious and crew worked later than planned Friday and Saturday due to the rain to close the roof up; they had two full crews due to the concern with time and the weather as I was scheduled to travel the following Monday. The Home Office production manager called me on Saturday to check on the crew and weather concerns. Delmar returned on Monday to check the completion and a couple punch list items and Morgan coordinated with me to wait to do closeout and final drone photos the following week after I returned from trip. The roof is fairly complicated is approximately 47 SQs using GAF products, added ridge vents, replaced eve metal and boots.
