Service was excellent! Robert was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and offered great advice for future care of our home and pipes. They were also able to come out within hours of me calling. I would definitely recommend Pro-Flo for your plumbing needs.

Not only professional and timely service, I hate saying this because I don’t want them to change it, I was quoted $200 less for pressure test than every other company I called.

(6/12/25) I called in my issue at 12:27 PM, and by 1:30 PM, Mary Beth had Robert at my parents’ home. That kind of prompt response is rare these days—customer service truly means everything to me because it’s become such a lost art. Mary Beth, as the first point of contact, was pleasant and efficient. Robert was courteous, explained the issue clearly, and had everything taken care of quickly and professionally.

After spending four frustrating days trying to get American Home Shield to send a plumber, I decided to cut out the middleman and contact Pro-Flo directly. They had come through for us before when AHS didn’t, and once again, they delivered. Pro-Flo is officially my go-to. If you’re dealing with a plumbing issue, this is the company to call—no question.

(October 2024) I really I had asked the guys their names but doesn't matter. I received top notch service for my parents today. It all started with a Google search. The young lady that took my information and scheduled remained pleasant even though I had to hang up on her. I initially called from my cellphone and well my reception was horrible. Nonetheless she answered when I called right back and got me squared away. When the guys showed up they were completely professional and unlike the others that had been here before for this very issue, they stuck with it until the solved our problem. I couldn't be any more appreciative because they made sure I was a happy customer unlike the previous two. Oddly the other two companies incorrectly diagnosed the issue for whatever reason. they left us with "oh we don't do that." These guys listed to me regurgitate what the previous plumbers said and respectfully said well let us look. The looked they even checked what the other had two had said and assured me that wasn't the issue. The issue was a lot less dramatic and they took care of it. WE ARE GRATEFUL!!!!!!

They would tell me each step involved in the process and completed the work in a timely manner. They even went above and beyond getting our water restored by replacing the water heater, pump and pressure tank. They are very professional and I will call them from now on.

The company took care of my plumbing problem which we thought was a small problem that turned into a bigger problem. They had to leave to get the necessary items to complete the job and was back to finish in a very timely manner. The two gentlemen were very professional and very nice. This company sends pictures of the repair for your records and the work is warranted for one year which was a plus. I recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

After a few days with electrical problems I am so grateful to Will and Jacob for the time ,attention and patience they took to resolve all problems. I would highly reccomend using this company for electrical and plumbing issues. I have used them for plumbing as well and they have been quick to come for service.

At first I thought it was a little pricey, until I saw how much work went into the job, then I was ok with it I am a do it myself person, but I always mess it up

I was doing a 2nd floor toilet drain that included old cast-iron 4 inch vertical pipe. That pipe had completely deteriorated at the Bell and I did not know how to fix. Pro flow Plumbing came in about an hour and a half. They took a look at the situation and gave me two options. They could fix For a lot of money or they told me what Fernco fitting I could use to reconnect the broken cast-iron Bell to the PVC. I gladly paid the service call charge because their advice was well worth that charge.
I recommend Pro flow plumbing because they could have told me the expensive fix was the only option. Glad to see honesty still prevails for some companies!

Eric came out within an hour of me calling and fixed our tankless water heater issue. His price is very reasonable! Would highly recommend.

Robert, the technician is professional, forthcoming, honest, and knows what he is doing. As a solo disabled dad on social security, with a prior tenure in the plumbing, sewage and drain industry, I have witnessed the good, bad, and the ugly. There is no ugly with this company folks. I have used This company/ Robert twice so far. On both occasions, they could have easily found a way to upcharge, or upsell. They do not. They are out for your repeat business, not your blood. In a world where inflation runs rampant, and most insurance/ warranty companies find loopholes to not honor their end, this company is a gem in a minefield folks. Stacy at reception/ dispatch is always easy to talk to and sweet too. This company gets this former sewer/drain techs stamp of approval. Had E&W maintenance replace a sump said sump pump quit working. They came out after 5pm and figured out what happened. This has been the best maintenance company i have ever used and I will continue to be a customer.

Robert was awesome. We had a pipe come apart under the house and he was dispatched at 10pm. He arrived soon after that and had everything fixed by 1am. Amazing customer service and quality for the price. I will be contacting this company again for my other house repairs.

Easily the most professional and best lawn care service I have ever used. Certainly the best out of the 10 services I have used in the past. I needed help with a noisy toilet so I called E and W. The response time was incredibly fast and my issue was resolved immediately by service tech Tim. I highly recommend them for prompt and efficient service.

I can not speak to the quality of their work. I can speak to a recent experience where it appears they tried to take advantage of an elderly women who had a water leak at the shut off value near the street. They quoted $1,587.63 to repair the leak. After shopping around we found a company that fixed the leak for $161. Tim should be ashamed of himself.

This was the first time we used E & W to address a plumbing need we had with one of our rental properties. The need was urgent and they easy to reach and responded quickly. We felt they were very thorough and reasonably priced. WE were very pleased with their service and will definitely use them again.

Very unprofessional, was cheated out $200 and the problem wasn’t fixed then the manger lied and said he came to help with a guy that was sent out when clearly he didn’t so do I recommend no I do not, he quoted repairs for something that he didn’t fix he made the issue worse because clearly he didn’t know what he was doing and no we want come to terms because you sir is very unprofessional you and your technician
