We had a tree fall on our house and rain ruined everything. Insurance was a nightmare. We had a neighbor who let us know about Pine State Contracting. They finished our kitchen remolding, interior painting the kitchen, dining room, and living room. They Repaired our floors and added a new beam to open up our great room. The work was quick and done with craftsmanship. The guys were always on time and very friendly. I would definitely recommend!

I love PineState!!! Built me a deck about a year ago and let’s just say it with stood a hurricane and a fire. My house might collapse but this deck ain’t going no where. Paul and his team were absolutely fantastic for a custom bookcase job I needed in my recently purchased home. He was so friendly and the project was done so quickly and with absolutely excellent results! We needed to figure out how to hide two ugly columns which I came up with the bookcase idea and Paul and nick the carpenter was able to bring it to life!!! I can't say enough amazing things about Pine State! They have wonderful craftsmanship and treat your home like it is theirs! They did all the trim work for our renovation last year. It is all so beautiful and we have enjoyed it so much! They did paneling in my daughter's room, our laundry room, our kitchen, and so much more! Then when we had a tree hit our house from Hurricane Helene, they repaired the attic, roof, and ceilings. They are coming back to do more after Christmas! They show up on time, communicate well, and clean up at the end of the day so you can live in your home! Call them!! You won't regret it!

I had a kitchen /family room renovation that went on for several months . After several mistakes and errors, I realized the contractor I hired didn’t know what he was doing. It was apparent to me he was unqualified to do the job and then quit and left me with a mess.

It took a while to find the right people to undo what he did and repair the damages and put my kitchen back together.

Pine State Construction came to my rescue. Paul came out and we talked through everything for 2.5 hours; discussing everything that needed to be done. He was very professional and sympathetic.

Paul sent men who knew what they were doing- they were careful, patient and gave me the kitchen of my dreams. They exceeded my expectations and it’s flawless. Nick especially worked long hours to fix and make repairs. His skills are tremendous.

Oleg addressed all the imperfections. He ordered new cabinet door's and materials to replace wrong sizes/ improper installation’s, promising me the work would be done the right way and they did. Every appliance was installed wrong and Oleg made sure it was corrected. Oleg was very knowledgeable and a great communicator.

Pine State Contracting was amazing!! We had been fighting with our insurance for 7 months. Our original roofing contractor ghosted us. But, Pine State stepped in and in weeks, got our insurance claim approved. They showed up immediately and in 2 days, we had a new roof!! I would recommend Pine State to anyone!! Dependable, reliable and reasonably priced. They even finished the work before my lousy insurance company could mail a check to pay for it!!! I will stick with Pine State Contracting. You know those people who found what they love and are very good at it too? Well, that’s Paul with Pine State! He is the best general contractor I know! We purchased a home and were living out of state for the first few months and in the meantime before we moved, hired Paul to do a remodel on the home. During the renovation, Paul was very responsive, attentive and exceeded my expectations with the quality and timeframe. He was quick but never compromised quality. The work was done in a short time and we were beyond excited to move in! Paul even had professional insight and recommendations into things regarding the renovation I hadn’t considered and helped save us from hassle we didn’t need.

My experience with Paul was great! I appreciate the entire team at Pine State Contracting. They did an extensive remodel for me on my house in Mauldin. Everything from repairing serious underfloor framing, foundation work and insulation all of it afterwords. Then we did some custom tiled showers, interior and exterior paint, electrical, HVAC, plumbing was completely redone. So many more things I’m forgetting to list about my remodel but their team handled all of it with ease! Pine State completed everything to my satisfaction, I recommend them to anyone looking for their house to be renovated!

We pulled up the old vinyl flooring and Paul with Pine State Contracting did a beautiful herringbone pattern with the tile we picked out. He consulted with us on the grout color because we had no idea which way to go with all the different colors in the tile. I could not be happier with the result! The grout lines are perfect, colors/patterns are perfect and I love the attention to detail that can be seen in the work that was done. Highly recommend!
