Keelan and Cody were both great to work with - knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and prompt. Nothing in life is perfect, but when there was a minor issue they addressed it quickly and reasonably. A Rep named Paul no showed on me 2 different appointments a week a part costing me 2 weeks and this caused my house to go through a 2nd storm where I experienced the damage all over again. He thought my insurance wasn't paying but I have the money to pay for a roof on my own if needed. Rest assure that it will NOT be spent on this company. His excuse for this is "my wife had a procedure"...which time Paul? The first week or the second week??? What an idiot.

So far, so good. Our new roof was installed just over a week ago. Beautiful appearance and no leaks after a heavy downpour. We can't say enough good things about Skywalker Roofing. As an avid Star Wars fan, I must admit the name was the first thing to draw my attention. Yet, after multiple negative experiences with contractors, I took my time researching the company and reading reviews. Whether good or bad, I do not write reviews lightly, customer interactions reveal far more about a company than any paid advertisement.
Granted, having a roof repaired or replaced is an expensive and unpleasant aspect of homeownership, but Skywalker roofing made the process painless. Everyone involved, from the moment I requested an estimate until the project was finished, was friendly, professional, and strived to make it as positive an experience as possible. The day of my estimate, Jason arrived on time and conducted a thorough inspection my roof then showed us the issues he found. He provided us an accurate detailed estimate in which he clearly explained the problems, repair options, and cost. Once we agreed on the roof installation, Jason sent me color choices and was patient with my indecision. The office staff was fantastic; they assisted me with all of the paperwork, and financing was simple to arrange online. My roof installation was then promptly scheduled. When it came time to replace the roof, B.J. and his crew arrived early and efficiently completed the work in less than a day. They went above and beyond to make it look great. When they finished they cleaned up everything so well I wasn’t really worried about my dog walking on or chewing any materials in my yard.
Throughout the entire process everyone was amazing; they took the time to fully address my concerns, were punctual and professional. I sincerely appreciate the dedication and diligence of everyone involved, particularly Jason and B.J. As the repair has just been completed, I cannot provide feedback regarding potential issues with heavy rain. Nevertheless, since they stand behind their work, I am not overly concerned. Very satisfied with Skywalker Roofing! Would highly recommend to everyone! They are very honest, punctual, efficient and professional! They were asked to patch up my mom's basically flat roof over an addition. When Adrian and his crew arrived and got up there to patch leaks they realized that the wood underneath was rotten in many places and they couldn't repair it as there wasn't good wood in a lot of places to work with. Instead of just doing a shoddy job of "fixing" it they were honest and told my mom that they couldn't repair it as it was because there was just too much rotten wood. They took pictures of the wood as it was so that we could see what they were dealing with. Brad came back 1 evening and talked to us about how we could move forward with a repair that would actually fix the roof and would keep it free of leaks.The 2nd crew under Josh arrived about a week later to actually do the repair. They arrived promptly when they said they would. They did a fabulous job of replacing the rotten wood that was on there with new wood to adhere the new roof to. Josh even had his leg come through the rotten wood up there to the ceiling at 1 point! They got the rotten wood replaced and the new fix for the flat roof in 1 1/2 days. They did a fabulous job! David and his dry wall team then came a couple days later to fix the ceiling where Josh broke thru from the roof. The patched up the ceiling perfectly. Herman came and painted the new patch in the ceiling and matched it extremely well to what was there. You can't tell that there was any damage to the drywall ceiling at all! Everyone in this company was honest, efficient, and hard working. They cleaned up beautifully before leaving. We couldn't be happier with choosing Skywalker Roofing!

The entire Skywalker team was a pleasure to work with. Beau came out and did a very thorough job of inspecting my roof and found several areas of loose shingles and cracked weathered seals around my outside vents. He took pictures and actually showed me a short video of the loose shingles on my roof. My wife and I sat down with Beau while he wrote a clear description of the work that needed done to repair the roof and remove a satellite dish from our roof. A week later Josh and his crew arrived with work description and pictures on his phone. After going over the work with Josh, the crew expeditiously performed all the required work. They were great and clean-up was excellent. Maegan in the office kept me well informed of the scheduling of the Beau and Josh and how payments need be made. While telling Maegan at Skywalker Roofing how pleased we have been with their service, she told me how I could give them a review. This has been an excellent company to work with. They have done work on the entire exterior of our home and garage barn. After the recent windstorm, they came out promptly and repaired the roof damage at no charge. I had 4-5 companies come out to assess and provide repair estimates for a leak that showed up as a stain in my living room ceiling. Of the sales consultants who visited, Mark from Skywalker was by the far the most thorough in viewing and assessing the condition of my entire roof.

There was only one other salesperson who took the time to go up into the crawl space of the roof. Not only did Mark diagnose the initial issue, but he also discovered a significant problem in a low-slope area that others missed.

Mark was patient in giving thorough information and explanations about my roof issues and recommendations. By the time he left, I felt confident that Skywalker was the company for me and that the money invested in the repair would be well worth it.

Oh, and before he left, Mark got back up on the roof and made a quick, temporary repair to the one small leak above the living room, to hold things until final repairs were made. Talk about service over and beyond!

When Hamilton and his crew performed the repairs, their professionalism and diligence were evident. At my request (though this may be their normal process), they took “before,” “during,” and “after” photos of all repair areas. I really appreciated how Hamilton took care to explain anything I had a question about.

Skywalker stepped in just when I needed them. Brandon had been out a few times to patch the roof. On his last trip out, I knew I had to replace the roof. I was able to use websites offered by Skywalker to choose the shingles I thought were best for my home. In a matter of days, the shingles and supplies were sitting on my driveway. Shortly afterward, the Skywalker team greeted the sunrise on top of my house. When they completed their work, that afternoon, we walked out to take a look at our roof. All I could do was look at its beauty and wipe a few tears. and the quality was unbelievable. I was so impressed with what I was seeing. Skywalker cleaned up everything including all nails that had fallen during the installation. Now, every time it rains, and the winds blow, I praise the Lord for His countless blessings and welcome the rains and storms because we are covered with a beautiful, strong blanket of protection.

When I called to ask for an appointment for a estimate the office personnel was very polite and kind, the actual estimator called me back the same day to schedule a appointment and he was there the next day right on time. We had actually had several estimates done and Skywalker Roofing was the cheapest estimate. After the consultation they set a date for the actual work to be done. They did a phenomenal job on our roof! It was a lot of work they had to pull up old boards and replace them and bring out the sides of the roof so they could add facia that wasn’t there before. I was definitely expecting it to take a few days to complete ;however, they finished it in one day and the next day a crew came and did the gutters. After they had finished it looked like a completely different house I’m so in love with their work! I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs roofing work done!

Skywalker replaced some soffit and re-wrapped my fascia on the front of the house . Quick to give us a quote and then to actually do the job. It was a great patch job to an older roof though after the repair, the shingles were a little too noticeable as they tried their best to match the old roof. They came back, laid out other shingle choices on the roof so we could pick one and then put those on for no extra charge and even fixed a few small issues elsewhere on the roof for free. Very professional and great to work with. I would highly recommend.

Due to storm damage our Danville Calvary Church roof became leaking within the valley's. I called Skywalker Roofing, LLC and they sent Keelan Slaughter in Sales on 06/02/2023. I meet him at the church. He got his ladder of his van and up on the roof he went. Inspecting the damage, taking measurements, taking pictures and counting shingles. The next day we had a price that the church could work with. On Friday 06/16/2023 the crew came lead by Cody Nelson. They got started at 7:00am and by 9:00am the old shingles was off. The old tar-paper removed and nails removed. Then replacement of damage plywood was next and drip edge. Sealed the valleys with Atlas Weather-Master and covered the the roof with Atlas Summit Synthetic Underlayment. Then came to new Altas shingles and the roof was done by 5:45pm on that same that day. It was amazing to watch all day. These people worked together like a well oiled machine. They dumpsters and a clean up crew. A wonderful and beautiful job. Very Positive experience with Skywalker. From the initial estimate to the crews for roofing and guttering everyone was professional, on time, and polite. We experienced an issue with our sun porch roof and had to make a weekend call for support. We were pleased to receive a call back from the company owner who guaranteed to make things right, and he did right away! Would use this company again.

There is one section in the front that I think looks peculiar every time I drive up the driveway. I think that perhaps a gutter was bent in the roofing process.

A windstorm caused extensive damage to the roof on my older home. My insurance company wouldn’t cover replacement. I was referred to Skywalker Roofing. Skywalker sent someone to assess the damage within a day and they provided a thorough estimate to roof the house, as well as, repair damaged wood. I explained that due to being diagnosed with Metastatic Breast Cancer, I didn’t have the finances to do the complete roof.
The nice young man referred me to the main office so I could apply for a loan. The lady was so helpful and I was quickly approved for the complete amount to cover and repair the entire roof!
Within a week the roofers came. They were very professional and made multiple repairs prior to covering with shingles. And they completed it in one (1) day!! It looks ANAZING and it is great to have peace of mind when we have heavy rain or high winds!

We needed a new roof installation and got a few estimates. Skywalker was not the least expensive, but they were the most prompt and professional in their response. They also appeared to be the most knowledgeable and best understood our needs, so we opted to go with them. Scheduling was trouble-free, and the crew arrived right on time. By all indications, we have a very well-constructed roof, with excellent seals/flashings around the chimney and skylights. Cleanup was good, although we did find the occasional, typical roofing refuse left behind in places. All in all, we are very satisfied with Skywalker's professionalism and quality work — though with a job like this, only time will indicate whether everything is fully up to snuff.

I had heard of Skywalker roofing so I decided to check them out when my home was damaged from a hail storm. Their salesperson, Keelan Slaughter, came to my home and checked out the damage to the roof and made a plan. He worked with me and my insurance agent to achieve a plan that worked for everyone. Their crew came out and went to work stripping off the old and installing the new shingles. Their crew worked hard throughout the day and finished the job in one day. Awesome crew !!!! Very happy with the job they did and I will be using Skywalker to replace the siding on my home as well. Had a little confusion with the payment (my fault) and Maegan Cobb at home office was very understanding and worked with me to get the problem resolved. This is the second time I have used Skywalker Roofing for a roof (2 different houses). They are the best. Professional, quick and no-nonsense, the job gets done, questions answered clearly. I felt I was given the pros and cons of the roof style we were looking for and how to maximize our budget to get exactly what we wanted, and we did. Everyone on our street got new roofs, major hail storm and my roof is the nicest. It transformed the house. Our neighbors all have commented on it.

From the quote to the completion, I could not be happier. William came and quoted my new roof. He let me know exactly what to expect. He shared in detail what Skywalker would do for me. Within a few days I was contacted by the team and the job was scheduled. Cody and his crew showed up right on time. The team was very professional and great to work with. They removed my old roof, replaced all damaged decking with new plywood, and replace with top quality Owens Corning materials. We were remodeling our house when we noticed the roof was leaking. Called Skywalker, they came out the same day to check it out. Told us it would be a week before they could get to us and it only ended up being 3 days. Best service ever!!!

We appreciated discussing options that Skywalker Roofing could offer to fix our chimneys’ long time leakage problems. And the solution workers were so professional, efficient and friendly. Skywalker rep and myself discussed metal roof option and replacing damaged rake and eve facia boards, wrapping of the facia in metal as a best long term roofing option. Prohibitively expensive as an option (28k for a 1038 sq ft home) ended up going with an Owens Corning 3 tab, architectural, shingle that sounded like the best thing ever created. (Now understand there are multiple grades of the same shingle).

Challenge comes when I was proudly notifying USAA of my “new roof”. I found that I purchased a roof that really resulted in no significant high level impact protection from severe weather. When I contacted Skywalker to confirm the rating of our new roof, John confirmed that we had purchased a level 1 roof material, and if there were storm damage to occur, we would likely have an insurance claim. Lesson learned, know what to ask for, don’t trust a contractor to look out for you or provide all “best” options. I now believe that Skywalker did not have our best interest as a priority!! Roof material and install are adequate.

We had our facia wrapped with metal. The resulting metal work ended up with caulk and sealant in a number of bends and runs as a result of poorly cut metal, doesn’t align with the level of professional finish expected.

Maybe my expectations are high, however, I do not feel that Luke would want that craftsmanship on his home.

Feel let down, end product is what it is for a long time, buyer beware is my sentiment at this point. I would NOT be comfortable recommending Skywalker roofing over any other roofing company.

Feel let down and don’t feel as if craftsmanship standards were truly met. I had to prompt the on site team about the poor metal cuts and they caulked the errors. I have had to go back and seal areas where the roof deck was exposed from underneath following the metal work.

Very easy to work with, friendly yet professional. All the crews that I met worked quickly and efficiently, kept me informed at all times. Post-installation clean up was also good (important). Materials quality good and follow up care excellent. This company has integrity and is willing to work with the customer be it sales, labor or management. I definitely will recommend them to others!
