Our sales representative, Michael Tibbs, was absolutely phenomenal. Mr. Tibbs was extremely professional, knowledgeable, respectful and showed genuine concern about our roofing needs. He performed a very thorough inspection of our roof, windows, gutters and siding noting any and all storm damages. He identified every bit of damage, took pictures of each and went over all the photos in detail with us. Mr. Tibbs was not only our sales representative, he was our representative with our insurance carrier. Michael was on site each time to go over the damages with our insurance company. When our insurance company offered to only cover sections of our roof for replacement, which would have looked like a ragged patch work quilt, Michael had our back and went to battle for us. He made 2 additional site visits to meet with our insurance companies inspectors and long story short, we got the entire roof replaced along with some window screens and window wraps. Mr. Tibbs was there for us every step of the way and represented us like we were family. He was also on site during the tear off and replacement of our new roof. We were also very impressed with the crew chief, Noah, and the entire crew who worked diligently to ensure that everything was completed to perfection. All 4,000 + s.f. of roof replacement and thorough clean up was completed in one day. I highly recommend Southern Premier Roofing, Michael Tibbs, Noah and crew to anyone with roofing needs.
