We had a great experience contracting with Moss Home Improvement to replace 11 of our double-hung windows. Chris didn’t miss a detail when evaluating our situation and making recommendations. Brandon and the other members of the installation team arrived on schedule, then worked with care and skill—despite awkward access to some windows. They started in the morning and by day’s end, there was no sign that construction had taken place—all done! We are definitely pleased with the quality and appearance of the HK windows as well as the pride the installers took in their workmanship. Can’t remember the last time we got a high-quality product and remarkable service at an affordable price. We wish we had contacted them years ago.

Chris and his team were fantastic to work with! We used them for metal roofing, siding and gutters for a renovation of an old house plus a new addition. From the initial discussions, to product selection to the actual planning and work, they were nothing short of professional. We have used other siding and roofing companies on previous projects but none match the service and quality of Moss Improvement.

They removed an old tin roof from house and was able to replace with a shingle roof for me. They did a great job and was finished in a day and a half. Great group to work with and reasonable priced. Thank your Moss Improvement

I just had my roof replaced, and I am extremely pleased with the work. My experience with Moss Home Improvement was exceptional from start to finish. Staci had a wealth of knowledge and kept me updated throughout the entire process!

Moss was great, returned call quickly and within 3 days had an estimate. Two weeks later supplies delivered and the next day 5 men arrived and installed my new roof. They was quick, efficient and neat. Once they completed the job they made sure they left nothing behind….especially old nails.
Now I just wait for rain and no leak. Recommend Moss Home Improvement & Roofing highly.

Moss has done several projects for me over the years to include vinyl siding replacement, window replacement, and most recently a new architectural shingle roof.

The work is always done quickly and high quality that will beat out many contractors price wise. The most impressive part is seeing a finished job with NO construction debris laying around the property. It is a very nice way to end a project. Highly recommend!

I had new windows installed by Moss and the experience was seamless from start to finish. The crew that came in were very polite, even taking their shoes off before entering the house without being asked. They were very neat and tidy, informative, and kept me informed the entire time. Moss just completed putting new shingles on our home. We are so pleased and would highly recommend them for your home project. They were prompt, professional, and dedicated. A heavy rainfall popped up and they continued to work. When the job was completed they cleaned up our yard and didn’t leave any of their materials and debris behind. I called them about replacing windows. They were so easy to talk to about getting the work done, and were very professional. They worked quickly, and the work turned out beautifully!! I was so impressed I called them again to fix structural issues under the windows and replace the siding. And just like the first time, the communication was clear, and the work was fast, professional, and looks fantastic!! I would call them again if I needed to.

A very professional experience. They did everything they said they would and in a timely matter. Craftsmanship was excellent from the start through the cleanup.

Moss was very quick to come out and provide a quote as well as communicate when they could begin work. The only hiccup was that they didn’t show up when communicated, but that was just because one of the workers was sick. The job was done within two days and the quality of the work was excellent.

After obtaining several quotes from other vendors, Moss Home Improvement and Roofing Inc proved not only to be quite competitive, but ethical and fair in comparison to other contractors. Prompt service came out for estimate within a few days of contact did have to wait due to other jobs but was not to long to complain about. They spent a day and half and once done the left me with a new roof I'm proud of and no trash, debris or anything left behind. They was excellent in the skills and would recommend them for anyone. Also glad they are military friendly and appreciate their first responders. Also prices was not outrageous as other companies. Thanks again

I inquired about needing a new roof on my well house. Their response was they had over 30 whole house roofs to complete and could not help me. I didn’t ask to be bumped to the front of the list since it was a small job, I would have been happy to go on a waiting list. Small jobs make your company money, just like large ones do. They also are likely to get you those larger jobs in the future.

Staci and Chris were very easy to communicate with. Also, all of the installers were very nice and did not leave a mess at all. The new gutters, covers,and pipes are working wonderfully in all the recent rain.

Moss Home Improvement & Roofing installed new Timberline Roof Shingles and oversized gutters and downspouts on my house about 4 years ago. As a now retired architect and someone who worked with and for contractors for about 50 years I can highly recommend Moss Home Improvement & Roofing for quality work and quality products. The new gutters and downspouts and new gutter guards fixed some issues I had with the original installation. Very pleased with the Timberline Shingles system. Moss stands behind their work so you can depend on them years down the road if you need them.

After a candid conversation with Chris we have been able to work out our differences which is why I have graded my review from a 1 star to a 4 I believe we are still able to work with one another and hope to see him on Monday 7-29-19
