I called Skywalker roofing to evaluate a leak we had in our roof. Brad showed up a little early to our appointment and I really appreciated his timeliness. Brad checked out the low spot on my roof, took a video to explain what he was seeing, and removed some debris to better assess things. I have a 90 year old home with a Spanish Tile Roof that needed some repairs. I called Skywalker Roofing on Monday afternoon when I discovered a leak after the last storm came through. Tucker Wilson showed up the very morning to give me an estimate. Going into the attic to discover the leak and flying a drone to spot the Broken tiles he quickly assessed the problem and gave me a very reasonable estimate with photos. Friday afternoon I received a call from Josh Evens, the repair manager, asking if he and crew could come that afternoon to do the repair. I said yes and they showed up and quickly replaced 3 broken tiles and repaired my roof. My experience with Skywalker Roofing was most excellent!!! They also replaced my Mothers shingle roof a couple of years ago and were quick and most professional!!! I highly recommend this company!!!

We had severe roof, window, siding, and gutter damage from a hailstorm this year. My headaches were over the moment I called Skywalker Roofing.

The first point of contact at Skywalker Roofing was Cody who quickly came out to evaluate the damage. He offered to be present and explain his evaluation when our Farm Bureau adjuster came out for evaluation. Against all my worst expectations, the two of them completely handled the situation, and our repair project was signed shortly after.

When it came time to do the work, Ben and BJ were laser-focused as project managers. The scope of the work was massive, but their teams each took care of their respective work within a day. I was amazed at their efficiency! The new roof and siding looks beautiful. The shingles, vents, gutters, and windows are all top quality, and our cats love the sunroom!

Every person I spoke to at Skywalker Roofing really knew they were talking about, and gave me updates and answers to my questions throughout the whole process. Every individual I met was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and honest, and happy to address my concerns.

Skywalker came on a Monday for the inspection and estimate and the repair was done on Wednesday the same week and one of the hottest weeks on record. Mark performed the inspection and Tucker oversaw the work. They were professional and clearly explained the repairs needed and showed the work done afterwards. Very impressed with their team handling the issues we had and feel confident that they are resolved.

Brad came out and did a wonderful job. He actually showed up 30 minutes early than expected. He checked everything out and made recommendations. Will definitely call him back if needed.

I met Mark first. He was great to talk with and explained everything very well and answered all my husband’s and my questions. The whole process was pretty easy. The actual team of 3 vans and about 6 men came out a couple of weeks later. Ryland and his group were on time and did a great job. The 2 windows, soffit and vinyl were replaced in a timely manner and look awesome. All were very courteous and hard working. When they were done Ryland came to me to let me know they were done and explained all the work completed. He and I walked around the house where I could see all the damaged that was fixed. We had a wonderful experience with Skywalker Roofing following the bad hailstorm that hit Greensboro in March. Wilson came out to the property more than once to make sure we were fully on board with next steps and to look at roof and siding samples. He also made meeting up with our insurance adjuster super easy. On the day of replacement, Cody and his team did an excellent job. They were efficient, respectful of the property, and kept communication open throughout the day. We did have trouble matching our siding color (couldn't find the exact color from that vendor anymore), but instead of leaving the siding with mismatched repaired areas, Wilson and Adrian worked tirelessly to get us a better match and found a different vendor's product that blended in seamlessly and allowed us to keep the same color on the damaged front facade of our house. On the day of the siding repair, Richard and his team did a great job as well with communication and efficiency. Overall, we had a great experience with every member of the Skywalker team and we highly recommend their service.

I contacted Skywalker Roofing for an estimate. They scheduled me for a Friday morning, I'm off o Fridays. That morning the Sales Rep. Rusty calls to tell me he was on the way. He was very punctual. Upon arriving he offered friendly and professional service. He presented options and we discussed what best for our needs. He provided indepth details of what we could expect. He advised me the the job/project supervisor would contact me next to schedule the date. Shortly later, BJ called and introduced himself. We set up the date, a Saturday due to rain forecast. He let me know that all materials would be delivered the day before, just as Rusty had explained. On the day scheduled their crew showed up early and most expeditiously began the process of removing the old and putting on the new. BJ updated me of the progress during the work with pictures he sent via text and email. The crew were very polite and friendly. John Mitchell was the sales associate that came out and checked our roof and gave us prices and then he dealt with the insurance company. He was very polite and knowledgeable didn’t just try to sell us his product but he let us have input as well. The day they were to come and put the roof on the house they were on time and went to work right away. It’s rare to find truly excellent contractors these days, but Skywalker Roofing is absolutely top tier. This is my second time working with them and they’ve done the cleanest, best roofing work I’ve ever seen each time.

Mark is efficient, helpful, and friendly with his estimates (which are quite reasonable for the high quality Skywalker provides).

Tucker’s crew then came out very quickly and got my repair work done in just an afternoon. Tucker was also quite friendly and his crew was phenomenal.

They took photos throughout the process, took extra care to prevent any damage to the home (placing ladders so they don’t lean against gutters, protecting surfaces), and even cleaned off my skylights for free.

They left the jobsite extremely clean, too-and my shingles, flashings, and pipe boots are better than ever. If you’re trying to choose a roofing company, stop looking-these are your guys!

Our Asphalt Shingle roof has just about reached its reasonable life span. My wife and I noticed this when our living room ceiling showed water spots and then an active leak in front of our fireplace. A friend recommended Skywalker Roofing for the repair. Barry, their estimator, was very punctual and professional. He quickly, but thoroughly, explained how their company would resolve our leak problem. I was provided with a very reasonable quote and the job was booked into their calendar. The next day, Tucker Wilson, their foreman, called to mention they had a cancellation and would like to perform our repair that day. I agreed. The Skywalker team arrived on time and rapidly went to work. Within a short period of time the repair was completed. They cleaned up the entire work area, my front yard, and when they left, there is no indication that any construction work had taken place earlier.
P.S. In the early evening of the same day we experienced a rather violent, down pour of a rain storm. Checking my living room ceiling, I was very pleased to report the room is safe and very dry! In my opinion, Skywalker Roofing is exceptional and very professional.

The quality of work made every penny spent well worth it. Also, you showed in your inspection that you wanted to see the whole roof, not just how it looked on the outside. The purchase of a roof is not a regular purchase. For me, an independent women, it was a purchase that I had very little knowledge of. I did my research and asked for references. I had a tree branch fall and put a hole in my 6 month old roof. I called Skywalker (they installed my new roof) and talked to Adrian. He was able to get me scheduled for repair within a couple of days. Josh and his crew came and completed the repair on time and did an excellent job. I can't even tell where the hole was. Cleaned up afterwards and was so friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Skywalker Roofing for anyone needed a new roof or repair.

And I wanted to reach the owner so he could listen to a audio recording and video of his staff the office manager interceded came back out to my residence next day hour and half away only to not follow up and provide my quote etc thinking that was going to prevent me from leaving a negative goggle review... if he didn't wanna do the work he should have been stated. He seen from the beginning I'm not going be a customer you can provide poor workmanship and just tell me anything with clarification. Beware of this company so many red flags!!

Skywalker roofing was from fantastic from point of sale to roof installation. They have tremendous work ethic. They completely tore down my old roof and replaced it in one. A fine tuned operation. Their warranty is best in the area. Can’t recommend them enough.

I have a roof leak in my home. I work in property management and know all too well how difficult it can be to identify the cause/source of a leak.

I can't tell you how impressed I have been over the past couple days with their communication/responsiveness, attention to my issue and overall service, including making temporary repairs until the permanent repairs can take place next week.

This is probably a fairly small job for them as a company but they haven't treated it that way and I am very thankful for that.

We had James come out originally and tarp us up before the weather hit, and Josh came out to finish repairing the hole from a tree branch. Both were really helpful and polite, glad we got it taken care of.

I had the shingles on my roof replaced by Skywalker Roofing from Stokesdale, NC the first week of February. First, Rusty came out to give me an estimate and explained all of the extra steps that Skywalker takes to insure a quality installation. BJ the project manager, and Rusty came out on the morning of the replacement to make sure that the installers had everything that they needed. They also made sure that that I didn't have any questions or concerns and monitored the progress during the day. BJ came back a few days later so we could look over the job together to be sure that I was satisfied with the new roof. The installers did a great job with the roof and the cleanup. It was completed in one day. Great job guys!

They took pictures and a picture tells a thousand words.They fixed the damage and did everything they said they would. They said they would be here at 7:30 am and they were and did not waste any time getting my roof replaced. I am very pleased and am glad I made the choice to go with Skywalker. Very good choice!

Cody and Douglas are amazing! I could not have asked for better customer service! The install of the windows and does was seamless. The final product is good quality and I am so grateful I went with Skywalker.

Need a new roof? Call Skywalker Roofing. Cody and the Skywalker team just completed another excellent roof replacement. Called Brandon on Wednesday, he came out and surveyed the roof and give us the estimate on Thursday. Cody called Friday and scheduled for Tuesday. Materials were dropped off on Monday and roof was completed on Tuesday as promised. The team worked like a well oiled machine. You wouldn't have known that they had been there except for the beautiful new roof. This is the third roof that that Skywalker has installed for the family as well as some repairs. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else for roof repair/replacement. Thanks again to Adam, Brandon, Cody and the install team. GREAT JOB!!

Great job by Skywalker! Beau and Cody were my point men for the job. Beau gave me a quote quickly and walked me through the process, so I knew what to expect. Cody called ahead to schedule and go over the details. At the scheduled time, Cody showed up with the crew, on time and ready to work. The crew were friendly and worked hard from start to finish.
From the first call to Skywalker to completion, was less than two weeks; the work was done in a day. The work was thorough and well done. Excellent job. I would highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

I would recommend Skywalker Roofing. They were priced competitively, the crew arrived on time, finished everything up in one day and did a great job of cleaning up and getting all the nails up around the house. They even helped me move a stalled vehicle out of the drive way to prevent damage. I waited several months to write this review to see how the roof held up under the weather. I am happy to report that we have had no issues after several thunderstorms and snow.
